Village Veterinary Clinic Lompoc, California

Our dog was diagnosed with a sarcoma on his spleen. We called several specialists and veterinary clinics from Paso Robles to Ventura and after getting the run around, we finally found Village Vet. Dr. Deter and her team are amazing! They not only saved our dog but identified a heart condition he had from the food he was eating. He is like a whole new dog thanks to Village Vet. We switched our other dog to Village Vet and couldn't be happier. It's worth the 20 minute drive to get the best care for our pets.

We've used many vets over the years for our pets but Village Vet is one of the best. They are extremely responsive and caring and I never feel like my concerns are brushed off or over looked. They work hard to make sure you pet is well taken care of. I would highly recommend them.

Vet techs (Kristina this time) and Veterinarian were very professional and had answers for every question I asked. They also printed me out information about Grain free dog food and the hazards it can pose for your animals heart (cardiomyopathy).

Very helpful and compassionate veterinary personnel. Made our experience with putting our elderly beagle to sleep as painless as possible. Thank you Village Veterinary Clinic.

Y’all were not only the best veterinary clinic in the area, but by far the best my fiancé and I have ever had to go to. Our pups were absolutely well taken care of, with thorough check-ups, and a courteous follow up phone call for every visit to ensure the best possible care. It’s unfortunate we PCS’d recently because you guys set the bar very high for how a veterinary clinic should run. We will 100% recommend the Village Vet to anyone we know moving to the area. 10/10 across the board.

Recently saw Dr Deeter for my lab's annual exam. Wonderful as always, very good with my wimpy puppy and insightful. I love a great vet with a calming presence and that's exactly what I get with Dr Deeter every time.

Absolutely fantastic!! We recently had a gas leak at our home and had to find emergency boarding for our little dog. Village Veterinarian & Boarding came to our rescue. Without exception, Every person working there always provides loving kindness to animals and their human “parents”! We love would not trust our furry family to anyone else. Dr Deter and Dr Ganter have been working with my dog for almost 2 years. She had quite a few issues and they were very good with her. For the last few months Dr Ganter has been helping her with polyps in the ear. Unfortunately, we had to agree that it was time to let her go. Dr Ganter was very supportive and kind and made her transition over the rainbow bridge very easy for her and for me. Thank you for everything.
