I can't even think of where to start because I have so much good to say. The staff and I mean every member of the staff at this place is phenomenal. Customer service is outstanding. They show genuine care and concern for the pet and for the family. Dr. Hanna was so invested into finding the reason and cure for our dogs suffering. She was inches away from death and he did everything he could to guide us in the right direction. She ended up needing surgery and to be hospitalized to help aid her recovery. The staff does several calls to update and when they say they will call and follow up they always do. I am used to places saying that and not following through. When we came into the hospital unannounced to visit our sick dog they took us right in to see her and she was clean and being surrounded by so much love and care. I actually cried seeing how well they cared for her. Everyone of the vet techs took such amazing care of her. There was one girl in particular with curly hair that seemed to really bond with our dog and that made me feel good knowing she had a friend when we couldn't be there. We are now bringing all three of our dogs to them and will be referring and praising there name to anyone and anywhere we hear someone who needs a vet. Our dog is currently in recovery when we thought she had no hope, honestly had we not of found them when we did I know she wouldn't have made it. Lastly I wanted to say to the manager that you are doing an amazing job and my family owes you so much thanks for being behind a beautifully ran business.

I had called several places before I ended at this hospital , I explained what was going on and without hesitation they took my cat Brownie in . This was an emergency call and we were very concerned for our cat. The ladies here are very pleasant and make u feel like family , they really show genuine concerned for all furry babies. The doctors and rest of staff take their time explaining all procedure and medications . I will definitely keep coming back here . Highly recommended .

They were so professional, quick with their service! the wait time was literally 5 minutes and they got my pups vaccines done and his fingers clipped!! definitely scheduled his next shots here, we will see you in 3 weeks !!!

My puppy was very sick and anytime I called they accept me right away in very kind manner Thanks to dr Hana and his team and special tanks to front desk I’m glad I find this vet i keep going there for all my dogs needs

I bring both my dogs here. They always take care of both so good. They’re very helpful and caring about my pets. Also give the best price possible. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

This place is absolutely about money and not for your pets the staff was very wonderful but the dr is a sham!!! i had my dog in already paid the fee for tests and they called me 30 mins later saying they would not see my dog till i sign a waiver after i questioned the dr who didnt seem to know anything and wasnt even prepared he added unnecessary charges and when i refused certain item charges he changed his whole demeanor and refused to help my dog who was in evident pain shame on that dr he dosent care for the animals hes all about price gouging to fatten his pocket never again stay away from this place horrible work ethics the staff was confused also on this drs actions they tried to help but this dr is a sham font waste your time here take your pets somewhere else!!!!!

The receptionist was super friendly and gave me the information to all my questions. Nadia looked at my dog before the doctor and was very friendly as well and made sure I had no other concerns and explained to me the process since it’s my first vet visit. Doctor was friendly too and gave me my options with pros and cons and was very helpful. Recommend 10/10.

“We are an AAHA-accredited veterinary hospital. That means we hold ourselves to a higher standard. Pets are our passion. And keeping them healthy is our #1 priority. Here, we strive to deliver excellent care for pets. Because your pets deserve nothing less” That’s what it says on their site. That’s bull. They ALWAYS change the price of their care. Took in a pet, had to pay increasing rates for tests that were originally cheaper, and l and had to pay to get the results! And then the results were so vague that I needed more tests. Also the results were never explained to me in a concise manner, it was spoken in complicated science terms. So I didn’t even understand or know what were my choices going forward. Please go somewhere else.

The young girl her name is Destiny she's very gentle with my dog who doesn't like to have her nails trimmed. I take her up there about every 3 months and it gets easier and easier Destiny is very good at trimming her nails.

The receptionist Ally was amazing. Wonderful customer service and made me feel welcomed as I entered the vet. Definitely coming back!!

All the workers were very helpful and informative. The tech destiny explained very well and in detail how the following medications need to be given to my baby Ragnar. Also was told if I had any follow up questions to not hesitate to call during business hours for any questions or concerns I have!!!!

Doctor and staff were attentive and friendly. Went on a busy day, but was still seen in a quick manner. Will be bringing my dog here for our future vet needs!

The lack of communication between them was horrible waste wasted my time and then start getting attitude with me when I started presenting my argument about it

The system worked like a well oiled machine. Everyone was professional and nice. Prices are reasonable.

Not truthful to what they say. I called the place and I told them my dog have ingrown toe nail. The receptionist said it will cost $25 to cut and trim the nail and $69 if it’s infected. I went in and they took my dog and after they left me for 1 hour and 1/2 , they came and told me the doctor saw her and said the dog has ingrown toe nail and that will cost $315 to do the service. I told them I know what was wrong with my dog and this is not the price you told me over the phone. I took my dog and left while being so upset for the waste of time and for not being honest with price. NOT RECOMMEND TO GO THERE.

Took my cat in for an appointment on 9/24. The vet took a sample of his skin/fur to send to the lab for a contagious disease that is dangerous to other pets and humans. They said the test would take 3-4 days. After multiple calls, on 10/4, they told me they had a partial negative result but it might be wrong. It’s 10/9 (2+ weeks), I haven't gotten a call from them. Obviously the test is negative, because otherwise we would all have been sick by now, both other pets and humans. An unprofessional approach and a complete waste of money. On a good note: the staff was very nice and squeezed me in for an appointment late on Friday. Upd: After two weeks they called and apologized for a miscommunication & that the test takes 2-3 weeks. Well, beware.

This place is a ripoff!!! Be careful!! They don’t care about your pet they only care about their packets!! Please go somewhere els if you really care about your pet ????????

I love bringing my pets here! The staff is always super friendly. I recently brought my dog in just for his allergy medicine and they offered to trim his nails! It's not expensive here and they really do what's best for you and your pet. ????????

I brought in a feral kitty and they were able to take him in and neuter him and give him his shots for me the same day I trapped him. All the staff was awesome

The place was very clean and the staff was very friendly.They managed to get me an appointment the next morning after my little guy was very ill. Unfortunately he needed to stay in their care for 3 days but they were very attentive and helpful. They allowed us to visit him everyday and provided a status report. The vet tech. Destiny was super friendly and helpful. Hannah was the vet and she with Destiny answered all my questions.

I took my dog to this center for diarrheas and vomiting. filled out form, signed for $69 visit/ consultation fee. after hour and half waiting outside in our car we were called in, taken to a cell like room and waited another half hour. an administrator came in and asked questions, took the dog to another room and we waited another half hour. admin came back with with a list of another $386 test needs to be done for diagnosis. I knew based on online comparisons that it was too high and rip off, and I was being taken for a ride. Out of desperation, we signed the paper as we could not get any discount nor merci. Over half hour later a young lady came in as Dr. Lee with test result and explained so poorly with some scary recommendations, and let us know how much more. 20 min later came in another estimate to keep the dog for 3 nights while there would be no one staying there overnight. This time for $3089.00 . when I declined they came back with another set of charges for an extra $302.00 for medications. I only asked for three of the medications to be administrated in office which was $94. I did not see if any of this services was actually done. The med, that was supposed to be given to my dog , was all over neck , face and body, and they did not bother to clean it. When I was going to pay they still kept the dog in the back so they can get the money first. they tried to overcharge another $150.00 extra, but when I said their number is incorrect, she went to the back and corrected it. This place is very unprofessional, bad service and absolutely rip off. I dispute the charges, and do not recommend this vet to anyone.
