Bad service, rip off. Paid full price groom for a full size labradoodle ($70) for a bath, blow dry, and face trim on a 20lb dog. We stopped by to schedule an appointment, the appointment maker/front desk did just about everything to convince us he didn't want our business (i.e. didn't want to make an appointment, wouldn't take our full info just dog name, gave us an appointment 2-3 weeks out, etc). We made an appointment anyway, assuming it was just a fluke, it wasn't. Our 20 lb poodle mix came back looking super cute....but other than "looking cute" they didn't do anything right. They missed nail trim,sanitary trim, shaving paw pads and paws, trimming around ears (not inside ears, just the hair around ears), beard, belly, chest, tail, the whole rest of the dog, etc. Dog came home with a mat behind her ear and a visible mat on her nose. They used some kind of product that made her hair sticky and more likely to mat than usual, I cut out four or five mats in the next three days. Dog's overall body hair was about 1.5 inches long before and after the appointment. I did call and mention that theyissed things like paw pads and sanitary trim....and they gave us a 2 hour window on a dayi couldn't go to bring the dog to get it fixed. Needless to say I will never go back here and do not recommend this establishment.

We absolutely love this place. We have been bringing our pup here for the past 6 years and we wouldn't take him anywhere else. The groomers are patient and kind to our dog especially because he's deaf. Also, they do a great job cleaning up his hawks. He an Australian shepherd and always comes back looking so clean and brand new. ????

Friendly staff, clean, great spot for self-wash. They also have full grooming services. But you need to make an appointment.

Self service was easy and inexpensive!

Very professional and easy going. Friendly atmosphere and polite staff as well as helpful. Parking can be tough sometimes but there's additional parking in the back. I recommend trying them out. Must call and make an appointment because of covid.

Friendly staff and a great place to get your dog groomed! The staff really cares about your fur babies and you can even wash them yourself if you choose.

Clean dog now thanks to Dirty Paws. The self wash is great for the bigger dogs.

My dogs are so excited when they see Sharon and Amy. When we are leaving the house, I ask them if they want to go see their girlfriends and they know exactly what that means. They listen to what you want and will even use the special shampoo one of them needs. I highly recommend them.

Staff is welcoming and super friendly. I use them for the self service wash after a day at Rosie's. The wash tubs are very clean and includes a variety of shampoo's and conditioner. The blow drier is also included. It's very convenient and moderately priced at $15.00. Bonus: open on Sundays!

They did a great job grooming my Yorkie. Their prices are affordable too.

I can only speak for the self groom, but I like it. $13 for self wash, $5 for the specialty shampoo /conditioner. Not bad
