I have been taking my dog Roxy to Glen's Dog Inn for more than 8 years. I could never switch to another dog kennel at this point, because that would be like switching your kid’s preschool. Every time I bring her to Glen's, she wags her tail in anticipation as she walks up the steps. Glen and his staff, especially Armando, really get to know your dog and give details about your dog's experience and even feed tunafish to the dogs sometimes. The kennel is clean, pleasant, and very secure which is good because my dog is an escape artist! Roxy adores Glen. Glen is also a great, caring, fun and humorous person who is great to talk to when you pick up your dog. Sometimes I spend an hour picking up my dog and just chatting with Glen. He has become an important person in Roxy's life and my life too. I highly recommend Glen's Dog Inn.

Glen’s Dog Inn is fantastic! He truly cares for every single pet he has in his possession. In just talking to him you can tell he truly has their safety and best interests at heart.

I will NEVER take my dogs here again. Extremely disappointed with the quality of service. This place was my 3rd choice to bring my dogs. We have never boarded dogs before, with covid and everything, we were reluctant. But we could not find anyone to take them while the household had to travel. Glen was dismissive on the phone, quick to get you off, and quick to bark out an answer before you can even finish asking your question. We knew our two Bostons had never been around dogs like that before. We asked Glen if that was a problem. We asked if we should bring their food, leash, toys, something from home. Because we knew how attached they were to me and knew they would cry their eyes out at this sudden change in their environment. Glen said no to everything, that they had food and toys aplenty. For seven days, we called and checked up on them. We received no checkups, no photos, and were assured that they were fine. We ASKED and ASKED because we knew how my dogs could get, and still were told that they were fine, they didn't cry, and loved sticking together. These people LIED. I only ever talked to Glen on the phone, never in person. I highly doubt he's even been in that place. He had no clue how my dogs were doing but that's the only number that comes up online to call. Armando, while nice, has his phone number written outside the house. If he's really taking care of the dogs, why isn't his number up to call? I knew that they would be exhausted, but my dogs came back GAUNT, EMACIATED, AND STARVING! They ate so much when we brought them home. They are half their original weight, dirt caked up under their chins, red all over their heads and snouts, and they stunk. I did not expect Glen or the real people who watch the dogs to bathe them, but I will NEVER, EVER board my dogs here again. Don't waste your money or time. This place was nothing but someone's house converted to a dog boarding place. All they care about is money. I'm so sorry I did that to my pups. This place does not love dogs. My heart breaks for any dog that crosses that threshold.

Glen and his staff took loving care of my red Doberman, Stevie, for almost eight months during the covid-19 embargoes on dogs flying! I informed Glen that I had finally gotten all necessary flight approvals and was coming back to Los Angeles to bring Stevie home with me. Glen went out of his way to help me by finding the right sized travel carrier for Stevie that would also fit through the cargo holds off the planes we would be flying on--this was no easy task to find a carrier large enough for a Doberman, yet small enough to fit through the cargo hold of a 737. Glen found the carrier and had it all set up ready for our flight plus his staff dropped us off at the airport! Glen's Dog Inn is also located close to LAX so it's easy to drop off and pickup your dog before and after your flight, or his team will come and pick up your dog is you prefer. Full service, 24 hour on site staff, clean kennels, separate, open play areas for large and small dogs, Glen and his team lovingly care for the dogs, highly, highly recommend Glen's Dog Inn! During a recent PCS from Hawaii back to the Main Land I needed someone to board my pet on short notice since my flight didn’t line up with hers and I didn’t account for that. I was referred to Glen and his associates to which I reached out to just a few hours before my dog was set to fly out to LAX. Without hesitation Glen took care of me and was able to pick up my pet and board her until I arrived the following morning. He didn’t’t have to accept my request as it was very short notice but he understood my plight and went out of his way help me. My family and I are sincerely grateful for his help and I would highly recommend his services to anyone. Thanks again Glen.

I almost never write reviews but felt obligated to write one for Glen for the stellar service he, Armando, and the rest of the staff provide for my 60lb Australian Shepherd. She always comes home extremely happy and absolutely exhausted after a weekend or longer stay. Additionally, Armando gives me a rundown of her stay when I pick ger up (her paws getting roughed up from running, being put on solo time if exhausted, playing more etc) which is such a relief to know they keep an eye on the dogs and take appropriate action. My dog is always so excited to see Armando. Lastly and least important to me, its fairly close to LAX so super convenient when traveling. I will, and have, recommended Glens Dog Inn to anyone.

