Love this hospital and they accepted our pet insurance, very friendly employees, they took good care of my cat Peppa. They open at 9 but you have to be there early because it's first come, first serve but so worth it.

The nicest people work here, the vets themselves are very caring and I appreciate a vet familiar with greyhounds.

Dr. Adler is the most compassionate and kind-hearted doctor. He went above and beyond to care for my precious baby.

The receptionist that answers the phone is horrid. She really should apply at the DMV not at a place of care.

The best place ever to bring your dog the only bad thing is they don't have free check ups for your pet anymore that's why only 4 stars.

My dog is a regular at this vet, and I am overall happy with the treatment my dog receives and their prices seem to be more reasonable than other places. However, some attention needs to be paid to the waiting area during COVID times, especially in these heat waves. You basically wait 3-4 hours outside in their small parking lot. It would be nice if there were folding chairs out there for the older folks and for those with difficulty standing for long periods of time. I've even seen people carrying their pets while they wait. Some water bowls for pets would also be helpful, especially for the new patients. I started bringing my own once I realized the conditions we would have to wait in. 100 degree weather is no joke so come prepared and take care of yourselves!

Dr. Polk made me feel very comfortable with Luna's treatment and diagnosis. She was very informative and answered all of my questions. She set me at ease with my concerns for Luna's current condition. Her assistant was pleasant and genuinely cared for Luna as did Dr. Polk. Thanks for helping her. I definitely recommend this facility.

I had my first visit with my cat this week & I was very pleased with the service. From the receptionist playing reggeaton, to the tech Eddie helping me out to Dr. Kelly. Everyone was great. My cat is usually really shy & he takes some time to warm up to new people, but he felt very comfortable around Eddie & Dr. Kelly. Thank you for helping us out!

They only take walk-ins and unless you show up at least an hour before they open to be first on their list, you will be waiting for HOURS to be seen. I was fourth on the list and waited over 2 hours. I was eighth on the list and waited 3.5 hours. It’s a shame they don’t take appointments because the doctors are great. There is just no respect for the patients time. It will literally eat up half of your day.

This was my first vet experience ever, as I got my cat about a year ago. Dr. Przekop was wonderful. They are walk in only, so you should get there before they open to ensure you get a spot. They only take so many people in a day, and it gets booked up quickly. Especially weekends. I got there around 8am on a Thursday and was second in line, so I was seen pretty quickly once they opened at 9. You'll still be there a few hours, though. It's worth it. I have a very shy, fearful rescue and Dr. Przekop was very understanding and helpful. He answered all of my questions and took the time to explain everything to me after the appointment. I will definitely be going back, the staff is great and helpful too!

I took my Dog and Cat for their annual vaccines. Very happy with how they treated me and my fur babies. It’s nice to go to a animal hospital where employees love animals as much as me.

Fix your hours on either your google or website. Your website says 7pm and Google says 10pm. Even if the real closing time is at 7pm you haven’t been answering calls since 5pm. My pet will no longer visit this office ever again.

They took care of my pooch for her due vaccines! Just one small tiny thing(wouldn't call it a problem) it a first, come first served! So if you want to get it done early I suggest I come as early as at least an hour before opening or there's will be like a dozen already waiting in line! So come early!

This place only attends first 19 clients and it's expensive!

You do have to get there early and wait to sign up for an appointment, but it is well worth it. My pug has had problems with vision and scratching for a couple years. I have taken him to other vets who charge a fortune and have done nothing to help him. Echo Park Veterinary clinic was able to pinpoint his problems and fix them - at a fraction of what I have paid other vets. While I wish they would schedule appointments, the professionalism and quality of care outweighs the inconvenience.
