I’ve been taking my pup here for about two years now. They do an amazing job with her cuts and they are always kind to us. Everyone always asks about her “boots” and I send them this way.

10/14/2020 was my second experience. 1st was just doing her feet shaved as poople feet. The owner suggested I come back for a full grroming and he mentioned they even brush their teeth. Something new to me. I brought vaccination records, her toothbrush and vanilla doggie paste, and drawing of details since this was her 1st full groom. I paid in cash upfront tip included and was told it would be 3 hrs. When I returned I was chastized because they were to call me. I said I didn't hear that. They said they needed 10 more mins. and I left. They didn't want me to wait. 30 mins later I get the call. I comeback...they hadn't done her nails or teeth. I would have to wait outside if I wanted them to do it. Since they had ALREADY charged me 10.00 MORE than their first quote, I figured I should wait..,,then when I saw my min. Poodle OMG!!!!! IT WAS HORRIBLE!!! SEE THE PIC OF HER COAT...NEVER EVER WILL I RETURN....I'D SUGGEST THE SAME TO YOU...,btw my acct says brea but I am in Burbank.

Amazing place! They were very patient with my older dog and did a wonderful job grooming him. Staff is knowledgeable and very friendly, I highly recommend them!

Stopped by this place for the first time and the employee was very helpful and friendly.

I like the way they cut my dog's hair, but I don't like the service. Every time I go there a lady who is always in a rush and always in a bad mod. I feel like she hates her job. I don't want to leave my dog there. I don't trust her.

I only bring my dog here. There are lots of groomers in LA but Byron is the only one who can groom my feisty yorkie/pom the right way. He comes home clean with excellent style and always in a happy mood. Thanks guys! Highly recommend!

I was in here early with both of my dogs. This was my second time at this location because my lost visit overall here was great. They properly informed me of everything they were doing to my dogs. I felt comfortable that I aware everything before I left my dogs in there hands. My dogs came out amazing! Awful to say but my dogs came out better than I thought was possible!

Woman was super rude and most of the pet food is expired. She had the audacity to be mad at me for seeing that the food is expired.

First time bringing our dog to a groomer and they were so nice and understanding! Will come back next time!

My puppy has been coming here for about a year and I absolutely adore them! They are fast, patient and do such a great job. My pup is never afraid to come here. They do the cuts exactly how you desire and always leave smelling amazing! I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Price is amazing. No complaints

We started out with a bit of a mix up but everything after was impeccable. My dogs went from shaggy to looking good. Their haircuts were very good and the price was reasonable as well. I will for sure be coming back and I will tell/have told my friends and family about Pimp My Pooch.

I seriously cannot sing enough praises for Pimp My Pooch! We have been coming here for a few years now because of this shop's caring demeanor towards furry friends, and their dedication to their craft. They request a small form to be filled out to notify them about dog and cat (Yes, cat!) sensitivities and quirks... and they actually listen! My dog has a sensitive spot on her back, and old age bumps on her ear, and they are so delicate with caring for her there. They trim her expressive eyebrows, not shave them. She loves being talked to and having people explain whats going on, and the groomers always do! She os consistantly in a great mood when we pick her up! Today, we brought our cat in since they offer cat bathing and grooming. She is a white cat with black spots, and has gotten into something that stained her fur. We tried gently cleaning her ourselves, but she wasn't having it. The workers here used their magic touch to transform a rather grumpy cat into a serene and happy, spa treatment receiving cat. It was stunning! Pricing is by weight for the dogs, and the workers are always so polite and helpful. The owner is an incredible man, and so very thoughtful. He likes to get to know the pets and they always comfort them to make them feel safe in the shop before taking them to a little box that looks like a tiny pet house. Only the top part is a cage, and the rest allows visibility with the windows, the comfort of fresh blankets, and the privacy of a clean, well painted house. Appointments usually take about 2 hours, but usually under since they are so efficient and ensure that the pets are calm and trusting of them well before they begin grooming them. Over time, they note what products work best for each pet and mark it on their care sheets for the next time. I especially love that they use an okay-to-eat blueberry face mask for the grooming sessions. You can really tell the difference, and it helped my dog have less scraggly wild hairs. It's always smooth grow out now! We are regulars, and will continue to be!

Rude. So, I went to this place today (Jun 13). I brought my dog to work and I work in the area. I figured, I could take my dog for a quick bath. I get there, the guy at the front (bald guy. didn't get his name) asks me if I've been there. I say no. He asks me to fill out a form. Fine. Then he brings my dog to the grooming area and places him in one of those small dog houses. He leaves. I talk to the groomer. The groomer tells me, it'll take about 2 hours +, maybe more. The guy comes back. The groomer then tells me about the price.. It is $35 + $10 flea shampoo +$10 rush fee and I can pick him up in an hour and 20 minutes. Or I can just pay $45 but I have to wait for 2 hours. Here, I am thinking, how much work I have.. if it's possible to have a longer break, if could leave and then come back or should I come back some other time... etc. I am considering it. I really am. But literally after 10 seconds, the front desk guy just opens the doggy door, lets my dog out and tells me to leave because, according to him, he has given me 10 minutes and I haven't made my decision and he has other customers. First of all, he never told me the prices. He just asked me to fill out a form. The groomer was the one who told me the prices and waiting time. I was there for about 10 minutes but the time I took to THINK about it was about 10 seconds. From the moment the groomer told me the prices and the moment the front desk guy told me to leave. 10 seconds, that was it. So, no, I won't be doing any business with this store. Unnecessarily rude. Even if he was busy and had other customers (the front store was empty when I left), he could have been nicer and polite in "asking" me to hurry up in my decision making process. Nope, I wouldn't be comfortable leaving my dog with impatient/rude people like that. I ended up going to petco and gave my boy a bath myself there

We brought our dog here for the first time. The woman at the front took our information and the groomer came from the back to greet us and see what we would like done. He explained what the process would be. He took us back to the grooming area which was clean and pet friendly. It was the weekend so they did explain that it would take a couple of hours. We left, got lunch and hung out and they called two and half hours later that all dog was ready. They did an amazing job! We will definitely go back!

I have been going there for years. They always do a great job. You can see all the dogs being groomed and a good sign is that you don't hear whimpering or barking. Update: it's been a few years and I still take my little dog there. They still do fantastic work and I'm pleased with how my dog looks every time.

This place is great, takes walk-ins for nail clipping right away, and are very friendly. We give two paws up, and five stars.

I took my dog to this spa about a week and a half ago. I don't know what happen , but my dog Cookie has not been his usual self. He's peeing every where and when any of my family members try to play or pet him he gets very scared, Including myself. I don't have any proof indicating something actually happened to him while he was being groomed. However i will never take him back there for future groomings!! ????

Second visit for my Xola and always pleased with the services they provide! Thank you so much staff members always satisfied!
