Our go to spot for our dog food, supplements, treats, dog baths and vaccines (@VIP Petcare located at the back of the store). Take advantage of the Buy 3 get the 4th free. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Our fur babies love this place.

Great customer service and always welcome our pets

Called ahead looking for item. We were told they had something similar to it, so we drove over. We headed in and were 2 of about 3 people in the store. There was 1 employee stocking next to bird area and 1 employee standing directly in the bird area. We looked and loudly said " I wonder where it is" " Maybe it's over here" and " we called and they said they had it.Not once did the employee say hi, acknowledge us or even attempt to ask if we needed help. I went back to the other employee and asked where the item was. They said we do not have anything here except for outside birds. If you are looking to shop without help or being bothered, go here. If you are looking for helpful people just go to Petco or Petsmart, which is what we ended up doing.

Friendly staff, good products, well organized and clean. What I love most about this chain is that it doesn't sell live animals like Petco or PetSmart. They have homeless cats up for adoption which is great because that's totally different from purchasing small animals from factory farm breeders the way that PetSmart and Petco do. Those places literally throw animals away instead of treating them for injuries or illnesses because they just see animals as merchandise. So awful. Anyway, please don't go to PetSmart or Petco, go to Pet Food Express instead!

Fresh food and bagged food too. Wash yr dogs their and everything for Guinea pigs. Costumes too. Fantastic service and helpful.

The store is set up nice, everything easy to find and the prices are decent...

This is so much fun to shop as a human, and I can't imagine how much pets enjoy it. I came in looking for toys for my cat plus gifts for my friend's pets and found everything, including two things I hadn't seen before. Prices were reasonable, and I was happy to see they even had a small animal section :) Great place to go for pet gifts!

Love the self serve dog wash here. Big tubs that are easy for my big goldens to get in and out. We always come here after going to Rosie’s Dog Beach. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Bath area is appropriately social distanced and cleaned after every customer. There’s a selection of shampoos, some with conditioner, some without, and includes the option of the blow dryer. Since we come here regularly, we buy 4 wash tokens at a time to take advantage of their Buy 3, get one free offer.

I love this store. So many choices for all animals. They even have bulk treats. The staff is super helpful and so friendly. Parking can be a bit tough since it is next door to Trader Joe's.

i came in here today to buy a selection of wet food for my eleven year old cat logan who has just been diagnosed with cancer. Pam was empathetic, sweet, and suggested all kinds of wonderful things that might help both his symptoms and the rest of his days. i SO appreciated her help. freakin' employee of the month! i have never experienced service like this in a chain pet store in my life.

Good place to come for dog chews. My dog loves to chew so I come here when I haven’t ordered any yet - it’s a buy 3 get 1 free. Nice selection of items, I bought some dog sweaters on sale. I’ve also gotten a dog accessories. They do follow you around though. As soon as I step inside I’m like okay I’m just getting dog treats I wonder if they’re gonna follow me - op, yup, they’re gonna follow to see what I’m doing lol. I tried to see if they do that to everyone but I don’t really know. They are probably trying to keep people from stealing but it is funny/annoying. One time I was choosing collars and the employee literally stayed a few feet from me the entire time. I was cracking up. The dog baths are popular. I see people bring their dogs in all the time. They also used to do dog training but not anymore since covid. I wish they’d bring the trainings back. My dog needs to go back to school. There is a VIP petcare in the store as well which is super convenient for dog meds, checkups, etc.
