These people are rude here staff is very un professional and surgery was horrible same thing happened again to my baby pug had to bring him rite back a month later

WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING!!! This is the most HORRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND RUDE STAFF AND OWNER, they don’t help you at all, they are super rude, they don’t do their job. Ahhh but they are ready to charge you for everything! PLEASE DONT TAKE YOUR PET TO THAT PLACE…..

Take my baby doggies to get their shoots here amazing staff it’s quick if you call to make an appointment they do take walk ins but making appointment is much easier

Needs improvement with staff, members.Being more accurate, with animals services, diagnosed fallowing up with customers,in forming,with there request, writing notes ,are considered, important to the pet owners,needs, for there animals safety and health issues.

The reason for my review is due to the lack of service from the front desk. I brought my puppy to get spayed. I did not like the way they brought my puppy out from the back room. My puppy is really drowsy out of it, the lady was dragging my puppy if she couldn’t carry my 14 pound puppy she could of asked me to carry my puppy verse dragging her while she’s very drowsy. I really like the doctor there, the hospital is affordable but the front desk people are very rude. Meanwhile I was paying I asked her a common question, “How long will my puppy be this drowsy”. She rudely responded “ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS ARE IN THE BAG!” Im sure she should be aware of how about how long. It seemed as if I was bothering her. Very disappointed with the service .

So far so good. Came in for blood tests for my pet. They were quick and she didn't seem too stressed. The doctor was pretty much to the point and gracious. Update: Initially brought my cat in because she wasn't eating. These folks got my cat in within two days of calling. Every other vet in this whole city has a comical waiting list of at least two months. Turns out my cat had a tooth infection and needed a teeth cleaning. The prices at Vermont are economically friendly. Not every pet owner is a millionaire and Vermont clearly gets this. The price to get your pet's teeth cleaned here is fair. Anyway - the anesthesia and cleaning went smoothly. And she didn't need any extractions which is so great. I would recommend this place but I do encourage you to read all the reviews. Not everyone has the best experience here but to be honest that's how it is for every single vet across LA. Each one has at least two horrifying reviews. Just do your research. Also, the staff and doctor here are working for less money than most clinics in this city and they're overworked. Sure, they're not the friendliest bunch but I'm not mad at them. They're choosing to help low wage worker's pets at a low cost meaning they're probably making not much in pay. I think it's ok they're sometimes grumpy. All in all I will continue bringing my pets here. Good animal care and prices that don't threaten my ability to pay my own rent. Win win.

This place is complete trash. Please save yourself the time and avoid this place bringing my pet here is my biggest regret they didn’t help him at all. The receptionist are useless and only give detailed info to certain customers. The doctor there’s only one complete horrible seems like he barely started working yesterday. Was not direct and does not know how to answer simple questions. He would get our hopes up saying our pet was getting better. We went to see him he looked exactly the same as when we brought him in. Then he tells us he’s dead I’m disgusted of this place and the people that work there. If you decide to go there make sure you have someone who speaks his first language to translate. This place should be closed down. ????????

The Doctor is just what you want. To the point and direct. Prices are phenomenal. I highly recommend this place. I take all 3 of mine here. I'm feel lucky to have found this place

We took our very first dog here. We rescued the dog, because she was left at an evicted house chained in a garage. The vet was amazing and patient and informative and knowledgeable (he better be for all those years of schooling ????). We felt great about his practice and the people who answer the phones and assist him are also wonderful. We plan on being in this part of town for a while. And we have our forever dog now and our vet is forever set, too!????

I came here for my first time because I’m new to this area and didn’t like the service I received from the doctor. The ladies in front are very nice and sweet but the doctor himself was lowkey rude. I came in for a check up about my cat and he was rushing as if he was trying to hurry and get me out. Idk if that has something to do with it being the end of the day and it was close to closing time but I was very upset when I left. I kept asking questions because he wasn’t even saying anything really, mostly trying to rush me and my cat out. I paid $35 for nothing when my cat didn’t even get the proper check up. I’ve been to other vets before who actually wasn’t rushing and checked everything to make sure he was fine. The doctor Really made me feel like this place cares just about the money than the actual service. So won’t be coming back. Maybe it was good service for other customers but my experience wasn’t the same outcome as the reviews I read.

I really like this practice. Everyone is lovely and Dr. An is extremely hard working. They really do their best to help your pet. They helped my diabetic dog, Gary and put him on the path to good health.

I was leaving town and brought in an injured dog on Saturday afternoon. They cleaned it up, Xrayed and bandaged the affected foot to allow me to get home. Very caring and friendly people.

Dr. An was very caring towards my boy, articulate in his assessment, and thoughtful towards my concerns. His prices are affordable and reasonable. I chose his office because of the great reviews I read on Google and I wanted to contribute to and share my positive experience.
