Women who answers the phone is absolutely brain dead. No wonder she chose a profession where she doesn’t have to think about much. Take your animal to Animal medical center and see Dr O. Don’t waste your time on this chooch.

These people are nuts I did a prescription for my dogs meds and they denied it they just want money and want me to do another check up. Last time I was there th ey didn't even check my dogs temperature until I told them to. I'm done with them the doctor didn't even look at my dogs teeth the staff seem lazy. How do you deny a dog his pain meds? They wouldn't even approve the prescription because they want to get a 100 dollars out of me for a check up! IM DONE WITH THESE PEOPLE NO MORE WILL I GO THERE! THIS IS A MONEY GRABBING PLACE ! WISH I CAN GIVE THEM A ZERO

Would give 100 stars if I could. My dog is always a nervous nelly at the vet and they always take the time to love on her and try to calm her down. I’ve been to a few different vets and have always felt like I’ve paid or gotten things done that weren’t necessary. At Beverly pet they show and EXPLAIN everything they are doing and show you prices before you pay so there is no surprises. I LOVE that!!! I will never go to another vet while living in LA. Thank you Beverly Pet for always making Lulu feel as comfortable as you can, it is truly so appreciated :)

Earlier this month, my dog had bad ear infections - odor, itching, hearing loss, dark goop, and my dog would cry at night and rub her ears on the floor. I couldn't get a response on vm, so I bought some stuff at Petco to sooth them. They finally called the following week and I made an appointment. The bus broke (!) down and we walked in near 100degree weather, and we were 20 min late, though I kept calling, even before the appt time, to give an ETA. I apologize again on arrival and offered to come back at a different time. "So....the bus broke down???'. she wants to know. I tell her everything with my dog's ears. She lifts the flap and said "they're not red, so she's fine. Keep giving her the Petco stuff'. But she didn't look in there. Just the flap. ....I go thru all the symptoms and say, she can't hear. She's had chronic ear infections since I got her. I mentioned the odor again & that the hearing loss was sort of sudden, it seemed worse than ever before, and asked if she could look WITH AN OTOSCOPE. She confirmed the hearing loss. She danced around the idea of otoscope and/or cleaning. She said that she thinks they're fine, hearing goes with old age, then moved on to other questions. When I got home, I looked in the little bag I walked out with - for $150 I was sold a toothbrush and paste, $50 antibiotic eyedrops 'just in case she ever needs them', and was charged $25 for her nail trim. AND MY DOG NEVER HAD HER EARS EXAMINED. I called them back, spoke to the front desk to say, I want to bring her back to have her ears looked at. That's what I came for. They were going to check with Dr. Woo. That was on October 4th. Still waiting. No missed calls. The next day, I took her to another vet, who used an otoscope and her ears were very red, inflamed, fluid, and one drum couldn't be seen. They did a swab that came back Yeast and Bacterial infections, gave her treatment in her ears, and oral antibiotics for a week. HER HEARING HAS RETURNED. No odor. And that vet keeps calling to check on her ears. Never again. (The girls at the front desk are nice).

Our cats absolutely hate the vet but it was a totally different experience @ Beverly Pet Clinic. Clean, courteous and overall had a great vibe that even our cats noticed. Definitely recommend to anyone for their fur babies!

The Vet was not through with examining my dog. She made me get a urine specimen from my dog instead of her doing it as it is supposed to be part of the exam. Then the vet got into a verbal confrontation with a woman who brought her dog in.

Found this place online, me and my gf recently secured a new puppy and were lost as to what vet would be the best for him, this place is great. First time was smooth, they gave me the run down on all his shots and offered a free exam since they had to reschedule. Thanks!

Solid vet clinic with knowledgeable doctors and fair prices. Dr. Woo has offered great advice for my Chihuahua and I would definitely recommend her to anyone who asked.

