Best place ever I went to go get my dog groomed staff is very nice and they ask questions about your dog about how short you want the haircut and nails I told her to put my dogs new outfit for me she did what I asked love the place will come again I also bought a jerky piece for my dog she loved it I like it for her to be busy

Our dog has gotten kennel cough 3 times, Oral papillomatosis, and come home with bite and scratch scabs all over his body since going to daycare here. Apparently, they do not screen the dogs coming in, nor do they check if they are doing or felling well, or if vaccinations are complete and up-to-date. Plus, they don’t seem to watch the dogs through the day that well, just leave it up to the webcams for you to do it yourself I suppose? We’re done sending our pups here, too much added stress and expense to us…I would avoid the daycare and boarding.

Terrible choppy haircut! Groomer was late, it seems my dog’s grooming was rushed and they didn’t finish - blaming the dogs anxiety. They still had the nerve to charge almost the full price. Perhaps if the groomer was professional, was not late and took her time my service would have been complete. High expectations, poor results.

I came to k9 loft for the first time just recently. They did a full groom with flea shampoo. They were absolutely amazing!!!! Every staff member was professional and very helpful. The groomer took time to talk to me and meet my doggo. Great selection of dog products all around. I'm glad I found this place.

Great grooming experience. Wonderful, helpful staff pickup and delivery of pet can be an option! Dogs come home happy and relaxed!

All staff is friendly, welcoming, kind, and you can tell they're just genuinely happy to be working there with each other and with your pet.

One too many times have I come in or checked the cameras to see that my dog has been put in a room by himself. I only take him there for daycare and I understand if he’s not getting along with the other dogs I just don’t appreciate that I wasn’t told that may do was locked up or having issues.

I've come to K-9 Loft a couple times now for my 3 year old half Husky and Half Malamute and they always do a great job even with a Bath and Brush! I won't go anywhere else!

Love their work and professionalism, been coming for about 6 years now... always happy with the work they pull off my shih-tsu, God knows she isn't the cleanest coming in.

The staff and groomers are always so helpful, and do an excellent job!

Wonderful non-anesthetic teeth cleaning service!

Hands (and paws) down the best place to leave my dog when I need someone to watch her. They take really good care of her and she gets excited once see figures out where we're going.

Always friendly and helpful. Groomers are excellent and mindful of both pet and owner needs and desires.

We have our regular spot for pet supplies nearby, but every time we've been to K9 Loft over the past 10 years, we've had friendly, helpful service. Staff seem to really care about our dogs - we used their boarding and doggie day care for our older dog who couldn't travel with us, and she was happy as a clam. It was also nice to be able to see her on the cameras from Florida! Over the years, all three of our dogs have visited for the non-anesthetic teeth cleaning, and the care and quality of the cleanings has been awesome. We absolutely love that K9 provides this service and that they have been successful in working with our pups' challenging temperaments. Sparkly teeth all around!

They're all so helpful and thoughtful. One of my mini dachshunds is 15 & 1/2, so he's a little frail. They are really good with him.

We love K-9 Loft! My dog has been going to them for nearly 12 years and they are caring, helpful and reliable!

Something isn't right here. I know my dog does not like a bath but she literally was yelping and screaming last time I took her. I won't go back here, but I hope it's fixed and other people's dogs are taken care of.
