Compassionate and caring service at a difficult time.

The whole team over here is amazing and truly have gifts. I had made an appt with another vet and my Marley was ready to go sooner. They were out within hours. Dr Roznick explained everything in terms that were easy to understand and didn’t make us feel rushed. It was such a painful time but also a beautiful experience because of Dr Roznick. She was able to pass in my arms. It was so beautiful to see her so relaxed and at peace in her final moments.

Obviously this is one of the saddest situations a dog owner could find themselves in. I called them, they came the same day (some places I called didn't have openings for over a week, which is a bit unrealistic) and the doctor was so wonderful. He was kind, he explained everything, he was gentle, he was patient, and most of all, he treated our loved dog with dignity and respect. The entire situation was so peaceful, and was exactly what I would have wanted for her last moments with us. I can't recommend Dr Roznick highly enough.

This was our first time having to euthanize our pet (family member). We all knew he was suffering. Serenity veg care was very responsive, and Dr. Rosnik was comforting and respectful of our wishes. He treated our little boy with kindness. Very thankful for all of you at serenity vet care.

I had never had to euthanasize a pet before, and this was at the end of a very tough period of hospice with my kitty. I knew I absolutely could not take him from his home comfortably to do this, so this is an amazing service to have available. I do not remember the name of the gentleman who helped my baby pass, but he was quite gentle, calming, and explained every single thing he would do, was doing in each moment, and every possible thing to expect. I could not have asked for a better experience in that terrible time.

Words cannot express how thankful my family and I are to have been helped by Serenity with the passing of our handsome chap. They where so kind, respectful and understanding in one of the most tragically sad moments of my life. I highly recommend their services.

I had an appointment 3 hours after my call... on a Sunday morning. They were professional and compassionate; I'm grateful I was able to find them, and that my pet didn't have to suffer until Monday morning.

We had the most wonderful experience with them. They where so kind and professional from the minute I placed the call to the very last second when they carried my dog away. Doctor Jennifer and her assistant where able to come within one hour of us calling them. They where so kind and the Doctor took the time to explain to us everything in detail. I am so grateful we where able to say goodbye to our baby girl at home. She was in so much pain. Serenity made this entire situation so much better and comforting. I highly recommend them.

This is the first time I have ever used a service like this. I strongly recommend them. The female Vet could not be more wonderful and gracious as well as her assistant. Through this difficult time she was knowledgeable, patient, and kind. They never rushed us at all. It was a very peaceful experience. I strongly recommend them.
