Pampered Tails is the only place my pup will go. He’s very picky about being around other people and he always leaves this place happy. With his apprehensive attitude and his allergies I’ve tried a few groomers and this is seriously the best. They give him everything he needs every single time. We love this place!

Tried to increase the price on me from $64 to $94 for the exact same services only two months apart. Would not use this company in the future. Zero stars.

I honestly can't rate this accurately, I thought from the name that it was a massage parlor. The chic working was very understanding and amicable.

This is the absolute best groomer in town. I have been coming here for over eight years and I have never had a groomer take such good care of my animals. They are kind,efficient, amazing at what they do, and are reasonably priced for the quality of service they provide.

Katelyn was so patient with my Westie Winnie, who can be quite nervous, she looked absolutely beautiful when we picked her up, and she was happy, which put us at ease.. The salon was spotless and everyone was extremely nice. So glad we found this place “Katelyn is our new groomer” We’re happy doggie parents, thank you ????

We went to Joshua Tree for the week, yesterday on the way back we were trying to book a grooming session for our baby- Dumpling. We called the place but it was fully booked, the staff told us that he would keep us posted if have any openings for today. They did contact us a few times to help us getting a time slot that met our schedules. Today when we went to pick the baby up, he looked soooo cute and fluffy! Jack, our groomer, got rid off some brown spots around our baby’s mouth and the butt, fluffed him up very well, moreover he was super sweet and professional! Highly recommend this place for any fur parents! We are definitely going to be their regular. Because our baby now is a huge bundle of cuteness! Can’t thank him enough ❤️

They always take care of my pampered princess and she returns from them smelling fresh and looking her best.

Nelson and his staff are really great! They groomed my miniature poodle beautifully and more importantly they have a deep care and passion for grooming pets. I would highly highly recommend.

Our two huskies regularly go to Pampered Tails and they always do the best job. Today when Max & Elvis got home they looked amazing, so clean, perfectly groomed and happy as the team at Pampered Tails look after them so well. We wouldn’t go anywhere else, they are pawfect!

The grooming stations are all out in the open so there is no taking the fur babies to a back area behind any walls where people can't see you. I love that. They knew exactly what I wanted the first time they discussed it with me and I got exactly what I wanted when I picked up my precious kitties.

A bit pricey but they do a fantastic job ????

This place is like extreme makeover for pups. Our dog was in dire need of a haircut and pampered tails delivered. Our groomer, will Alexis, did an amazing job on Tillie and took great care of her throughout the process. Tillie looks like a brand new pup and could not be cuter with her fresh cut and new look. Thank you Alexis and Pampered Tails, we will definitely be back. Amazing before and after photos included.

Thanks to Will - our pup Mars was ALL wags when I came to pick him up after a nail trim and bath! Normally what seems to be a difficult experience for Mars turned into the most pleasant experience we've had at a groomers. The staff was so incredibly friendly, professional and went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable in the new space! Will took such good care of Mars and did a great job - we will definitely be returning customers :)

Very clean and tidy. The staff is extremely friendly, Titan had Staci. Here they hand blow dry your dog after washing unlike most places that place your dog into a cage with a dryer. They have your phone number and give you updates. A good way to pamper your pup!

Took my dog there yesterday for the first time, was super pleased of the haircut they gave him. Definitely will recommend. Update: I'm going there for a while now and I loveee it. I love Alexis, he is the best. Takes care of my dog and always makes sure he is beautiful

Our pup does not like having his nails trimmed, but Eve and the Pampered Tails crew were super accommodating and patient. They were gentle and understanding despite my dog's difficulties. Will definitely be going back!
