Clean job! My dog is happy!

This place is amazing. They do such a great job and my dogs look great

I took my little dog yesterday for grooming and when I picked him up I noticed he was mostly licking and scratching his belly/part of his chest and under his armpit of the front paw and didn’t pay much attention since he had a lot of small hair and thought it could’ve triggered the itching, but later I noticed he had redness like if he had been induced by a blade of the machine they used, I was very upset and sad because I thought they were very careful but I was wrong!! Here are a couple of pictures of my poor little dog, be careful when taking your pets, there is nothing I can’t do but to take my doggy to the vet first time in the morning, that’s what 62 dls pay for the care of your dog.

Cute little store with super friendly staff

I was a bit nervous about bringing my cats here because they are both old and not used to being bathed. They also don't like strangers. But I got them back and they both seemed to actually enjoy it. The store did a good job of bathing them and cleaning and clipping their nails. I wish they would do a little more de-shedding, but overall it was excellent and I will be bringing them back.

Don't go there. If you love your DOG! This place is very disorganized and no customer service at all! I made an appointment at 9:30 am then We did drop off my dog before 9:30. They told us It will take 3 hours MAX. It could be less... However, after 3 hours, they didn't call us any. So, I made a phone call to them at 12:45 pm... They told us on the phone that "we need 1&1/2 or 2 hours more to be done... NO WAY,,,,,,,, They didn't do anything for my dog in 3 hours! They only did " put my dog into their tiny dirty cage more than 3 hours". If you love your dog. Don't go to this place. NOT 1 STAR Even, ~~~~ 0 Star~~!

Good prices.And always comes back smelling nice and clean. But my dog always comes back traumatized and red on his private. And very very tired. And after I took my dog there, he hasn't slept for 2 DAYS, and hasn't wanted to sleep in his crate and is always whining/crying. Thats very suspicious of this place because that's not the first time all this happens... He also comes back very sad/depressed.

2nd time and they did a better job than the first. Always friendly and the staff seem to enjoy what they do.

Not sure yet dog is still there.

Loyal customer for over 5 years now. Friendly staff. They have a complete retail section for your pets too. Def recommend!

This is a family owned business with integrity. My dogs always leave super clean and looking fresh. The prices are affordable and your dog will be handled with care. The only con is that they take really long in returning your dog and for senior pets it's very important to get them in a out because standing in one position for hours really hurts them. Overall, it's good experience going here and I highly recommend supporting local businesses like this one.

My BlackJack always looks so handsome after his grooming here and the pricing is great, especially for a large dog. They're also such great sports about my big crybaby's whines.

At 1st I was happy with customer service, grooming price but they have be more careful trimming nails..my yorkie was walking on 3 legs after I picked her up from the grooming cause one of her nail was cut to short????..& I was never notified about it!

My boy always leaves Purrrfect Paws looking good and smelling fresh! We have a large Husky/Pitt mix who can be a handful. He got a hair cut back in early June which was excellent, and didn't leave him with the "completely shaved but with a fluffy neck and tail" kind of look. They also finish off with a little bandana which is so cute! Purrrfect Paws is also right up the street from Hermon Dog Park. I always take him before his appointment so he can get all that energy out, but then he also comes in nice and dirty. The staff don't seem to mind too much! They are very friendly and do a fantastic job! ????

They took my cat Sherman in for an appointment right away and reasonable prices compared to other grooming facilities.

I deal with Puurfect paws on a regular basis and they rock!!!! Ana and her team really go above and beyond. My dog always comes out looking great and fantastic. Would recommend to all my friends and fam.

My fav grooming spot! They are a small business and really take care of your pet. The prices are very reasonable, they take Covid-19 VERY seriously by social distancing and limited pets and people. I’ve always had great experiences here! They are worth the drive!

Really cute great people they were able to fit my dog right in no problem . She was cut a little in even but nothing to bad, Great price. Parking sucks there is no parking at this place or even a lot to park in.

Another dog salon over booked my two dogs. I had to scramble and find another groomer. I called purrfrect paws and they were able to groom my dog the next day. The customer service was great and courteous when I arrived. They did a awesome job on my puppy! I highly recommended this place.

It's okay, but my pets returned home with like PTSD. They hid underneath the bed for over an hour. They've been groomed elsewhere before and never acted this way, this was my first time here but honestly not sure if I'd return. First off they gave me the wrong dog. And 2nd my dogs seemed way too tense after leaving.
