Great place. Caring vet. After he found out I worked at a pet salon, he did not charge for office visit and special bath she needed for allergic reaction. Only charged me for the meds my sons pup needed. The message on top was placed over a year ago. Since then we have had to switch vets. My sons dog needed her flea treatment renewed and for over a week we couldn't get a hold of anyone. There was an issue with my pup and she was sent to VCA animal hospital which cost us alot of money. Turns out his tech forgot to mention to the xray tech reading our dogs x-rays that she had just had surgery which explained the issue she was having . They stated they would reimburse me for the expensive VCA bill and for the last year , I have tried several times to get them to reimburse the bill.

My pet stayed there 30 hours for blood work and an x-ray. She was supposed to have teeth pulled and there was an "emergency " each day, pushing her to the back of the list. Under staffed. Not organized. Told she would be ready at 4pm, stayed an hour while they scrambled for discharge, medicine, and payment. Borderline Incompetent. Will not be returning. Not recommended

I have had nothing but good experiences with Dr. Kamal. Today I didn;t get anyone on the phone, so I drove over to discover that Dr. Kamal recently suffered a stroke and is retiring and selling his business. The place is no longer open. I wish him well in a recovery.

Always been good to me for many years other than the first time I was there! Years ago I got a very sick puppy from the pound. They said I could give it back or take it to one of their vets on their list, he had me by the balls and tried to hustle me by trying to charge me a arm and leg! I was ready to leave the puppy there! just priced fixing a male kitty and was astronomical! I guess they don't want to do business with me any longer! Wife is office manager and is very dry/ rude!

I come here for my fur babies. They are usually busy but always manage to get me in when I need it. Their prices are also good compared to other places.

Don’t go there. So I see they have a 3.8 for reviews but my dog needed treatment so I gave them a go. FIRST when you walk in you get hit with a CIGARETTE SMELL. THE SMELL IS SO STRONG THAT ITS A FOR SURE THAT THEY ARE SMOKING INSIDE OF THE OFFICE. THE SMELL HAS ATTACHED ITS SELF TO THE WALLS…NO air freshener is going to help that smell. UNHEALTHILY FOR THE STAFF, ANIMALS AND THE PEOPLE WHO BRING IN THEIR PETS FOR CARE. The VET is extremely rude I didn’t personally experience it but as I was waiting he was really rude to the other customers. It’s like he takes a quick look at your pet and goes on about his day. Told me my dog had a hot spot when In reality my dog training collar had damage his neck. I take full responsibility for that. And I told them that’s what it was, the damage was right where the prong were. His harness got chewed up some way while he was in their care. They tried to claim it was like that which it wasn’t because it was brand new and if it was to have came in like that his harness wouldn’t even work. They gave me a new one that they had sitting around. He received antibiotics through injection and a medicated bath. Any dog owner know that a possible side effect of vaccines is possible vomiting. So guess what my dog vomited in the car so I called just to confirm that’s a side effect and the assistant said no we didn’t give him anything by mouth. If you they aren’t aware of the side effects of certain medicines they shouldn’t be working there…. Waiting for them to call me back. They also gave me free amoxicillin due to them feeling bad well that’s what I believe plus they over charge. My dog will never go back there

My daughter had her first day as a student worker here and was treated horribly. She was there no longer than 20mins and was told to hold a dog while Dr. K injected the dog. That alone was a no no, my daughter is only 17 with no training in handling animals. My daughter was skeptical and asked the doctor does the dog bite he says to her very rudely "I don't speak dog how do I know". So my daughter complies and holds the dog, fortunately the dog didn't bite her, then the doctor in not so good English tells her to" put the dog in the front", my daughter had no clue of what that meant so she asked for more clarity and told the doctor I couldn't understand u, where in the front, mind u she has just walked in the door no more than 15 mins ago and the doctor gets an attitude and says "everybody else can why can't u?" My daughter was very nervous being her first day, says "I don't know"!Then Dr. K goes on to tell my 17 yr old to "Get out go home just get out!

I was treated with love and kindness. My Boston terrier was left for regular shots and a checkup. I picked him up on time as scheduled. He was happy and I was too.

Dr Kamal is an excellent, skilled, knowledgeable and professional veterinarian. He's very reasonable with service fees. I trust him very much. He treated and saved my dog from parvovirus many years ago. Since then, I don't trust my dogs with anyone else. I highly recommend Mercy animal hospital.

Do not take your babies here! They are very unprofessional and they just take your money! Due to covid we had to drop off our dog and I have not yet received any vet visits notes or any calls from the Dr. on the consultation. They did bloodwork and even that took them forever to fax! So disappointed!!!

This dr sees dollar signs when you walk in the door. Long story short - I had my beloved cat of 15 years put to sleep because he had a tumor. I brought him in because I believed he had an abscess and his teeth needed to be pulled. But it turned out it was not an abscess at all. But the vet charged me to pull and clean his teeth even after he saw the tumor growing around his eye and through his throat. So I had to have him put down which was the saddest thing ever. Then to come out and pay and it was outrageous and I asked him why so much his words were "listen, the job was done and this is the price". I was too upset to talk about it and my ex talked to him and said that was not right and so he took off $300 of $700. Anyway, each time I went in there I felt like I was just a dollar sign. So, I won't be going back there anymore.

Worst doctor! If you can even call him a doctor. His specialty is signing death certificates and sending large bills.

1st of all the office reeks of stale cigarettes. The vet smokes constantly. He caused my dog to completely lose her hearing after i brought her in for an irritation.

I feel I left my cat on good hands. She may have to stay for four days. I had a good feeling and was reassured that when they have furry friends stay the night, someone will be there as well. Family owned business and can t beat the price for what I am dealing with.
