I went to blue pooch for the first time today and had a great experience!!! My Maltese was extremely overdue for a haircut, and Wylie made her look so so beautiful I can't stop looking at her!! Her haircut is so perfect and cute I'm obsessed. When I brought her in she was pretty matted in certain spots especially her tail and you can tell she was treated with care and precision. Sometimes after getting groomed she seems uncomfortable or itchy but not today- she's so happy and I think she knows she looks super cute lol. And she smells so good!! The salon itself is immaculate and I love the decor - the whole vibe is chill. All the dogs in there look relaxed and happy. Also booking and payment was so easy through my phone, loved it. My dog has really bad anxiety and I was so nervous trying a new place but I'm so happy to have found blue pooch. We'll definitely be back! Thanks Wylie!!

Very kind, very professional people here. They are compassionate, but no nonsense- something I highly appreciate. The place is clean, busy, and straight-forward. Have your buddy's vaccination history ready, and be sure to tell the groomers exactly what you want done. Plan for 2 1/2 to 3 hours of care for your canine. My pooch is a very nervous guy so, his service wasnt exactly perfect. But, I still left very satisfied and happy and I plan to be back! Great place. Highly recommend.

I brought my maltipoo puppy for his first grooming . They were very nice about not Traumatizing him and making it a good experience. I love that the dogs can run loose and play with each other.They definitely know how to do artistic haircuts and it’s not just your basic shaved down clipper look. I am very picky about having a cute cut that is what we pay for, otherwise we all could take clippers and do it ourselves. I always recommend Blue Pooch to my friends because they are Trustworthy And talented professionals.

Our dog golden retriever always looks great after coming back from them.

They used to be a great little shop and I took my two dogs there for a couple of years. It became hard to get an appointment because the woman that answered the phone was unpleasant and lacked critical listening skills, but I remained a client. Why i recently stopped is because I arrived early to pick up my dog and saw him unattended on the high table with the lead around his neck. He is a somewhat skittish guy and had he gotten spooked the lead would have been a noose. Unattended dog on table = no more Blue Pooch

The techs here are AMAZING. So good with animals (especially my two rescues). So patient with even my difficult dog. They also work with a non-anesthetic teeth cleaning group to do dog/cat dental care available on the last Sunday of every month. Getting these cleanings has saved me from doing vet cleanings for my dogs.

Artists at work! I've been brining my precious girls here for years! I've been to several grooming locations that have usually fallen short one way or another. However, at Blue Pooch, they always do such a great job! Aside from the amazing hairstyles after their grooming, the groomers are caring, gentle, on time, and always ensure you got exactly what you wanted. They never disappoint.. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Plus, they respect social distancing & all wear face masks. Love this place!

I have been taking my two dogs here for grooming for several months now, and I love the staff and the service. My pups always come home with adorable haircuts, and the staff is very friendly. This place is a far drive from my house, and I make the trek anyway because I'm so pleased. It's on the pricey side, but they do a great job.

Great service! Blue Pooch grooms the way you ask them to, unlike other grooming places that we've been to. We highly recommend this doggie spa!!!

Not pleased with my dogs groom. Never brushed his teeth, didn't clean his face. Cut off parts of his coat I asked them to keep, lied to me about the brush pulling then out. Cut his tail unevenly. The transition between his head to his neck is just all sorts of wrong. His body is fine, stomach wasn't trimmed down as much as it should have been. Will try a different groomer in the future.

This is the only place we bring our dog. The Japanese style cuts are something we can't achieve at home or at a pretty store groomers and our dog always comes back smelling so nice. All the staff is really friendly too!

Love this place! Everyone is very nice and friendly. They have a small indoors doggy daycare area for small dogs. I've used it when I have to work long hours and dropped my doggies off for a haircut. It's also convenient because they open until 7PM. There is a fee for the doggy daycare on top of the haircut but it's worth it. Miku has been really great with my shih tzu. If you have a shih tzu, they have Japanese magazines that you can choose a haircut for your doggie. There is parking in the front of the building on Pico or you can take the alleyway, there is a back entrance which is easy for drop off and pick up.
