I've been having modern animal membership for 2years. And i can't complain anything. this membership reassures me so much. After having bad experiences from western animal and beverly and virgil ( they are super dishonest i have wrote reviews for them if you want to know what happened to me, you can go read them.. on the other hand Modern animal is just so opened. i can go inside with my dog and see how they treat my dog and what's going on. That's why I recommend modern animal to my neighbors. I wish all animal hospitals in the world do like modern animal.. for all the pets and their owners

We have had nothing but great experiences at Modern Animal. The staff is so nice and seem to really love the animals they work with. My very nervous dog loves them! Their 24 hour chat function is also great for answering questions as they arise and helping to determine what can be dealt with at home vs what needs an office visit. 10/10 would recommend.

Overall really enjoy this place and the transparency. Best clinic Ive been to in the LA area. If I had one gripe, its being pressured to use medications that are not mandatory and that Im not comfortable with. If I refuse them once, I really don’t want to go over them again each time especially when Im being advised by my boy’s breeder.

Smart and caring. Have good priorities but wish they were a little more holistic in their care.

Modern Animal changed the game in vet care. They are the best!!!

Getting a rescue dog changed my life and having Modern Animal by my side changed both of our lives for the better! Getting a new dog, especially an older rescue, can come with many questions and Modern Animal is always attentive to mine and my dog's needs. I LOVE THEM. The app is easy to use and straight forward. Team members are always available to answer questions and are so kind even if you ask a lot :). The clinic it self is an amazing experience! It's clean, beautiful, and so lovely as the team is very accommodating. They make your dog and human feel at ease during the whole experience. I love that the team gives my dog lots of hugs when he gets there to ease his stress, and they let me come along to learn more about their process during the visit. Besides being so attentive and having the best customer experience, they also have the most superb quality! The team is super thorough with testing before your pup needs any procedure and it completely makes me feel at ease that he's in good hands. I really don't know what I would do without Modern Animal.

Very nice lady who really likes her job and do whatever she can for customers satisfaction. Additionally, all of the employees love pets and deal.with them very nicely

This place was a very awesome place to workout until youngsters decided to use it as a pickup Club. So they sit around on the equipment not working out just checking out each other and taking up space from other people that just want to get in and get a good 45 to 60 min workout and leave. I haven't even used my membership for about 3 years after it started turning into a hook-up place for youngsters. Like between the ages of 16 and 22. But I kept my membership because they are still offering the tanning beds and I don't get enough full body sun so I could use some ultra violet rays in my life so im still Happy with my gym. Peace and blessings.

Absolutely love Modern Animal. Just completed my first visit with my new puppy Koda and the support and care the staff provided was phenomenal. Thank you Modern Animal for such a great experience!!

Literally might have saved my dogs life, I tried 12 other urgent pet hospitals that all turned me down, just walked into MA, there was a wait but they were amazing. Also having everything in one app including appointments, records, billing etc is so amazing!

Great vet, they don't try to scam you and always accommodate. Very Modern as well, their app feature is amazing.

This is the best vet office I've ever been to! Everyone is so nice and they tell you exactly what's going on with your pet and exactly how much everything costs ahead of time. Dr. Storm is my favorite. I wish she treated people!

Such a great vet experience! Everyone is friendly, they are transparent about pricing, and so good with the animals. My dog gets anxious and the vet + vet tech were both amazing with him.

The best vet I’ve ever been to. Everyone is responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. Ayla and Colie even responded to me outside of normal business hours late at night when we had an emergency and we’re extremely helpful. I highly recommend Modern Animal.

This was the best vet experience I've had in 11 years. The app is flawless, communication seamless, and the quality of care was amazing. Dr. Parks and Christina were stellar. Out last vet would muzzle my dog immediately, but Modern Animal gave him a chance to acclimate to them and he didn't need one! Even though I couldn't go into the office due to COVID, I knew what was going on at all times and was able to see my dog in the exam room with the doctor via video through the app. My dog also left with a toy he picked out and is now obsessed with. We paid for our membership fee on our first visit, and even with the fee (which includes all visits, 24/7 chat, and virtual visits) it still cost less than our last vet. I cannot recommend Modern Animal enough!

Cannot speak highly enough of Modern Animal. Great vets and staff caring for the animals. Their app with online chat and video calls is absolutely best in class and worth every dollar.

Amazing facility! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Our puppy is pretty skittish but they handled her like a champ. Love that there’s an app as well, makes reviewing her records/invoices easy and the chat functionality has come in handy post-spay when we had follow up questions about her recovery. Even weekend and evening responses via chat were speedy.

The least stressful experience at a vet! They communicate throughout the entire visit even though owners aren’t allowed in for COVID safety. Estimates are given on the average and high scales for transparency which is very helpful. My cat has never responded so well to a vet or techs!

Can’t say enough things about MA. The best feature is the 24/7 vet tech and it’s not a computer but an actual person. The scarier things about being a pet owner usually happen outside of business hours and texting them when something happens has been a stress reliever. Everyone is always kind and thoughtful. Very happy!!
