I got the friendliest dog there. Was hoping for a kitten but they didn't have many. The cats all looked sad.

After meeting all the requisites like rabies shots and vaccinatiions, spaying and its certificates I decided to go in person to get my ESA's Dog license. An Emotional Support Animal is another type of service animal disabled people are prescribed and certified by a doctor to have live with them. We all love our animal companions and to consider them less than friends or family members well it just doesn't sit right with me.But to each his own. If you want to call it a pet then to you it's a pet. Service animals are not pets. They serve a purpose .They have a functions They do a job either physically or mentally or spiritually they are on call 24/7.They save lives.Ok back to my dogs license.Make sure you bring you own proof of Your Covid 19 vaccinations or you won't be allowed inside. You can expect some Karen to give you some directives like keep your dog leased and with you at all times and show me your papers and your dogs papers before you can enter bla bla bla.Just be ready for it. Bring more money. Pay and leave.Your. animal friend will be pulling outside listen to it..I don't know but I think they are barking run save yourselves but you decide.Til next year.

Wow what a HORRIBLE experience with Claudia. She's the one inside the bus that takes into the Mobile Clinic bus. She refused service. I will call the county of Los Angeles and let them know what she did. Never will I return there. I have dignity

They didnt have cats but they had a rooster, rabbits and dogs. Required to show proof of covid vaccination and ID if you want to enter.

So unfair, when a person goes in to get an animal, they should give a person the chance to get a animal. We should not have to wait a week to see or get a dog.

So many animals! All sectioned out for you from young animals, older animals, dogs, reptiles, cats etc. The staff is very helpful, you can go visit w/o appointment during the weekend between 11 a.m-6 p.m any other time you have to make an appointment!

This shelter helped me keep my best friend, who also happens to be my emotional support animal. They gave me a voucher that paid for my dog's vaccines, neuter, and microchip! They are amazing.

One staff women was very rude . A spanish speaker asked a question and she said "I don't speak Spanish " with an attitude. Other then that the girl with blue hair was helpful.

Noisy: The big dogs are telling you they can protect you and the small dogs are jumping up and down saying please take me. My friend adopted a cute small one.

Poor service. They don't pick up phones. I personally witnessed this when I finally was able to enter the shelter with an appointment. They love to chitchat in the back and let the volunteers do most of the job.