I would really recommend this place for two reasons Glen is really good but also Armando who takes care of the dogs as well is really good and seems to actually really care. This is an industry where you have no idea how your dog is being treated so it’s important to find good people of high moral character like Armando and Glen.

Glen and his team have been looking after Mario our doggy for over the past year when our schedules mean we can't be home day/night. I always trust them to look after him well. And we have not had any issues in the past year. Always great communication with them all . And we have used them now on more then ten or so occasions.

I felt concerned about this place when I dropped off my dog, but I didn’t listen to my instincts and left her anyway. I don’t believe the dogs have sufficient separate space to rest in. When I picked my dog up she was extremely thirsty and totally exhausted. Her eyes were fluttering around as though she hadn’t slept properly in days, and she was not herself at all. She was very lethargic and withdrawn. After some TLC, water and food, and a good night’s sleep she started to become more like herself again, but I still feel terrible for having left her here. I have boarded her before many times and have never seen her like this afterwards. I definitely wouldn’t ever leave her here again.

We boarded 3 dogs for three days the week of Thanksgiving and couldn't be more pleased. Glen called us while we were traveling to reassure us the puppers were doing well. They looked so happy when we picked them up. One of them had so much fun he just slept for two days afterwards. The dog areas are well-secured and there are multiple latched and locked gates so there is no chance of a dog bolting out the front. It's very clean and all the humans I met were professional, friendly, and obvious dog lovers. The prices were more than fair. We will be back the next time we need to board.

Glen helped me to to transport Charlie our dog for export and complete documentation .he did a good job.

It's ok. Dogs were all fine and conditions were good. It seemed like strictly business for Glen, not so much about the love of dogs. He did refer me to LAX Kennel Club, which we love.

I have been boarding my dogs there for years. They always come home totally relaxed.

I'm so glad I found this place! I boarded my dog for a week here and she was happy and tired when I picked her up. Most importantly, the people really know all of the dogs and look out for them. They take care of them and watch them carefully. The dogs spend almost all day in the yard with other dogs and if they get separated out they still aren't pent up all day the way they are at most boarding places. I was so impressed by how well they knew my dog and how well they took care of her. They are also really accommodating and it is very convenient for trips out of LAX which is a plus!

I cannot say enough great words about Glen's Dog Inn. I have a 6 month old chow chow named Fluffy who has been going there for a few months now and she just lovessss it. Unfortunately, I travel on weekends for work and sometimes I cannot bring her, but when I go to drop her off, she gets soooo excited that I don't feel so bad about leaving her there for a night or two. The facility itself is dog heaven; where dogs can run around and play. Everyone that works there is so kind, Glen's extensive knowledge on dogs is impeccable. Glen is very flexible, so if there's ever a time you may need to pick up your baby a little earlier or later than expected, it's no problem. I recommend this boarding home to anyone who may need a long or short term palace for their pup.

Excellent boarding facility! I have a border collie mix that recently was diagnosed with epilepsy and has anxiety around strange people/places. I was concerned about having to leave her for 10 days but I visited the kennel and met Glen and was relieved to know that my doggie would be well taken care of! Glen, Genaro and Chico took such great care of her, administered her meds and she came back home healthy and happy! Will definitely board her again!

My dog Chimi loves Glen's place! I've been bringing her for the last five years and I know that she is always in good hands.

This was our second time leaving our puppy Teddy who is now 5 months old. My girls and I were uneasy about being separated from her. Glen is very reassuring and cares about dogs and people. Teddy came back very, very happy to see us and energetic. She clearly had a good time playing with the other dogs in the Inn. Would recommend the Inn. Don't be put off by the fences, Glen is a caring person.

Glen is absolutely the best.. He began as a great find and has become a good friend... Dogs are like family to him..High sense of responsibility and great service.. Also, really close to LAX... Of course, I'm terribly biased... But I speak truth.

I am an owner of a 17 month old golden retriever that I would most likely describe him as my baby. He is a velcro pup! I was always anxious when I left him other places to be watched since sometimes it would take a few weeks to get him back to his old self. I left him at Glen's for two weeks and he came back home even better - definitely a bit more confident! I could tell he had such a great time there and was watched over. I would definitely recommend Glen's not only due to it's convenient location by the airport, but Glen really cares about each and every dog. Thanks Glen!

Woof, woof!! Happy wag!!! I have been leaving my dogs at Glen's for years, when I travel and can't take my dogs with me. But they get a great vacation, and I can relax and know they're happy. The best recommendation is their crazy barking as I exit the 405 to get to his place. Thanks, Glen!
