It’s unfortunate that I have to write this review it was a good place, but when I first took my dog to them they didn’t require any paperwork, but today I had a terrible experience over the phone. I’ve taken my dog the last two times and they didn’t ask me anything! I would’ve gotten the right paperwork if they needed it, but they told me it wasn’t required the last two times I’ve been. Then on top of that they couldn’t “find” my last two visits nor did they find my name. Shows how much they value customers doesn’t it? Don’t recommend it unless you wanna be given the run around and be told the opposite of what they told you.

Bad groomers left my dog all patchy and long hairs and short hairs.

First time here after a couple of bad experiences at other grooming stores. This will be our new go to place. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating to our last minute request for nail trimming for our three pugs. They were very patient with our challenging nervous older mail pug. A great experience for us all. We will be back!

Great staff! very friendly! They know how to handle my dog and he always smells great after we leave the place! I used to take my dog to pet smart but after I pick him up he would never smell clean. Here at Mynors they always do a outstanding job!

DO NOT GO HERE! POOR customer service and change prices, bad attitude never bringing my dog here again.

PSA! Don't take your dogs here. They cut way too much hair to the dogs and they burn. Look on yelp, and you'll see. You can't stay inside to supervise either, they'll kick you out! This is a red sign that they're doing bad business here. STAY AWAY!

Really friendly service I bring my dog here all the time

Wasn't even my dog's first time but , it was definitely was the last after walking in and looking at the prices ! EXPENSIVE. Ladies Petco only cots $40 base price for bathing and grooming plus other additional services. This grooming place is right for you if u just found a dog and don't have the vaccine records as needed for Petco.

It’s in a very nice area and they cut the dogs fur nice and neat so if you are ever around this area and need a hair cut for your dog I recommend mynors pet grooming

I took my dog I wasn't really sure how I want to cut her hair, and when I got there they gave me bunch of ideas, and when I turn back to get her she was completed change she looks so beautiful thank you so much, I really recommen this place.

I used to take my dog Booboo there for over 15 years and used to pay $70.00 for bath, flea dip and nail clipping. Now they want $120.00. I told the lady it was nice doing business with you but that is way more than I would ever pay to give my dog a bath. I'll just do it myself and take my wife out to a very, very nice restaurant with that money instead.
