I have had two wonderful visits here. The medical and office staff are always very kind, patient, and attentive to the animals in their care.

These people have no idea what they are doing. Their main goal is to make money, not help pets. They first start off by charging you $200 for a consultation in order to assess your pet despite the fact that my vet gave us a set list on what …

Now let's talk about the day of my appointment. I drove 2 hours and 20 minutes to get to this appointment I arrived before 10 AM which was my appointment time. There was literally zero parking available. The place faces an alley and they maybe have less than 10 parking spots which I wasn't made aware of before my visit. Because I had been driving so long I had to go to the bathroom very badly so I double park my car and took the dog in and went to the bathroom inside the facility. The trainer met me at the door and he helped me get to the bathroom, which was very kind. By this time it was just past 10 o'clock I re-parked my car in a spot that I thought was OK. I came back in and told them where I parked my car they told me that it wasn't the right place to park my car. They kept asking me if they wanted me to take the dog back. I said no because I really wanted to capture his first swim on my iPhone. In my mind I figured that my lesson would start once the dog was in the water. And I didn't realize how far after 10am it was. I was rushing around as fast as I could. So I go back out and drove around to find a parking space finally found a parking space came back in by this time it's probably 10 after 10 now they tell me I have paperwork to fill out which I did not know about as I said before I did not get a confirmation email. And I have called that place several times as far as scheduling and as far as getting the paperwork for the veterinarian and no one told me to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to fill our paper work. So the dog swim lesson doesn't start until 1015. The trainer says at about 1028 that he's going to let the dog do a few more laps and we're going to be done. That's when I asked doesn't my time start when I lesson starts and he told me no. So I paid $100 for 15 minutes of a swim lesson when I should have gotten 30 mins. When I tried to talk to the girls at the front desk about lowering my price because I didn't get my full 30 min lesson and because of all the incidents that happened the caused my lesson to be late, they sternly told me no. The manager didn't even come out to see me about my concern. They said I knew the appointment time...of course I did! I was there before 10am!!! That is horrible customer service considering I was patient with them regarding the vet paperwork...considering I was a first time customer....considering that I was at my appointment early but due to trying to find a parking space and paperwork that I was unable to start the appointment at 10 o'clock. I am thoroughly upset mainly because I just expected a higher level of compassion. I would never recommend this place. Also no one told me that my lesson was going to start when I arrived regardless of whether or not the dog was in the water regardless of whether not I was filling out paperwork. They could have shown me the common courtesy to say ma'am I understand that you want to see your dog in the water but your lesson starts at 10 AM; you're going to pay for the time regardless. If they would have told me that then I would have had more information to decide if I wanted to see the dog get in the water for the first time. That's just common courtesy! And again very very poor communication! You know that I have never been to your business before; you know that I am unfamiliar with the way that you handle appointments, you know that I'm flustered trying to get in the door. You could have let me know what your policies and procedures were regarding when the lesson officially time started especially considering you had no parking available and had me filling out paperwork. That is horrible. I don't mind spending the money on an activity my dog loves. However I absolutely expect to be treated with compassion and understanding when I give my business!

Shamus has been "working out" at 2H4P for a couple of years. I believe the hands of the Leslie, Bryan and the wonderful staff are the reason Shamus was able to keep walking probably for a year longer than he should have. And when it was time for wheels to help him get around they helped fit him and get him used to it (me as well)! Having a pug that stopped walking before I know how painful it is to watch as your best companion slowly starts to deteriorate and there is nothing you can do to stop it. But you can make their life enjoyable and give them quality thru the therapies and support Two Hands Four Paws provides. Shamus has been a regular on Saturday's and this week will stay with them for 10 days as his human Dad and I head off on a trip. I know Shamus will be loved and cared for every day and am so grateful my vet, Dr Suehiro referred me and Shamus to them. Anyone with dogs or cats that need some type of therapy can be comfortable and confident that they will get the best care at 2H4P.

I LOVE these people. They are so incredibly dedicated. My dog Noola is a 14 year old Lab mix who had been exhibiting severe signs of arthritic deterioration. With their guidance she has lost almost 10 lbs since we stared a program of swimming twice a week and monitored diet. She is much more comfortable and healthy. These are dear, caring, very knowledgeable people who take a passionate interest in their dogs. Also, I love the fact that a vet sees Noola each and every time she comes. I heartily recommend them. I love this place and everyone who works here! Our dog Cooper went through two major knee surgeries last year and we were having a difficult time with his rehab on our own. Worried that he was not getting stronger, we started bringing him here and I believe it truly saved him. Leslie is so wonderful, welcoming and understanding. Dr. Barsky is amazing and Susan is incredible - she has worked with him the most but I know others have worked with Cooper as well and I want to thank everyone who has helped him with his rehab. The entire team here is so lovely; I miss seeing them more often! But it's a good thing because our dog is much happier, healthier, balanced and strong. And I am so thankful we started bringing him here. I have to thank his surgeon as well - Dr. Kim Carey - for taking such good care of Coop and for referring us to Two Hands Four Paws!

My boy Chai was treated so well, so lovingly. When he lost his battle on the day after Christmas, the doctor spoke to me several times, helping me understand the process and the alternatives, and showing us a level of personal commitment I will never forget. I am so grateful.
