I was a bit uncomfortable not knowing if I would understand the maintenance issues my Range Rover Evoque had. With the support of the entire team: secretaries; Sofia, maintenance intake personnel; D and then Andrew: the most humble, kind, willing to listen, knowledge to explain multiple times in the simplest manner, patient rather than rushing through, and emphatetic personality, made this process enjoyable. Leo on sales was the same situation despite anything, his kind, welcoming demeanor, willing to listen and understand the specific support I needed, made a positive experience. Thank you, Rosie

This was my first time taking my car in to be serviced. I was immediately greeted upon my arrival both dropping off and picking up my car. The process took less than ten minutes, I was in and out. I highly recommend.

For the last five years I’ve gone to Neillo Jaguar Land Rover in Sacramento. My service advisor left and it’s been incredibly challenging finding the same level of attention ever since. After trying for several weeks to get a return phone call I decided to call Rocklin Land Rover. They were super responsive and got me in for my service appointment within a couple of weeks. Andrew was really nice and very helpful. I would recommend this dealer over Sacramento for sure.

From making a service appointment online(and actually getting the day and time I desired!), to the warm welcome and professional , same-day, service, I was duly impressed. Being 1) new to the area, 2) wary of literally EVERY repair shop, 3) prepared to feel talked over or dismissed, 4) a “new” owner of an older(albeit gorgeous) Jaguar Xk8....I was pleased to feel that I was a valued customer. Dana made every effort to keep things going smoothly and facilitate a simple, but important to me, repair. All in all, a very positive experience.

Sorry to say service was incomplete vehicle did not get repaired for why it went in I was promised a loaner car and told they had none service technician did a incomplete job hopefully I will not have to go back to them

This was an absolute amazing experience at Neillo Land Rover in Rocklin. As buying a car never seems to be a fun experience, this beyond exceeded my expectations. Paul and Brandon were great at getting the price and financing, and Austin did a phenominal job helping us decide on the right choice. There was no pressure and the experience had us leaving with a new car and a new sense of enjoyment from the experience. Thank you Neillo team, we will be back for our next purchase!

The staff at Rocklin Jag-Land Rover were excellent. We were looking for a hard to find Range Rover with specific options, and they did a great job keeping us aware of availability, and eventually found exactly what we’re looking for. Adam, Brandon and Kyle were all helpful, friendly and very customer focused.

This was one of the worst experiences ever . From the estimate of time to do the job to mistakes on the price. Initially text o me off by $600.00 more I owed to advising me payment could be made over the phone when in fact it can not.

This was a completely different car buying experience. Very professional and no high pressure sales. Treated with total respect and dignity, in fact I felt like I was meeting with a group of colleagues who were trying to help me. All car buying should be like this. I will not want to shop elsewhere.

Everyone at land Rover Rocklin is awesome. Great service, friendly, and extremely helpful. Of particularly mention, "D" in the service department, she took great care of us and ensured my vehicle was properly diagnosed and covered under warranty. Also had a chance to talk to sales and look at some vehicles, no pressure, no hassle, honest and overall good experience.
