I have gone to a few other places for my dog to get groomed in downtown LA. This is the best place! Friendly staff and my dog always comes out clean and happy!

I needed a place to bring my maltese Mochi for the day, since I had to be on the road for work. I called to make an appointment and found out that they also offered grooming - a plus! I had just flown from out of state and had her vaccinations and rabies info with me which was good - I could show them that she was ready to mingle! The shop was close enough for us to walk to from my building in DTLA (which sadly also gave us another good reason for her to need a groom). We were greeted by Eileen who was really sweet to Mochi and she gave us a quick tour of the facility. I did notice that the space despite having other friendly barking dogs, HAD NO DOGGIE SMELLS!!! I asked Eileen about it and she said they were really fastidious about cleaning - it shows! Despite being a little hesitant to be left behind, Mochi immediately started making friends and barely noticed I had left. When I returned to pick Mochi up, I was pleasantly surprised to see how how bright white she was! And on top of it, she didn't actually want to leave and go home with me lol. Pricing for the daycare and grooming was reasonable and the hygiene cut she got was great. Will definitely be back! I've already recommended their service to neighbors in my building. A+

Is the best place for your little beautiful and cute animals

I LOVE The Pupper Club!! I've been bringing my Luna here for regular Doggie Daycare for 2 years now and really wouldn't trust anyone else with my dog. Their play park is small, with smaller playgroups and lots of one on one attention, which feels much safer than having her in an overwhelming crowded setting. Thanks Pupper Club!

I have 3 pups and had been thinking about getting one of them dyed for a while but had always been so hesitant until I found The Pupper Club! I booked with Kat for a hair dye on my pup Maxinne and Kat made me feel so confident about getting Maxinne dyed. She reassured me that all would be okay and answered all of the questions I had. She was so nice!! She absolutely nailed the look I wanted Maxinne to get and they even sent me these cute pics of her after! Thank you Kat and The Pupper Club!

I live in San Diego and frequently visit LA. The LA location is just as fabulous as San Diego. Eileen has created a classy, beautiful, and customer friendly environment. She has made my dog feel like as if she was her own.

I specifically told the groomer Catherine NOT to shave my pup and that’s exactly what she did. She even called and asked for clarity, and she still shaved him. On top of that, they had the nerve to charge me more.. NEVER going back ????

The actual groomers here are great and I definitely recommend them, but the scheduling seems to be inconsistent as I've had two of my appointments cancelled in the past 3 months. The first one was due to a family emergency that the groomer had, which is more than understandable. However, the second time my appointment was cancelled the morning of, and it was due to a double booking. With the abundance of dog groomers in DTLA, I would recommend going somewhere more reliable.

Found this place online and went in for first groom yesterday. My dog Sacha is a pretty anxious little girl and I've always worried leaving her at the groomer. When I picked her up, she was playing and taking pics with the front desk girl and I couldn't believe how calm she looked! The groom looks amazing and so happy i've found this place. Will definitely be back!!

I brought my boy Colin in for the first time last week and so glad I chose this place after the research I’ve done in the DTLA area! Not only does he look amazing, but the entire team is so wonderful, professional and communicative about the entire process. Highly recommend!

Absolutely LOVE The Pupper Club! We recently rescued a sweet, 10-year old maltipoo and have had the hardest time finding a place to groom him. He is terrified of kennels and can get anxious or snappy with new people. From the first phone call, the staff set me at ease; helping me plan what was the best time for him to come in, offering private space for him to wait that was not in a kennel, and bringing him out to us looking like a brand new dog at the end of his appointment. They did such incredible work-we will definitely be back-couldn't be happier!

Great loving place for small dogs in the city!

I have been using Pupper Club for grooming for over a year now and the result is always amazing! My dog is a senior golden retriever and they take such good care of her, always making sure she's comfortable. They use 2 handlers to wash and dry her as it's hard for her to stand for long periods :( and always have her waiting in the front for me instead of crating! I always appreciate the extra care they take with her :)

I’ve taken my pup gizmo here for her baths and play time. She’s always had the most amazing time playing with all her furiends and loves the owner.. she always comes out smelling like 100$ deff a hot spot if you’re ever in the dtla area

Thank goodness for pupper club!! I just moved to LA and found a home away from home for my little guy. I work at staples center and it is close and convenient for me. There’re great!!

We’re so glad we found Pupper Club! Our boy Charlie is a spirited doodle and we are very picky about his grooming. Eileen and her team do such a great job and he always comes away looking and smelling amazing! Eileen does Charlie’s groom and it always turns out just how we like it. It helps that he’s excited when he gets to the door even though he’s going in for a groom! :)

The Pupper club is a little hidden gem in downtown la. If you want doggie day care that’s Boutique, attentive, personalized and just like trusting your fur baby with friends or family, this is the right place for you. I got hooked on Pupper club when I realized I needed a home-like environment where I felt comfortable leaving my Maltese Yorkie, Millie. She’s a super sensitive personality and so sweet but very timid. I took her to Pupper when they first opened and she literally fell in love with one of workers, Gabe, and I finally felt fine leaving her. Now when I pick her up, it’s like she’s at home... she actually walked me over to the food area the other week! I was crying laughter. Eileen the owner is also awesome- she’s there most of the time and very hands on- you can tell that dogs and daycare are her passion. I’m very happy with my care for Millie, and I’m not a big reviewer but wanted to share!

Terrible -Terrible- Terrible- Terrible Service- Terrible Owners Behavior -Terrible Business!!! they Left my dog free unattended in shop lobby the girl who works there was busy on her cell phone a customer come in the store and my dog run away from front door.I was not inform until I got to pick him up and all they can say is I'M SORRY was almost twenty min of deep anxiety walking around hopeless till I found the nice person who hold my dog till I got to him , such a miracle . If your dog is important to you please don't go to this place there are so many other great spots around

DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE. I picked my dog up yesterday to find a half inch open cut on her leg. No one notified me when I picked her up. The dog is 11 and has never had an issue with a groomer. This is second to the owner cutting her hair so crooked that 3 months later it's still not long enough to even out. When I called the owner became super defensive and refused to acknowledge the 3 missing inches off my dogs right ear. This place is a wreck.

First of all, I have to say I am extremely picky when it comes to choose everything for my dog. However, The Pupper Club DTLA has been grooming my Labradoodle for a year now and their job is absolutely incredible! Their service is amazing, plus everyone is so friendly!! They listen very patiently and take time to make sure our needs are met all the time! They are gentle and take such good care of my dog! Today we had our pup groomed by Eileen and holy cow he looks handsome! I cannot recommend this place enough!
