The staff are very friendly and efficient in a caring compassionate way. The Vet, Sara was so kind and understood my predicament and came up with a solution that not only benefited my cat, but also my budget. My cat ???? is recovering perfectly. Thank you to all who looked after my girl ????

There are so many good things to say about the personalized service I received. The staff were excellent with communicating and following up with me from the very first call I made to them. It gave me a sense of security knowing the workers truly cared about the animals and were not simply just there doing a job for a paycheck. You could hear in their voices that they had a commitment to help the pet and the owner. I am usually hesitant about leaving my doggy with anyone but It was easy putting my trust in everyone there. I knew kylie was in good hands. I also wanted to share that the atmosphere was very upbeat and relaxing. In fact, I am curious as to how they are able to keep the smell in the building so fresh and pleasant?! This is the first time I have ever experienced a vet office to not have a bad odor or a lingering pet smell. I am happy that I have found the overall perfect vet to care for kylie. I look forward to a long lasting relationship. Thanks for the frequency of communicating and keeping me updated. I know that my pet is in good hands.

Everyone was friendly and helpful and took great care of our new puppy. Most of all, we appreciated the willingness to answer all of our questions, no matter how small.

I have only been coming to this vet during COVID, but the whole process from booking to drop off to pickup was very efficient and well-communicated. I appreciated the reminders and checkins beforehand as well as the personal followup immediately afterwards. I sadly have not been able to go inside, but my dog seems willing to enter and happy and healthy coming out. They also quickly approved his prescription through Chewy which was very helpful.

Check in is always a breeze and communication is awesome. I love how easy it is to make an appointment and check in during the pandemic. The vets are thorough and care :)

Dr Renkei has shown amazing care and attention primarily to my cat as he has struggled with some issues the past year. I trust her implicitly and appreciate her above and beyond kindness and communication

They have thought of everything and put the hospitality in hospital. I appreciate the thought they put into the rooms- pheromone diffusers and QR codes that give you access to calming music for your animal companion. Pope Francis only wishes he had half the care and compassion Mohawk Alley provides you and your pet. You will sleep well knowing your "selfish", childless lifestyle companion has the best care anywhere! ????????

First visit was great. They were very welcoming, warm, knowledgeable and put me at ease with leaving my pup in their care.

Love how communicative and caring the staff is. I appreciate that the hospital is proactive about scheduling what my pet needs, because it's hard for me to keep track of it. I also like the curbside service aspect of it. It's fast and easy. I like that I don't have to refill out the same records over and over every time I visit. Barry is always in good spirits after he sees you guys!

MOHAWK Alley AH provides quality service. Dr. Michelle Zoryan has been my Oreo's Vet since she was 7 months old. The Front Desk Personnel are equally good, they are all professionals. We love this business.

Our dog needed her vaccinations and we drove into the parking lot, and were greeted quickly (even though we were a little early), and our dog was back in the car in five minutes. I know we were not facing an illness or problem, thankfully, but it is always nice too have great service. We paid electronically, and were back home in no time. Lula was happy and didn't seem to be bothered by having two shots. Thank you for taking good care of her for the past four years, and we hope she stays well forever. feeling the team at mohawk will take good care of our dog.

Like everyone else got our amazing dog during the pandemic and have been using mohawk for their services. Really great care and customer service. Love the televet service to check in and view the visit estimate immediately and overall just make taking care of our dog easy. I feel like their pricing is pretty comparable to vet costs so didn't feel like anything was too expensive or unreasonable.

This used to be an amazing place for both my pets and many friends' pets. The service has become terrible. It's so disappointing. They now routinely forget and/or are too disorganized to update health records like vaccines. Vaccines that both my dogs received at this vet were not inputed and they refused to do so when I needed proof of vaccination for my dogs.

Loving people. Respected my wishes to be with my little dog while being vaccinated. The doctor took time to explain in detail what she thought was going on with my pet. Everybody was caring, loving and respectful. The visit was a true delight. I went feeling anxious and scared and left feeling joyful and immensely grateful.

Good until you need them: Let me preface this by saying that the veterinarians and staff at Mohawk Alley do a great job. But if you need emergency vet care, you cannot find it here, and they will not help you find it elsewhere (I was told to “Google it” while I thought my dog was on his way out, not great!). I love Dr Woodley and the techs and staff, and I’ll miss them. But when the chips were down and we needed emergency care, these guys threw up their hands and said they couldn’t help us. Don’t go here.

The Mohawk Alley team is so responsive and really cares about animals. I would recommend anyone and everyone to come here. Thank you for taking such good care of my babies. The personal attention my vet gives me! Thank you for the follow up emails and care.
