Like most Unleashed locations, they cram a lot of stuff in a tiny space so it's a little harder to navigate with a big purse and big dog. It was the only pet shop near Hollywood that had familiar products. The staff was very friendly.

This place is great! I HIGHLY recommend going here. For one it’s pretty much a petco but smaller and they still have the awesome prices! This place was super clutch! It’s right down the street from Dog E Den daycare! I’m lucky to have came across this and grabbed some good quality toys for my puppy! Definitely go here!

Valet parker in the back was completely rude and chased after just to tell me that I have to let him know where I'm shopping instead of being at his stand he expected me to know what to do when there are no signs to tell me that I need to check in with valet. They don't even park the car for you. Horrible valet.

so I work for InstaCar; I went to pick up an order. I asked the cashier some questions; Afferent boy in the box ... his attitude from the beginning was despotic and denigrating. When paying, I asked him for help to help me scan the items as there were so many and his reaction was to kick the products with his legs. I understand that they do not help the drivers to install. But as the client orders my services it is the same attention that he should receive as a regular client. So it is very disappointing to arrive at that place and to be treated with little respect ... I am a regular customer of the have and also for my work and something like this has never happened to me in this store. They should take a closer look at how they treat all customers regardless of where one comes from Then I make the note that pray the next time I withdraw an order please do not hit the products or throw them by the cashier because if something is damaged I must return the product. And a young woman threatened to call the costumer service to ban me from entering the store. I don't understand what was wrong I did if I only asked for their help ñ. Although I do not understand their definition of work, I understand that at least good customer service should be provided by the cashiers. KICK MY PRODUCTS WITH MY FEET. OMG ANOTHER WORLD

This place is small but they almost always have what I need. In and out.

Horrible customer service. Last time I go in there. I walked into the store today with my dog. Walked up to the cashier who was on her phone. I introduced myself and said my dog wasn’t eating her kibble , and asked if she had a sample or a small bag of something different I could buy. She couldn’t be bothered , said they had nothing like that . She did point somewhere and said there was a dried up dog food but nothing else. So I literally said I guess I’ll find a bag of food myself . I had to ask for the cashiers name since she had no name tag . Last bag of food I buy there. I guess it’s chewy.com. A business can’t afford poor customer service in this climate. But Susan is her name and not helping customers is her game .

Nice store and good service

My dog has a standard collar. I Unleashed by Pet-co, as instructed, and found it to be 1/2 inch in width. Therefore, I ordered the tag for this size. There was no way the tag was going to slip onto the collar. Impossible! I liked the tag, so I sewed it onto my dog's collar with heavy duty button thread. This worked fine.

My favorite location and the staff is amazing

When a customer repeatedly mentions that 30lb bags of cat litter without stick on convenience handles are hard to carry (along with your handle free bags) - you might want to pay attention or said customer will shop at amazon next time.

This location is tucked away in the heart of Hollywood. First of all, they have a parking structure in the back, which is great. The service was on point - I was greeted with very directly staff. They also seemed to know their product. ???? I bought a taste of wild bag and it was fairly priced. I am happy. I would come back to this location again.

Parking is tricky to find... It's in the back and very limited/shared with other stores. Service is ... Hit or miss. Usually friendly enough if you ask them for help.

Great team of workers at this location. Much preferred compared with going to a regular Petco (but they don't have a big a selection).

Really big pet store with huge inventory of pet food, accessories, etc. Parking is around the back.
