Me and my dog love this place. This is a small, family run, immigrant run small business. I am so happy to spend my money here. The ladies are incredibly kind and sweet. They always have been able to take safe-day appointments for me. My dog comes back looking great and I can tell that the team there really care about him. Anyone leaving bad reviews and mentioning bad customer service seems a little out of place. Sometimes you have to consider the training and temperament of the dogs coming in for grooming and wonder if a poorly trained dog was part of a unsatisfactory review. This is not the Chateau Marmutt with premium beauty and relaxation services. This is a solid local spot providing basic and quality grooming run by good people with fair prices.

First picture he was sleep and Sunday afternoon I take to wash him and cut his nails and they hurst my tittle coco we love my chihuahua Rea cup and went I ask the cashier she say she don’t now what happened to him this place is Ins responsible for any thing they do to any puppy we never go to this place any more

I have a little poodle and I made an appointment before Christmas. They had such a wonderful job and good care of my baby. I totally recommend this place.

I booked an appointment add to leave work early to make it and when I got there she just says it’s not possible with no explanations .. they make waste my time I’ll never come back to this place .. also over price for a poor quality of service

Terrible haircut for my golden retriever. Unreasonable pricing. Bad customer service. Will not come again.

Asked for a standard cut and showed pictures, but still my pomeranian was completely shaved down. Double coated dogs need their overcoat to keep cool in the summer. I know she just thought she was doing what's best but I really would have rather her turn me away if she didn't want to do a trim.

I love the way they cut my dog’s hair. I just want to touch him and hug him even more!

They did such an amazing job with my baby Cali. Ohh and their prices are very reasonable.

Last minute same day grooming for Tiny. I appreciated their patience with her and how fast she made availability for us.

I have made appointments throughout the week and every time I went for my appointment they would cancel on me. I would take my dog with them previous times and everytime they would shave him entirely even when I requested a trim. He would even come home with scratches and scared, he would not come out from under the bed from how scared he would be. They’re irresponsible and not careful.

Amazing work for washing. And real good work My small dogs smell so clean and look refreshed. I will say quite happy. Try to call see if not too busy

Great experience bringing our dog here. He is very nervous around strangers and they take wonderful car of him.

Fast service, took care of my puppy and she was really happy getting her nails trimmed for the first time. The ladies were very friendly. Nails were clipped and rounded off with a tool.

I have litte maltice this past week they didn't cut the nails to my dog and not do good grooming I so disappointment and they charge me $70 dlls is terrible service .

Loved them! Then they stopped grooming cats out of nowhere! They used to do amazing jobs on cats.

The owners are so sweet and my dog is much happier going here than K9 loft. I think they must spoil him. :-)

I went Oct/2020. I needed an appointment now. So that part has changed. Cash only or Venmo. Feb 2020 No appointments needed. Usually done in 2-3 hours. Parking lot is very small ...you may have to park in the red zone outside or double park against the wall inside.

They were very fast and their prices have gone up a lot. My dog got a bath and had his nails clipped. My dog is a small/medium frame. I hoped that they would have allowed my dog to soak [in the bath tub] a bit longer; considering we were the only clientele at that point and time. The cost was $55.00 before tip.

Joy Dog Grooming does an amazing job every time.???? I love the cut; it accentuates the breed's features. Additionally "patience" is a required virtue; especially when dealing with Benji Magoo! I must admit the pictures do the job justice????????????????‼

Love this place. The groomers are fantastic, kind, and do an excellent job! They are also fast. I take my three babies and they are done in 2 hours. They come out looking fabulous! Highly recommend!

Joy, the original owner is now gone. So I was met by the new owner who told me Joy did a bad job and that she was now charging twice as much for my dogs baths. We had been going to Joy for over five years now. The new owner was rude, and told me I should find another place. Don’t worry. We will.
