Help where did the shop move to?

I try to call and they never answered. This number does not work

I took Nikkie my Malti-tzu for a trim, the shop did a great job... I will be coming in again.

I have been taking my dog to The Bowsery for more than a year. They always do a great job for a reasonable price. The owner is great with dogs and my dog actually likes to go there. She is always very responsive to my requests and has been very helpful to me in providing care for my wonderful dog. I highly recommend the Bowsery

I would have been a new in coming customer here, until I made a call to check on any earliest appointment available. When the lady answered immediately had a rude tone, I just ignored it and took the appointment she said she had. The lady asked me another question that I didn’t hear clear so asked to repeat and then she said what’s wrong with my hearing I told her absolutely nothing but what’s wrong with your tone and then said she needs to fix her ways before she talk to the wrong person because the world isn’t the same no more and then just hung up on her. The lady which she strongly sounds like an older white lady and I strongly believe who is also the main owner of the place because my good friend use to bring her dog here said that the owner was over the top rude to her and same description of the voice too since I never seen in person but she had stopped coming here. If I had a picture I would post it and blast her face to let the community know her face and she should be ashamed how she treat people.

The Bowsery is seriously awesome. Donna is so professional and a real expert. You can tell she has the knowledge and skill to handle the doggy’s with care. She was polite and friendly upon my very first visit with her. Im looking forward to returning! Not to mention the shop is so lovely and fun!

Took my yorkie Bear for the first time and he loved Donnas Love and attention n we also loveD how professional, kind, patient and attentive she was. Definitely our #1 groomer....

By far the best grooming dog place I’ve taken my dog to. I love the customer service, I don’t really believe in the comments that the receptionist at this place is rude. From the moment I call to schedule is nothing but straight and simple. Helps out a lot that they keep track of your dogs profile. When dropping off my dog I love that you get asked what time you want your fur baby to be ready. Many other places I’ve taken my dog do not give you a specific time. This place always on point with the time. Also, they don’t mind if you will be late. My dog Morty smells so good when picking him up. See attached pictures. The one with the bow tie is from when I picked him up (sorry it’s blurry). The 2nd picture he is just relaxed after getting his nails did and groomed ????. 5 stars. Excellent work!!

Took my dog in for grooming and they left some long pieces of hair didn’t clean in the ears left a lot of hair in the ears not reasonable for the price they did that work for the value of $80

Called and there is a very rude lady on the phone. I asked the price and after she told me i had another question but she was so quick to hang up! If shes like thos over the phone dont want to even think how she is in person!!!

My dog loves to go and I just want to say that this lady is the best her name is Donna she loved animals so much very caring and gentle to my baby not only that but this is the only pet groomers that makes your animal smells so wonderfully wonderful

Donna is the best, really good people! It is amazing the transformation she can do for your pet. My dog has short hair but I have seen what she has done for other dogs and I was amazed. I won't take my dog anywhere else and her pricing is the best I have found!
