I cannot find my dog's food. I been in this town 1yr and to the store 6 times.. and I cant never find my dog's food. You have a low inventory of my choices. Purina Pro Plan small Breed chicken and rice the 18lbs and 34lbs... never in this store.

Was a good experience, and obviously I will come back for everything my puppy needs

Brianna in the grooming department is AMAZING! She makes my pups feel special and so easy to have them groomed. The pups leave smelling amazing and so soft. I would recommend to go to her for any type of dog breed!

Corporate should be ashamed of themselves making their employees work in such a horrible building!! I nearly slipped in the lake size puddle today while buying my dog food! It has been this way for weeks now. Are they waiting until somebody is seriously injured? I will be speaking to KCOY or KEYT to report them!!

The groomers are my fav. They always have our pup so happy when we pick her up

Staff is very in professional even the manager she is young not real knowledge able on some pets which is concerning

The aisles were a bit cluttered with new stock and things are hard to find. There was only one associate and he was working the cash register.

Nice clean store..prices seemed a little higher than Petsmart.

I always have the worst experience there when buying fish. The guy acts like a know it all and I have alot of experience with fish. They treat you stupid. I never buy fish anymore from this store.

My friends dog we thought had swollen rear end glands, they checked and was going to clean out, but then suggested to wait a day and did not charge for something which not needed

This was my second time going to this Lompoc store to buy fish and the worker always argues with me about what i can buy. He thinks he knows it all. He would not let me buy a certain kind of fish because he said i would return it! I have never returned a fish in 30years and i spend about 3,000$ in the store every year. He said take my business to some place esle. Guess what i will!!!

Brianna did an awesome job bathing my dog. She did a great job.

Petco in Lompoc is always there and open most of the time we need. New week old kitten showed up abandoned in our yard. We needed baby milk right away and the care and supplies. While Petco isn't as stocked/full shelf as it was before Covid, it had all we needed in our emergency. Thanks Petco!

Customer service was great but how are your employees expected to give great service when the product is sitting on multiple carts on the floor and isn't being restocked. There's either a shortage on food or product isn't being put away. It's been 3 weeks since I've been shopping here and none of the science diet food has been restocked. If you have special diet needs go somewhere else.

Everyone I have encountered here is friendly and very knowledgeable about animals. There are a few people here who are my go-to when I have questions about fish, tanks, and habitats.

Took dog there for a grooming and went well. Nice and helpful staff.

I called weeks in advance to get my dogs groomed and on the Day of, they called me and cancelled my appointment because they were "too busy" even though the entire store was empty and no visible dogs. I made an appointment so I dont understand why theyd do that. Staff is extremely rude and impatient and scheduled my next almost a month out. Absurd.

I never leave ratings for places I go to but John the cashier was so patient and helpful to me and my wife I just had to. Stellar customer service.
