I take my cat for the first time and it was a good experience, friendly staff ..

I'm so disgusted with this horrible vet! I recently had my dog in the facility and opted for a communal cremation, as per the tech, i would be receiving the ashes back but along with others, its been two weeks now and i call for the status of her ashes and they said they throw them out! Are you kidding me, this is my family member not just my pet! Don't ever ever ever use them! You will never get another dime from me! Jerks.

Dr. Charlie and her staff are simply The best I’ve found in 20 years. Had many dogs, cats, birds, dealt with dozens of Veterinarians, none have given the quality of care as this Clinic has.

I have been bringing my 6yo Maltese here for the last 2 years. He has acute dermatitis caused by some serious allergies and he requires constant care, treatment and medication. I brought him in for a routine injection and ear treatment however these simple procedures took them over an hour to perform and within that hour my dog was left unsupervised for long enough for him to scratch his face to such a degree that chunks of his fur were missing and his skin was extremely irritated and even bleeding. This is not the worst vet center out there but I think that this blatant display of neglect, unprofessionalism and lack of care for one of their long term, monthly clients should make every pet owner reconsider their options or at the very lest be extremely diligent about the kind of care their pets are receiving at Shatto vet.

They are honest and tell you what the charges are before treating so you don't get shocked with a large bill. Their prices are reasonable too. Their treatment has worked well on my doggy.

Amazing staff, really nice doctor and nurse who took the time to explain everything and my dog loved him and the nurse, my dog doesn't like people too much so that says alot. Definitely my go to vet from now on and reasonably priced.

The staff who works on Tuesday at 4:30-5:00 pm ish was very unfriendly, condescending, and passive aggressive. When I visited the vet 8 days ago, I was told that the rabies antibody test results are going to be coming through mail in a week. It’s past that right now, and I am in a situation where I need the test result to get on an international flight with my dogs. So, today, I called in to kindly ask for the status of the test results. The staff there was telling me there is absolutely nothing they can do but to wait, and she talked with attitudes. First of all, that was not the response I was expecting to get because it wasn’t me, but the staffs at the clinic that initially told me it is going to arrive within a week. Secondly, to make matters worse, the staff tells me there is no way to know if it is en route or haven’t even been shipped from the lab. Am I just suppose to sit down and calmly wait? I was very curious if that staff treats every client like that and shocked over how she continues to work in the front office with that attitude. Let me ask you. Am I in the wrong to ask about the status of a service that I paid for? Is that how you train your staffs? Once money leaves out of your client’s pocket, is that the end of your service?

During the pandemic the stuff had us waiting in the parking lot they would come out and take the dog inside and then bring it out the process was actually very convenient and quick.

Very professional and truly care! My baby had gone to two other clinics before Shatto and we could not figure out what was wrong. Shatto has been so amazing and the Doctors and staff here helped in finding what was happening to my baby. I will continue to bring my baby Apollo here.

The staff and vet were so nice and gentle with my pup..They took such good care of her and gave me a full explanation of her medical condition, of the procedure she might need and went through the whole estimate in detail with me. I wish I took her there a long time ago and honestly had a great experience and super happy I found this clinic. Thanks again!

I've never been seen at my appointment time, usually a 20- 30 minute wait, the staff must be overworked or stressed, that's the only plausible explanation I have for the passive agressive and condescending desk staff when I asked why my appointment was once again put on hold. They ask to order superfluous tests for any ailment, don't communicate well with each other, which leads to mishaps like your dog getting an abdomen x-ray instead of the chest one that was ordered and paid for. It's currently 40 minutes past my appointment time as I write this and I have yet to see a doctor. They overbook to maximize profits and you have to pay for it with your own time being spent waiting.

Came here for a second opinion and definitely glad I did. Dr. Explained everything with extreme detail. He was friendly and made sure to give me options on how I can proceed with my dogs care.

Lovely place. I haver been here two times and excellent service each time. My little kitten got so much better after treatment. I would definitely recommend.

Super friendly, and very thorough. Was very nice to my dog and I. Was polite in every way, all staff to be specific. I plan on staying here.

