They were terrific. All covid protocols were observed, friendly staff and all health issues were addressed. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a veterinarian.

When we lived in Florida we had the very best vet take care of my dogs. I was afraid I would never find a vet that would be so good to our baby dogs however I was so wrong. Uptown Vet meets the great services we found in Florida. I can not say enough about the entire staff. I have a real problem leaving my leaving my dogs anywhere but I have no problem leaving the baby’s there when necessary without being upset the whole time they are there. Thank you to the entire staff. ????????

I brought my dog Bella here and the staff was very helpful and kind. My dog had a bladder infection, and a skin infection and they got us in the same day. They gave her medicine explained everything in detail, and within 3 days my Bella was feeling so much better! Now her bladder infection is gone, she is eating more, and her skin infection is gone. I love Uptown Animal Hospital, I have been to other places in long beach, but this is the best vet I have been to since I have lived in Long Beach. Thank you guys so much for helping my Bella!!! You guys are the best!

My pet 1st visit was curbside pickup. I wasn't allowed to go inside or view what was happening to my pet. The staff was very communicative and friendly and knowledgeable. This will be Sexys Vet for the life of my pet.

This place is fabulous. The Doctors make you feel welcomed and treat you like family. And the staff is AWESOME. They are my new vets.

Its a nice little Vet, close to home and you can get in quickly. The staff is friendly and the customer service is really good to. Defiantly will be taking my dogs back!

Dr. Katy was the best. She suggested a medication for dog that three other vets never mentioned for my dog who has chronic arthritis and she is doing so much better now. Dr. Voltron is really good she is patient and was knowledgeable and understanding. I went back in for my other dog and his bumpies (aka lumps) and was none the less anxiety ridden. Dr. Voltron came back in and said that she didn't think I needed a bunch of things that I thought I would need and ran blood tests and she was very professional and patient. She called with the results like she said she would. The office staff is awesome. They are patient, proficient, professional, knowledgeable, and they follow through with what they say they are going to do. Their prices are the most expensive but they are not the cheapest but they are worth it. Thank goodness I found them and was recommended to them. They are the best.

My cat Baby Girl was a patient there for several years. Prior to taking her there I had tried at least three other vets and wasn't happy with any of them. Plus, Baby Girl would get really stressed during visits with those vets. But she loved the vets at Uptown. She would purr and rub her head against their hands. it was a totally different experience for her. I found the vets to be compassionate and concerned, not only about my cat, who had a variety of medical issues, but about me as well. And when I ultimately had to put Baby Girl down, they were so kind and gentle. I can't recommend them highly enough.
