Evening Pet Clinic Long Beach, California

I have brought my cats here since 2014. I was sad to hear Dr. Grain retired. He took very good care of my cats, especially my oldest one who had allergies. I was always alarmed when taking her to him and would come out relieved once my baby would be checked by him. Sadly my baby passed away earlier this year and now my youngest is in the care of Dr. Hardy. He has been great so far. Just like Dr. Grain, he takes the time to listen and answer questions. Also the staff from front to back office is really kind and welcoming. I totally recommend this place for people to bring in their pets here.

I don't usually give reviews, but I feel like it's necessary to let people know how amazing this clinic is. The front desk was so helpful and super nice! The vet is AMAZING! My puppy was diagnosed with parvo and might just make it thanks to them! I even got a follow up phone call to check on Percy and to give me the results back from another test. The price was amazing! Paid just under $500 for the whole check up, parvo test, medicine, eye medicine,3 injections and fluids!

I've been taking my dog's here for years. They always been friendly. Dr Grain has retired, But Dr Hardy is doing good at filling his shoes.

I called to see if they would let me bring my dog in just to get a quick check up to get something for his inflammation and pain, due to his glands getting inflamed. Happened in one day so no knowing beforehand. They told me appointment only, which the next available day was 6 days away, so now I have to bring him to a hospital and have to pay almost triple the amount.

The Dr is thorough and compassionate. Provides a solid diagnosis that is not going to drain your pockets like other Vets I have gone to.

Great care of my dogs.

I have been going here for 20 plus years and have always received great care. Our new vet is great and front reception is kind. My dog had serious dental work and extractions and came out a champ. Great work great recovery and very great price. Moat places are double even triple the prices. You will be happy here.

We were promised that could go in to exam room with our dog, who is a skittish rescue. THEY LIED TO US!! ???? DID NOT let us in exam room with our dog WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE.!!

They do okay, too bad Dr Grain retired.

Caring and in timely manner with my appt.

They do take walkings in six days a week. Also, hours are until 11pm. If you are concern about your pet and want results this is the clinic. But as always money is an issue here. It makes me sad to pets no treated. The wating time is at least three hours. Anyways, the doctot and stuft showed me confidance. I would like to thanks all of you because my pet is doing well now. Thanks

Prince Charming and I love our veterinary clinic. Everyone there treats us like family and always love our visits. If you live in the area and have a pet they're the best vet you can get.

I love everything about this Dr. Grain, he is an amazing man and loves the fur babies like his own. He’s always happy and tells it like it is and doesn’t try to scam you. He’s just a great man.

I've been bringing my dogs to Dr Grain for over 10 years. He retired summer 2020 but Dr Hardy who took over is just as attentive and caring. The whole staff is welcoming and as informative as they can be. I have confidence in the new veterinarian and will continue to bring my dogs to Dr. Hardy.

I like this place, this place was recommended to me by my boyfriends mom who said the past vet took really good care of their dogs when they had issues. The new vet is super friendly, and prices are really affordable! This is where ive been taking my pup since day one, and so far, zero complaints.

They were amazing and I can tell they really care. Price wise, I've been to more expensive clinics so I feel like this was very affordable for the same amount of care. Time wise, I feel like I was in and out pretty quick, especially considering it was my first consult for all 3 of my dogs I was out about an hour and a half after I got there.

I was pleased with the compassionate handling of my 2 older dogs.

I understand that during this pandemic they are limiting the amount of persons inside the building BUT sometimes pets have multiple owners and each owner knows something different about that one pet. Also, multiple owners have a different say on issues such as the finances and ethical judgments to make. Yet, this business only allows one owner per patient during the pandemic. I am angry and hurt that only one out of the two owners are allowed to be with our dog.

1st time going there. I still like my regular pet clinic though. Leaving out of town English Bulldog needed shots, called them told me to go in, I was out in less than 8minutes and as a new client that's good on my books!