Everyone's great, they ensure to go over everything with you and are always so helpful. Every interaction with the staff is so warming. I definitely trust Shatto with my pup! Update: Due to Covid, I haven't been able to personally meet the Dogter but today I got to finally meet him during my Shinobu's visit. Meeting Dr. Richard Yi was such a pleasant experience! He was very kind and sweet, was very attentive to my doggo and although we were only together for a small period of time, he treated my Shinobu so well and kept chatting one on one with him, as if he was his own. He ensured to go over everything with me and went far and beyond to diagnose my pup. Since the beginning of my experience with Shatto, I've been very happy with the overall experience: the receptionists, the dogter, and the services, but today really knocked my experience out of the park. I left really happy with not only my experience today, my experiences in the past, and most importantly with my decision to trust Shatto with my stinky boy!

They helped a lot with my daughter's cat who has FeLV. Good prices, polite front desk.

They really maintain the place very well. The floors and exam rooms are clean and I didn't smell any odor while I was there. I had been always hesitant to let my cats out of carrier when I visited the other veterinarian offices because their floors were dirty, but the shatto vets are the first vet office that I was not concerned about letting my cats out on the floor. Their staffs were also very helpful and explained and answered all my questions. I would recommend this place to other pet owners.

Took my spunky kitten here for vaccines and to schedule a spay appointment. Everyone in the office was friendly and sweet to her. The vet tech was super gentle with her and gave her love while the vet performed her exam. They took the time to answer all of my questions and explain things to me without making me feel rushed. I also really love their texting system for scheduling appointments, it's super convenient for those of us who can't just answer the phone at any given time. So happy I brought my kitty here, I know she'll be in good hands once she has her spay appointment.

Best vet I have been to. The staff their are nice and answer all of my questions in a way I can understand if I need clarification. From my experience with my own pets, they treat them with the utmost care while being understanding and flexible to any medical issues that they may have.

I have been looking for a new vet for my Wednesday since her vet that she's been with since a baby has gone down hill. I am very happy with the staff. Their enthusiasm and just the patience with answering questions. We are getting ready to leave the country. I needed a good, honest, vet to do the paperwork and her physical. Scheduling has been easy. Look forward to writing a follow-up ????

Vet took his time to check on my doggie and explain what he had found. Offered referrals for places that could do the test of him. I really liked that.

After doing a bunch of research on different vets, I decided to bring my dog to Shatto. The staff here are beyond friendly and really make you and your animal feel comfortable. They were all so kind to my jumpy 4 month old puppy. She got a few different vaccinations which came out to about $150, that includes some testing I decided to have done. They also gave me an estimate for a hernia surgery/spaying which was way less than what other places were trying to charge me. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this vet practice. Everyone is always extremely nice, helpful, efficient, and accommodating. Dr. Yi was so wonderful, takes his time being super thorough during appointments, answering every question and making sure you feel comfortable with the answers. Highly recommend bringing your fur babies here!

Amazing staff. Not expensive compare to other vets.

Wanna to say big thanks to Kevin Chung who took care of my two cats. I got answers on all questions about health of my cats. Really kind and friendly staff at the clinic. Prices are medium range. Also it's super comfortable to contact this clinic though the app PetDesk. I see there all prescriptions, lab tests, vaccinations and can do appointments.

6/23/21 I took my 2 sick kittens here on their first vet visit and everyone was so friendly and professional. I was nervous but the staff here did their best to make them feel better (and unintentionally me too.) I know it should be expected but I was still very impressed and relieved to see them take such genuine care for my kittens.

I can’t say enough good things about this vet!! After going to another vet in town who wanted to put my dog under general anesthesia and do surgery for a cut that was healed perfectly with just antibiotics and close observation, I was nervous!! But Shatto exceeded my expectations! The wait time wasn’t bad, even with Covid precautions. The vet took the time to explain all my options for treating my dogs allergies and her heartworm/flea/tick prevention. He was very competent in knowing the potential reactions/side effects. He also was very up front with the prices of everything. (Which were SO reasonable compared to the other vet in town.) The technicians were very sweet with my dog and I felt that she was safe with them even when I couldn’t go back with her. I would recommend this vet to anyone!!
