Always the nicest staff. Extremely knowledgeable and ready to help. A really great selection. I am always so glad I stopped in to shop. Also, a very clean store. The dog washing station is A+ too!

This location will not take returns from other locations. It is a decision made by the franchise owner. I’m a local and happen to purchase an item while visiting my parents who live hours away. This is not good customer service and I will never shop at this location

Friendly workers, great place to wash my dog! Cat food is affordable there, but I dont purchase any toys besides bones there, they run s little pricier. Fantastic employees and sometimes they have animals for adoption!

Went in for self bathing station after being told that was a service offered figured it was was worth the drive for the price ($14.00) because my white puppy was so dirty he was no longer white and its to cold to bathe him in a hose outside and he is to big to bathe in sink. I thought at the price it is i probably needed to bring my own supplies. I was wrong. Towels, 4 choices of shampoo, dryer, brushes, even a smock to keep you from getting wet are supplied. When we were finished they completely sanitized the bath we used before next customer went in. The staff is amazing as well. I will definitely be a frequent customer. More than worth the drive also have huge selection of products at a great price.

As a short review: I am upset with how Pet Supplies Plus maintains/treats their reptiles (specifically their leopard geckos) and find the habitats they keep them in to be ill-equipped for a growing animal. As a longer review: I recently adopted an adorable, little, one-month old gecko. As I was going through the process of inspecting my future pet and asking the store employee questions about her, I noticed two distinct things about my now pet gecko. 1. She was super underfed, even for her age. 2. She seemed unable to stand on her feet correctly. As it was not my gecko, nor my place to make a big fuss in the middle of an adoption process, I thought nothing of it and proceeded to finish my adoption. 2 weeks later, I now realize the extent of neglect my now baby gecko has seen. She is suffering from MBD (metabolic bone disease) in her arms which sometimes cripples her ability to hunt. She is unable to stand up on all fours, with her wrists folding underneath her as she walks. MBD is caused by numerous problems, but the most common a lack of calcium/vitamins in the gecko's diet. This is a problem that prevails most pet stores that do not either understand what reptiles need while growing up or actively ignore it. MBD is a serious problem for not only humans, but all animals as well. I am in the process of providing as much care for my baby going forward so that she can hopefully bounce back from this disease, but those odds are slim, and she may never be able to walk normally throughout her life. Overall, I am not upset at the store employees for this horrible turn of events. Most of them are probably just doing as they are told when it comes to the care of the geckos in the store. I am more upset that my pet could end up having a stunted and shortened lifespan in the future if my attempts at treatment fail. I am upset because I thought Pet Supplies Plus was different compared to the other pet smarts and petco's that I have visited. I thought that the level of care they offer to provide for these otherwise neglected and mistreated animals was different compared to other corporate stores. I should have known better. I hope these changes come to pass! I hope no other geckos or household reptiles have to suffer through these easily avoidable genetic problems. I hope that Pet Supplies Plus makes a change for the better and takes the measures most other reptile shops do to ensure the health of their reptiles. Until then, I won't be visiting this store anytime soon.

Great products and quality service

nope won't be back. I live in the neighborhood and have shopped there because I love to support our local business..I went tonight to buy some fish and dog treats. I ask if they could leave the Bata in the container so I didn't have to drive with 2 bags in my lap..I was even willing to pay for the plastic container. unbelievable

Pet Supplies has an excellent selection of products and I have always had a very positive shopping experience in the store. The sales associates are friendly and always willing to help you find anything you need.They also offer discounts and sales on food, litter and items that every pet owner must have.

I find my visits always enjoyable and the staff always caring and kind. A very clean store with a variety of products at reasonable prices. I love they have the option to donate to LB animal shelter to support the local animals in need. So awesome!

Not happy with the snoopy trailing of me throughout the store as if I was a thief. Looked at the CBD for dogs while thinking I could return a couple packages I had bought in May. The girl who waited on me then said, no problem.....bring the leftovers back . I had receipt and my account access....but would not accept return. Went to look for dog food but some Guy started following me around! Guy admitted that they were out of CBD options....you'd think he would want the returns for resale. I just pitched them in their trash. They didn't work for my dog. The first person that waited on me told me the new product I was interested in was on sale for $28+....when the second guy waited on me he said it wasn't on sale and it was $58+. I left with nothing...and will Not ever go back.

The only pet store I go to in the area. Every time I go into the store someone is right there to help me find exactly what I’m looking for. They are really knowledgeable about their products. Service is amazing! Selection is amazing!

Helpful and friendly staff. I go there for mealworms and crickets for my bearded dragon.

It is smaller than the superstores, but they make up for that by being willing to order things for you, available pet grooming/spa. Our favorite is the self serve pet washing station. What a huge thing to offer! Hands down always great service to our pups and humans.

Genuinely nice and helpful and reasonably priced

Easy to find cat food and litter box supplies here. Very nice and helpful staff. I see lots of grooming activity but we haven't used those services as out cat would NOT enjoy such a thing. But definitely see the dogs coming looking and smelling great.

We did the self-service dog bathing today for the first time. The staff is super nice and very helpful. The bathing station is so nice and convenient. We will definitely be back!

Excellent product, fast delivery. One tag is for a 1", double-layer collar, the other for a 3/4" single layer collar. Both fit perfectly, and I smile when I see them.

Friendliest staff on earth! Love taking my puppy there, he probably gets 10 too many treats but everyone's very attentive and they have very affordable prices. I recommend 15/10!

Stopped by to pick up some cat food during their grand opening. Staff here were really helpful and checked in to ensure any questions were answered. Store has all of the essentials as well as services like pet wash. Parking shared in the same parking lot as Sears and Lazy Acres.
