They were great, I was in and out asap despite being busy.

Staff was very nice and understanding. My dog vomited as it was his first time there I wanted to clean it up but they did for me, my dog also kept moving a lot but they still managed to give him his shot love this place (:

These people let my dog bleed out, And then they tell you to be patient like if this was mc Donald's or something smh. Horrible service. If i could give them zero stars i would. Save your money and your dog, and go somewhere where they actually have some compassion for a Little creature's life.

Great facility. It was a little slow even with an appointment, but I think that was because they were actually adhering to covid protocols. That being said, there is really no shade in the lot for your wait outside, and the lot is rather small and creates a lot of confusion with people coming in and out. I digress, these vets were very friendly, very quick, and professional. They gave very clear instructions and were very knowledgeable and caring. I am glad they were able to help me and my new pup.

I give it 1 star only because they will not take emergencies, I called Thursday at 10 am this was the Thursday before labor day told them my dog has a swollen leg and not eating and seems he's in pain so maybe something bit him and they gave me appointment for Tuesday. The rep on the phone was professional but they should have some kind of policy for emergencies other than that I'm sure they're great since they have great reviews.

Assistants where very kind and compassionate.On the other hand the doctor had a I don't care attitude with no compassion.Percribed my new born kitten all theses medications that made her so I'll that I had to pay them to put her down three weeks later cause she was suffering.So heart broken as I watched my son cry.

Got exactly what I came for, but it was such a long wait.

My puppy (8wks) got her second set of shots on May 5, 2021 at this clinic, and 2 days later she ended up with pneumonia. I'm changing my clinic real quick. I found a vet on Westwood off the 405N called Value Vets, which they do "Value" your pet. Consultation is a little more ($70) than this place, but it's worth your money and your pet's life. My pup is struggling for her life because I can't afford the proper treatment.

This place is great. My dog had an operation there and he is doing great.

I think they are awsome the doctor is nice the male and female nurse are super good with the animals the guy at the front desk is cool and helpful he dont smile too much but eh thats just his personality i thibk thats why people complain about this place. Putting that asside i give it a 5 star cuz they do what they are there to do help our animals! And too me that deserves a 5 star. They explain everything very well if your dogs needs meds they have them on hand also.

Walked in to have my newly adopted puppy checked out since she was showing some serious symptoms of parvovirus and it being an emergency I drove here expecting more than a “It’s a very deadly virus that can kill anywhere between 48-72 hours. Were only doing appointments right now and the next opening we have is in two weeks but I guess that’s too late huh” what a joke. Take your loved ones and business elsewhere, people.

I've been going to this place since my dog was born they saved his life after he was diagnosed with parvo and 5 years later still going back for regular check ups thank you guys !

Called last minute to many vet offices and nobody wanted to take me in for parvo shots for my dogs which I needed this week to keep a spay appointment (December 23rd). Called Florence vet and they agreed to take them in! Quick service and thankfully were able to accomodate.

They're the best they care for the animal and they do the best interest in the animal

If your thinking of going to this "Pet Clinic, on Florence " it would be a good idea if you call in advance to set up an appointment otherwise if you don't and you probably be waiting all day before your pet gets seen...

Great place, great protocols for Covid vet visits but not sure if their scale is correct or if they can read it or if it needs to be replaced, they claimed my Yorkie pups were 3lbs, when I weighed them at home on a scale I purchased..one pup was just a little under 2lbs and the other just a little over 2lbs smh other wise and overall I was satisfied with the care given.

Dr. Gives good advice ..no dry pet food. Give your pets home food. No chemical meds unless necessary.. all my dogs have been vaccinated here with no problems
