These guys are monopolizing the area and overplaying the Covid precautions. A few other veterinary offices closed in the area; as a result, they’re charging more than other veterinarians and performing too many expensive test for simple diagnoses. Owners are not allowed to enter the doors and go in with their pets so how are clients able to know if these tests are being performed or overcharged for the care of their pet? Don’t worry though, because I have ensured that federal business bureau attends to my claims. I wouldn’t be surprised if they get an audit in the coming weeks.

If I could give no stars I would. I took my senior cat in for what seemed to be congestion however as I was taking her to the vet I realized she had an infection (most likely FIP) because she had some weird mucus substance in her mouth (big sign of infection) not once did Dr David Snively say that she could have an infection. He said it was likely her kidney. I spent almost $500 for my cat to die two days later. This vet is extremely negligent and when I called to get more answers and to ask why no one mentioned possibility of infection or even how sick she actually was, he got an attitude. I find it very hard to believe that they couldn’t see how gravely ill she was and allowed me to pay for tests and medicines that she didn’t even need because she was already dying. Vet said “I can’t sit there and explain every possibility to you” yes you can. As a vet one should explain all potential sicknesses to prepare the owner for any possibilities. Do not waste time at this office. They will rob you of money and neglect your pets true needs.

Definitely go to their vaccine clinic on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Late mornings are pretty quick. My dogs don't hate the place so that's good. My big dog can be a handful and they are always so good with him

The personal here are great but the owners need to hire more employees. You call they never answer or you are on hold for about 30 min or more. I feel bad for their employee.

I used to bring all my dogs to get vaccinated here but I no longer do because they're always so busy they need to hire more people the hours are ridiculous the wait is ridiculous and trying to speak to somebody on the phone is ridiculous no customer service at all . thanks for the attitude Cristina Horrible

They try their best and have never given me issues only thing is getting seeing but I see how much business they get and I understand I usually look around other vets if I really need to get seen if not I patiently wait for my appointment here . Prices are reasonable. Staff are helpful .

I requested his vaccination records repeatedly for over a year and a half and they did not respond and did not even look through their records. I've had a new vet request his records and they are ignoring them as well! Never again will I take my dog to them since they can't seem to keep their info straight and are completely irresponsible and unresponsive. They almost gave my dog the same shot twice when I had last been there - good thing I was paying attention! Completely negligent! Do not trust this vet nor their completely unprofessional, undependable staff. Still waiting for his records to give to insurance.

I was waiting outside for more than 1 hour to be attended by appointment. They told me that only my dog could enter because of the covid I feel that they take advantage of these circumstances because after more than 3 hours the doctor calls me with a bad attitude to give me the diagnosis of my puppy he says he will give him an injection to help it cost me $ 59 dollars which did not work after I got home and did what they asked me, my dog is the same and a week has passed ... before I left the place I gave them proof of the vaccine and what they did and they did not give me anything ... I spent $ 120 dollars on something that I do not contribute to my puppy .. bad service and scammers… don’t even go this places many lied ????

Placed on hold over 37 minutes and not once did anyone jump back on call to say they were busy or to please hold longer . I called from a different phone and spoke with “Kimberly” who was completely rude and unprofessional when I told her I had been placed on hold and over 37 minutes and had to call from different phone . She just chuckled and said “ma’m we are busy and I’ll need to place you on hold” this place is the worst when it comes to the women who work at your front desk . I definitely need to take my business elsewhere . Do yourselves a favor and find a better location than this dump

Very very bad Hospital only interested in MONEY. I took my dog on October 19,2021 my dog was coughing and breathing hard . this man Dr. David Snively he did not care if dog is sick he asked me what is wrong with my dog. I said I did not know he is throwing up and breathing hard. He is a doctor he should know. On wednesday21 the doctor called said her xray was good blood test was good gave wrong medication. On Thursday 22 I had to take my dog to emergency.hospital the doctor said my dog has kennel cough. Highland park animal hospital that doctor said if she does not feel good bring her back and we do more x-ray. That hospital is very bad . it is all about money.

How do you even get in touch with them? Was placed on hold for almost half and hour and finally decided to give up. Called yesterday as well at 5pm, no one answers.

My kitty had something wrong with his mouth and they fixed him right up , affordable rates even tho I'd chop off both of my legs of I had to , I'd do anything for my kitty. The receptionist was nice and answered all my questions on the phone. I Didn't get to see the vet in person because of covid-19 restrictions

Had my dog nurtured and left him there. I called back in the afternoon to see when I could pick him up. I have been on hold for an hour and no one seems to be answering the phone. If you are getting too many calls. then you need more phones or more workers. I think I will just drive there and pick him up. This was completely ridiculous. Someone could of come back to my call and said they were sorry I was waiting but just music for an hour. Totally unprofessional.

I've been going here for over ten years and in that time the quality of service, the level of care, and the professionalism of the team has severely declined. There has been multiple instances of misdiagnosis and just plain indifference on the part of both the vet and the techs resulting in unnecessary pain/trauma for animals and hundreds of dollars on my part. I do not recommend them at all.
