Very happy with grooming. People seem to be sweet and understanding to the pets. I take my 60 lb Husky/Sheppard there and I showed up just a bit early and saw the end of the brush out- and my dog was going crazy seeing me but the groomer handled it and completed the job as best she could.

Amazing service, espectacular haircuts and highly recommend. We have a Pomeranian and she always do a great job (Anna Shin) Thank you guys.

OrangeBone has been grooming our dog for 7 years now and every groomer has done an excellent job. Love the atmosphere and staff as well as showroom.

Only issue is availability. Groomers are great. Better prices than healthy spot.

ABUSIVE DOG GROOMER ON SITE : Unless they fired the groomer that was abusing dogs this place is awful! How they have 4.5 stars is a mystery. My dog who is always loved by her other groomer, vet and dog walker and pretty much everyone that meets her came back from Orange Bone traumatized for literally two days. I instantly knew something was wrong when I picked her up. It was like she was drugged. She didn't move from her bed for 2 days, didn't want to play, didn't wag her tail, and was just sad looking and quite which is not her personality. My boyfriend was tempted to go back to find out who groomed her and sue, but we couldn't prove it. Please pay attention to your dog's behavior after they come back from this location.

Terrible experience. Can't talk about the grooming service because they never got to do it. After booking an appointment online and confirming by phone, I was told at the place that I had gotten the time wrong, that the groomer would not be able to start on the time and If I wanted to do, I could leave my dog there until the groomer was available (or else, I could just leave). No explanation. Needless to say, I left. Stay away.

We have two Havanese pups, long haired, fiesty fur creatures that are full of energy and happiness. OrangeBone did a fantastic job with them. Long haired dog breeds are a pain to get groomed right, and on our first visit - OrangeBone won us over 100%. They're our new go-to groomers for these two.

Claudio is the best groomer I have found for my little dog Tequila. He doesn't give me a hard time if I am unable to keep up with the brushing.

OrangeBone is the best grooming experience we've had in LA. Our labradoodle has had some bad experiences at other places before, so we decided to try OrangeBone based on a recommendation. When he came back, not only was his hesitation about people touching his face gone, but he also kept running back to the groomer, Rachel, which meant that they must have treated him amazingly. They also did an amazing cut (don't poodle my doodle!) and got knots out of his fur that no other groomer had been able to do...without shaving him! His nails no longer clacked on the floor or scratched you when he cuddled. We will absolutely be going back.

I dont take my dog anywhere else! They have a back door which is extremely helpful if you have a pup anything like mine. She is afraid of busy streets so having the option of entering through there parking lot is a huge plus! And there parking lot of course!! All the groomers are kind and attentive. I am satisfied with all the services my pup has recieved. The reason for not giving 5 stars is because they recently started a cancellation fee and a late fee. 50% of services scheduled for cancellation and 20$ late fee beginning at 20 min past appt. time.

They did a great job with our Cavapoo.

I never hold my dog while trimming tails. They asked me do to it. I have no problems holding my dog but I don't like to see it. Lady was nice but I have to ask her to cut shorter, anyway job was not done the way it should be. And on my comment to front desk lady, she answered with the smile...no worry...thanks for nothing not coming here again...no worry...there are plenty of dog salons who will do a BETTER job

Our puppies love coming here and Anna (I think) has groomed them both times and they always end up looking amazing. Plus the place smells awesome!!

Claudio is a miracle worker! My cat, Lucy, had been written off by the vet as ungroomable. I took her to Claudio, and two hours later, she had a cute lion cut, and our house has been free of white hairball tumbleweeds!

Friendly groomers that do excellent work!

They're all very good with the dogs, very sweet + comforting with nervous pups, and your dogs will come out looking great. They even offer dog hair coloring services. The prices are what you'd expect from a high-end groomer.

My dog ran out of food so I had to go get some really quick. I usually buy the food online. I went there at 9am but it was for appointment only. The lady was nice enough to let me in an get the bag of food. Thanks a bunch for not letting me wait. The store smelled good too. I definitely will recommend this place to others.

My dog feels happy in this place

Heard from my hair salon Sirens that these guys are da bomb about funky cuts for dogs. Ironically, we only had our new pup for about 8 months and tried a few other groomers in the area - not for anything special yet, but weren't really connecting with where we were going. Enter OrangeBone - not only are the entire staff we've met just so amazingly nice, they're also amazingly competent and also really care about their clients. My dog is a double rescue, he's not terribly ill tempered, but he is very attached. So any time we have to leave him can be an emotional ordeal. Claudio has been handling the haute styles for our little highland since we first went for a walk-in (we schedule in advance now) and aside from really taking the time to calm my doggie down and make him as familiar and comfy as possible, no frustration or rush to get us out, he's been working magic on our doggies' look and I am happy to say when we leave with our well coiffed canine, he's as unstressed as we are about having left him. And the perpetual "aww" style is awesome, thanks team!!! Oh, the little outfits are adorable too (pictured below).

I have wooden floors and everytime Gunther walks around the house you hear "KLANK KLANK KLANK". I've tried watching YouTube videos, desensitizing his paws and still he rages to hard to cut his nails. So I decided to go to a professional but realizing if he was going to make it impossible for me then a stranger was going to get it worst. Did my research and trusted orangebone for this job. They took the time to be patient with him and clipped all his nails without stressing him out too much. I got the full service which included a bath, haircut, nails cut and brushing his teeth for $75. Kind of pricey but if he's making progress with the grooming I'll keep paying.
