Jungle Pet Spa Mobile Grooming Los Angeles, California

Jungle Pet Spa Mobile Grooming is really wonderful. Yes, they are a bit more expensive than other mobile groomers as many have mentioned in other reviews. We have tried several of those other mobile groomers and yet now Jungle Pet Spa Mobile are the only groomers we will use going forward for our big, usually-scared-of-groomers, dog. And you should understand what a big deal that is for me to say: Our family income / work went away this year and we STILL are willing to use savings to pay this groomer rather than go elsewhere. Here's why... First and foremost.... our 75 pound scaredy-dog always, and I mean always could be heard howling from inside the mobile grooming truck whenever we had other groomers to take care of her. Yes, they were nice and gave her treats, but she hated having her face washed, having her nails trimmed, having her bottom get wet, having a blow-dryer work on her... etc. She would howl and complain. But never with Jungle Pet Spa, and we have had more than one groomer not just Yaniv the owner, who is wonderful. With none of the groomers from Jungle Pet is she upset. She is happy to see them and go with them when they walk her from our front door into the grooming van and is happy when she comes back. Next, when she does come back inside, she is sooooo clean and silky and dry. She has a double coat and sheds constantly, no matter the season, but when she gets groomed by these folks, the shedding stops for a longer period of time and she stays clean longer. I don't know what products the use to make this happens, but she is so deep-cleaned that she just stays clean longer. Whatever conditioner they use does smell a bit sickeningly sweet, not my favorite. But it only lasts for a day and does not seem to bother the dog. Yes, they may be pricier than other mobile groomers, but for us... it is totally worth every penny. I highly recommend them. You really get what you pay for.

I think there over price

I made an appt with Jungle Pet Spa after trying a different mobile grooming service twice and being less than impressed with their work & customer service, and I am so happy I did! Not only did JPS do a fantastic, skillful grooming job on my 7 month old Malshi, but the excellent service Yaniv provides is unmatched! He is extremely responsive, promptly answering all of my questions (I had a lot) and any concerns. He followed up with me after my first appt to ensure my complete satisfaction -- he said if there was anything I wasn't happy with, even something small, he would come make it right. Best of all, my little puppy was actually *happy* after the grooming -- with the previous company I tried, she was not happy or comfortable after the appt. It's clear to me that Yaniv truly values his clients and cares about providing the best experience and service possible. His staff is amazing too -- Ven is so nice and did a wonderful job! I'm very happy and impressed with this company and I look forward to being a longtime, loyal client!

I have been using Yaniv the owner of Jungle Pet Spa for the last five years for my dog, Jiggy and my cat, KitKat, both of them are happy when they see his truck pull up. He is so detailed with his service and is totally hands-on for almost an hour, each one at a time massaging them and cleaning them and giving them the queens treatment! The mobile grooming van is always spotless on the inside and outside and so is Yaniv his work is meticulous. Thank you Yaniv for always taking good care of them especially during these times with social distancing, you really go the step above.

I love Jungle Pet Spa! My dog usually went into panic mode when he saw his groomer and for the rest of the day after his grooming but not with Yaniv. My dog loves him! He knows exactly how to style my dog and keep him calm and happy. I am so pleased with Yaniv (he's also a lovely person!) and I have been using Jungle Pet Spa for quite some time and will continue to do so. I happily recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great groomer!!

I’ve searched for a groomer that my teacup Pomeranian was happy at. Jungle pet spa took such a great care of Duke. He came happier then I have ever seen him before after a wash. Highly recommended!! Especially for anyone who is looking for the groomer that will go the extra mile to make sure your pets is comfy and happy.

Quality is the name of the game with this company definitely going to use them again

Not in regard to a service but the initial customer service. I agree with Elle, you were rude. It's not polite to cut off customers with a, "Like I just said, I only service . . . " at that point even if I did live in those areas, I wouldn't allow you to service my baby. If you speak to potential customers that way, I can only imagine how you treat dogs behind closed doors who can't speak for themselves.

Yaniv does an amazing job with our three dogs, including one with special needs and literallt hates everyone- but he loves Yaniv! The dogs always come out smelling wonderful and they are so happy. Their hair is evenly cut/ shaved and they look amazing. I dont think there is anything Yaniv cant do! He is a very talented dog groomer and he our dog’s groomer for life.

Yaniv was absolutely fantastic! One of my cats had developed a whole bunch of knots in her long fur and needed a lion cut. Yaniv was prompt and professional and has a very easy going personality. He listened to exactly what I wanted, and he was both extremely gentle and thorough with her. It's never a fun event for a cat to deal with being bathed and shaved, but he knew exactly how to carefully handle her so she was as comfortable as possible. She looks so great and is now happily resting. Yaniv has many years of grooming experience but is new to LA, and I highly recommend everyone take advantage of having him here.
