This ha the best Pets Hotel of all PetSmarts, and the kindest and helpful staff. This is always my go-to location for when I have to board my dog.

Nice store but they lost a holiday photo i got and the employee i spoke to about retrieving it blamed me for "probably putting your information in wrong." Nice to know they blame their customers instead of taking responsibility.

*GROOMING* It seems like every time I go to get my pup groomed, they find more little things to add onto the price. And then, when I get my pup back, she’s still damped (looks like she just rain in the rain), doesn’t look brushed and when I ask for her paws and legs to be trimmed and clean, they can’t seem to do it. So I’m paying all of these extra fees for what?? I’ve been going to this grooming location for the past 4.5 years and the customer service team has went down a lot. They’re rude, and walk and talk like they really hate their jobs. Manny is a very condescending person. This grooming location literally sucks and I will not be returning.

Zach is the best trainer ever!! We love him. We are already seeing results with our Frenchie’s behavior. And plan on bringing our other dog to him for training too!

My dog, April, and I love Petsmart, and especially Doggie Day Camp. Since she is my only dog, I appreciate giving her the opportunity to play with other dogs on a regular basis. I feel very comfortable leaving her there, knowing she is in good, caring hands. She has made many friends, both four-legged and two-legged, over the months she has gone there. I'm so happy to have them in my neighborhood!

Petsmart is definitely better than the other large Pet** store. They are friendly and helpful with lots of selections at reasonable prices. The grooming services are more reasonably priced than anywhere else I've found.

Good selection of items for your pet. The location on La Cienega is huge. Bigger than most Petcos. Pricing & selection is similar to Petco. Maybe a little better, depending on specific items.

Friendly staff and very helpful. Seam to have most things in Stock. Plenty of parking which is why I choose this location.

I Love this Pet Smart. It has a whole upper floor with only every kind of cat food and accessories a person with a cat want.Go see for yourself.♥️♥️♥️????????????????????

They had everything I was looking for and a lot of parking. The only bad thing is the location, it’s so difficult to get out onto la Cienega.
