West Vallet Vet Clinic is the best. They make feel like family and I trust my furbabies in their care.

I'm so thankful for the referral to this veterinary clinic, Dr. Sammy, is absolutely wonderful! He explained everything in detail, I loved that he was genuinely interested in my dogs/cat's health, he doesn't try to make you spend on non needed exams/procedures. Not too mention his staff, wow, they are very courteous and loving with my pets. I will be sure to refer my friends and family to Dr. Sammy. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.

Ever since my first experience with your clinic, I have been raving to my family and friends regarding what a well oiled machine you are as a team. But as well organized and efficient your team is, we always feel the compassion and honesty when it comes to the health of our pets has been your shining star. You cover every possible thing from the "hometown" feel of our in person visits, to the high tech connection and communication with email, text, and online pharmacy. Absolutely No compassion! I needed a second opinion, My is very sick, and all he did was yell at me and was very rude. We had some words and I left. What a jerk! I wouldn’t recommend this vet to my worst enemy.

Also prior to the pandemic Dr. Sam was the only vet who allowed me to job shadow for high-school and college experience. Thank you all for the opportunity and experience!

He Was very rude and isn't as compassionate as I thought they would be maybe had to do with my race or something not sure cause there reaction was diffrient then the lady in front of me..

Love the staff, very friendly! Prices are a little high though, customer be warned. Vet is intimidating... like you feel like you are in trouble when he talks to you. Lol but no complaints!

We took our two seniors dogs there we adopted them from the humane society. The Doctor and staff were all very pleasant. Will continue to take them there for check-ups and when it's time for vacines

A no-nonsense place. The vet will never try to upsell you. He will spend plenty of time making sure you understand his recommendations for your pet.

This man is unstable he yelled and screamed at me

My regular mobile vet wasn't available and I'd called several before having the good fortune of finding Dr. Sam. I'm so grateful that I did. My shepherd is 15 and she needed surgery to have a cyst removed. She couldn't have been in better hands. Dr. Sam took the time to explain everything to me (and the staff is wonderful, too) and he even brought my furry family member to my car and helped her inside. The following week, my 11 year old shepherd also needed surgery. Guess where I went? I highly recommend this clinic! Did I mention I drove to the clinic from Solvang? Well worth it.

Dr. Sam answered the phone a few minutes after WVVC closed today. He met me outside the door as I explained what was going on. My dog kept continuously sneezing. He said it was probably a foxtail in my dog's nose. That's exactly what it was. The office called me back to pick my dog up within the hour. Dr. Sam even brought out the offending foxtail. THANK YOU WVVC and Dr. Sam!!!!

Very easy to make an appointment. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable.

I didn't like talking to the receptionist. I was upset and felt she didn't listen to me. Cut and dry: just make an appointment. So impersonal and uncaring.

Wonderful staff and Doctor. My pups love them all and are not in anyway nervous going there. They are very informative and always give us the best care and advise. Dr. Sam loves all the animals and is very caring.

The staff is always super friendly and very helpful at accessing Marvel's needs!