They now don’t let you bring your pets in due to covid. When I first went there the doctor didn’t check much on the dog all she did was prescribe meds but not much in checking the dog out. I had to point things out. I like the staff but they are not thorough. I wanted to give them another chance but I don’t trust them with my dog if I’m not there to watch. At least let us come in the waiting room or outside hallway. Not sure if our pets will be ok and have an honest check up. I won’t be referring anybody unless they make an exception to bring my pet in

I had a great experience taking my 10 week old Goldendoodle here for his second round of shots. The doctor is so sweet and clearly loves animals. They took time to answer all of my questions and were very helpful.

Lovely staff and great facilities! They were able to see me straight away for my cat’s bladder infection. Very reasonably priced office visit (regularly $50) but offer a 50% discount for first time new customers. I’m very glad to have found a new, caring vet in the area.

This review, I leave because I would like other pet owners to know what had happened to avoid the terrible situation I was in. I’ve shared this story with my friends and family, and wanted to share with other pet owners that are eagerly looking for the best doctor for their pets, just like I was! One star is for Tania, the staff, who was so patient and trying to help her best. The doctor took my kitten’s stool exam and told us she would let us know the result the next day. I was anxious because for kittens, abnormal stool can be life-threatening. Next day, I called 10am to ask if the results are out. Tania said the result is out but the doctor hasn’t had a chance to take a look at it. Tania said she would give the doctor a notice. I waited for a couple of hours and contacted at 1pm to ask again. The doctor still hasn’t had time. Another notice sent to her from Tania. Third contact at 4pm and the doctor still hasn’t clicked the results. Tania asked me to call in 45 min and that she would give another notice to the doctor. Another call at 4:45pm- Tania puts me on hold to talk what I assumed to be the doctor, then comes back to tell me that Dr.woo can’t today. I called 15min before the Clinic closed and no one answered. I guess Dr. Woo learned to leave her office early than to be responsible as a doctor. Next day comes and I asked to speak to the doctor. Then she sends me this one official text that had one sentence saying no parasite found. No call or email as promised. I asked for the results and the paper showed one word - negative. Wait, really? It wasn’t a 20 pages of report with jargons that she had to struggle to read thoroughly to let us know the results? It took me 5 seconds to click and read that one word, I would think it would take her less after all the readings she had done at her vet school. All she had to do was get her fingertip to click the result and read the one word to Tania to let us know, but no, Dr. woo doesn’t have time to fulfill her promise nor empathy for her clients who would be waiting. Yes, she was busy because it was a dental service day, but letting her patient know the results that she had promised is also her job that should have been scheduled in her day. I wasn’t asking her to let me know within minutes but in a matter of an entire day. Oh and the call that I had asked? Yup, you guessed it right if you thought she didn’t call back. I didn’t expect her to call back and now that I have the results, I will be done with her business. Responsibility and compassion are two traits that I look for in a trustworthy doctor. Dr. Woo has breached this trust for me but I really hope that she can learn from this and not make the same mistake for her other patients. Otherwise, it’s going to be difficult to survive in this industry in which words travel faster than you could say “negative”.

First time dog dad here with plenty of fears and insecurities regarding my pup. Dr. Woo and her staff were great with me and my pup. The doctor answered all my fears and accommodated my requests with no hesitation. Definitely come back to have her see my precious corgi.

I wish I wasn’t moving away! I randomly discovered Beverly Pet Clinic on a google search. From the phone call to make an appt to the payment, everyone was so sweet and professional. Reasonable prices. No one was trying to sell me anything when I asked about diet and an eye condition (unrelated). I was trying out a raw food diet and I’ve heard so many stories of vets trying to deter people from this because they want to sell their products so I was nervous to even bring it up, but Dr. Woo (I hope that’s her name) was honest and straight-forward. Loved my visit. 10/10 would recommend. Also, I don’t know if it makes sense but very millennial-friendly.

It is difficult to find a reliable vet. At least it has been for me. I hope to make this pet clinic my place to go whenever my pets need vet care. The doctor was nice and professional.
