Greatest groomer on the planet. Fast, friendly, professional, reasonable, patient and loving with my Oliver. I drive all the way from Incline Village Tahoe to see Crystal. Oliver loves her!

I used to work here, and honestly Crystal is very dishonest. She used to tell our customers that we brush and clean your dog's teeth when she would never look at their teeth once. I would always clean their teeth on my own, and I would show everyone such professionalism I work so hard for everyone's pets. When I decided to quit she went on to bad-mouth me to all of her customers and business owners. If you take your dogs here please do not share personal information with her and always double-check that she cleans your dog's teeth she does have cameras and you can always request a view the footage. I was not perfect I tried hard I made mistakes but I did not deserve to be badmouth. I loved all my customers pets. Just a fair warning she doesn't care about your babies, she just cares about your money

Crystal is the best. My dogs, Izzy & Bennie love her. They always look great when she’s done. She is very patient with my, shall we say, moody Yorkie Izzy. She recently moved to a new location with much better parking. The shop is clean and orderly. I highly recommend her. I’ve been a client for at least 7-8 years.

I have been coming to this Groomer for 9 years! She is the Best Groomer I have ever had. My 2 girls are 11 years old and 10 years old, they still get excited to go to see their "Auntie Crystal" and get their bath and beautiful Bicheon cuts. My Husband and I drive from Sacramento every three weeks to have them groomed. Love the professional Groomer, the clean interesting store and the products for sale. When she has time this talented Groomer can also make great doggie clothes and costumes! This Groomer has Holiday celebrations and the dogs all dress up for the Holidays. Best groomer I've ever dealt with. Crystal is a meticulous professional who takes an absolute interest in dogs lives. From puppy to adult our dogs have always received the best care to be found! She has always worked with our work schedules to fit us in her calendar. Look forward to continuing our friendship and our dogs wag with approval !!

My dog came out groomed well, however I had to listen to the owner rant about politics, usually things she doesn't understand and pretends to know more about than she does. Very unprofessional behaviour and completely irrelevant to grooming. It's also odd that she introduces herself by announcing she had a stroke. I've had cancer twice, and I've never gone around using that as an introduction.

We have been taking our 2 yorkies to Crystal for years. Crystal is wonderful with her 4 legged friends & their humans also. She is very knowledgeable about food & nutrition for our fur babies and she is a Master Groomer. Also, there is all kinds of dog clothing from collars, dresses & PJ's to socks. AWESOME! I LOVE taking my Yorkie (Lucy) there. She understands my vision and always does a great job! Plus Lucy always smells like Blueberries when she's done which I LOVE hahaha For Christmas this last year they had Santa to take pics with your loved furry ones. A fun place and you can tell the owner really loves what she does!
