Friendly staff. A good experience over all

Don't bother contacting this place. They "Aren't taking new clients" From other reviews it seems like they haven't been taking new clients for over 2.5 years, so it sounds like a major management problem that has yet to be rectified.

Village Vet was recommended to me by ASG hospital in Glendale. They said that clients of this Vet were very happy with the services their animals received. Unfortunately, they are not accepting new clients at this time.

Everyone is supper helpful and there’s not one thing that needs improvement. After my dog got attacked by another dog I brought him in and the staff took really good care of him and even called me after a couple of days to check up on him. That is excellent healthcare.

We had a pet emergency that we needed food for our pug who had a liver shunt and wanted to buy dog food that required a prescription, we had the prescription, they would not sell us the dog food. I explained that I have been calling all over to find this specialized dog food that was out at most places. They said we would have to be a client and they were't taking any more clients. This food is life saving to our pug and he can only eat this food. This place is not a place for anyone with compassion. We just need the food, we had the prescription and they refused. BTW ..The prescription was a day old from another local vet who has been around for over 20 years, not a fake prescription. We found another vet who would sell it to us, without becoming a client with the day old prescription. Our pug will get his food. Not a compassionate vet clinic during this time of crisis.

They always take really great care of my dog. Extremely good communication and transparent pricing.

Routine checkups are expensive and parking lot is tiny. The rooms also seem dirty.

They care for animals and it is very apparent. Very clean and organized.

The people that run this place are great, so friendly, and really just an all around professional and caring team. They came highly recommended from a few folks in the neighborhood, I am glad I listened to them. When my little buddy broke out in a skin rash, they got me in ASAP and had a prescription in my hand in 24 hours.

Village vet was recommended to me by a cat rescue lady and they have reasonable prices and seem compassionate and knowledgeable. They also have this large resident kitty that takes up a whole counter every day! I think that gives you an idea of how much they love animals

Vets and technicians are very caring and thorough trying to find and treat my dog's medical issues.

Very rude and unhelpful. I'm visiting from out of town with my dog who needed to see a vet with an emergency and I was met with a very unapologetic "sorry, we're not seeing new clients".

Our 13-year-old dog has been under the care of Dr Fuller and her staff since they opened. Words can't describe how wonderful, caring, and compassionate they all are. This staff has helped us through very difficult times, I couldn't trust anyone else to care for our beloved pet they way Village Vet has.

We are clients of Village Vet since shortly after their initial opening. Dr Fuller took excellent care of our two Lhasa Apsos even given health challenges in their later years. And now with two new puppies. Can't be positive enough about their holistic and measured approached to pet care. Also very pleased with Drs Aubrey and Ramagnano. Only suggestion: they're ready for bigger office space.

They real love what they do and their pricing isnt super expensive.

This is my local vet and we love it here. We always get the best service. They are super supportive and take the time to discuss your concerns.

Village Vet is a wonderful place, with doctors and staff that truly love the animals they treat. I took MIsty, my 24 year old cat, here several times, before the final visit where she was put to sleep. Dr. Aubrey was extremely compassionate, and I felt like my kitty was as comfy as she could be during that time. No question, I would go back here, if another kitty chooses me!

Was told I would be fit in within the next week and they'd call me back, but never got a call back. My cat has an active urgent issue and when calling after giving them three daysthey said I could not be seen for two weeks. Not only is this poor service, it puts my animals health at risk.

So I’m making this comment AGAIN b cause it seems as if my first comment was deleted! This is to bring the stores attention about their associate KRISTIN. She’s very rude, she’s very disrespectful. The times I’ve been there to take my dog for a grooming she’s been on her phone. Making me wait when there’s no line or any reason to wait. If she can’t provide the customers such as my self with great customer service she might as well find another job!

Absolutely recommend - I was extremely happy with my first visit here today, everyone was so kind and so sweet to my very nervous dog. It's hard for my dog to feel comfortable with new people or at the vet but they did such a great job, so thrilled this vet is in my neighborhood.
