Amazing staff and the vets were genuine. I would go here if I ever needed a second opinion. Compassion over profits. Love it! Being a non-profit organization, they tell you the truth. I was lied to by our vet. We switched here to get a second opinion and it was nowhere near what our vet told us and the procedures didn't need to happen. I love their honesty. Come here always for a second opinion. They have nothing to gain but to be able to help your fur babies get better. ♡

I like the fact that you can make appointments on line and also do the walk in during certain days of the week for vaccines.

I was very cool, it was fast and very professional!

It was great! The line for the vaccination clinic was really long. They only had two workers who had to pass out forms, collect forms and fees, input info into computer and give vaccinations, etal. Yet, despite the long line of people and their fur babies. Those two workers worked so fast and efficiently.

Took my Doggy Olive here for dental work , Got 7 teeth extracted, she came back home safe and is doing well. Ill recommend coming here. Thank you to the nurses and dr. Zoe I paid $600

SNPLA is great. I highly recommend it. Dr. Zoe is amazing. She is caring, sweet, and passionate about her job. Plus the prices are so much better than in other places.

It's inexpensive, fast and easy to get vaccines, spay/neuter and microchips. Fantastic investment in your pet's health and safety--and it saves so much money and heartache!

I loved this place. I took my cat to get neutered and the process of making an appointment to picking up my cat post surgery went quick and easy. They also treat your animals with love and care. I recommend this place for anyone looking to neuter their cat. The cost I initially paid $20 as a security deposit, then after the surgery, flea medication, and e-collar I paid $80. In total this was about $100 which is a deal!

Bias facility, will make you wait for your appointment if your early doesn't matter,yet if you're late won't accept you,no flexibility. Rude and discourteous staff.

Get there early if you are doing the low cost vaccinations/chip. The line builds up quickly. Very friendly staff and very quick and professional. This place is doing great work and for that, definitely consider a donation it only helps them help you in better ways.

Pricing wise was great to get my dog neutered. However she came home with fleas(which she’s never had before). And she’s up to date on flea medication. Really rough when you can’t give a dog a bath after surgery and they come home with fleas.

Meds where spilled all over the bag & was not enough for the 14 days I paid & did not get what I paid for. I gave 2 stars reason is the nurse who brought my cat to me told me to put the drops in my cats eyes my cat has an ear infection. I repeated what she said she agreed yes I told her my cat has ear infection not eye problem she read the instructions & said oh I'm do sorry yes put drops in her ears. I called to ask about the meds waited on hold 35 min no one ever got on the phone. I Will probably never go back

SNPLA is everything and Angie is the everything of everything. taking such good care of this sweetest abandoned unchipped cat and getting him ready to come live with me and my roommates who also have cats, while keeping everyone safe.
