We came here for one day and requested they feed our dog and brought her own food…. When we got home she was so upset and we couldn’t figure out why until we saw her full bag of food which was portioned out in two seperate bags completely …

I love how accommodating wagz is. My dog loves boarding at wagz when we visit Las Vegas !! She is always happy and I know she is well taken care of.

Great place to board your pets. Check in was easy and staff was very friendly. They were also very accommodating with schedule changes as our plans changed. Would definitely use them again

I was able to check on my pets anytime I wanted. When I did the staff was cleaning or playing with the dogs. My pups came home tired and relaxed! I would recommend this place and will bring them back on my next trip to Vegas!

Wagz was one of the more affordable options for a doggy day care in LV and I was really happy with the location and my interactions with the staff. It was only after paying hundreds of dollars to send my pup 4+ times a week that I realized through their camera/video system that this is a complete waste of money. As far as I've seen in probably a few hours worth of watching their live feeds nobody has interacted with my dog or any other dog beyond brief greetings and pets. The dogs haven't played with each other or any humans and the spaces are about the size of a typical living room (slightly bigger or smaller depending on the walled/fenced area). Unless your dog is destroying furniture or your home, there is no reason to go to Wagz because your dog, like mine, will probably be left bored and full of energy until you pick them up. I am now happily taking him to another doggy day care and I recommend the same to anybody reading this.

This review reflects the facilities and management, not the staff. The building seriously needs to have ventilation checked & the interior needs to be renovated due to normal wear and tear. That all reflects on the owners for not prioritizing the care and well being of the animals. I booked a luxury suite a month in advance, however, management allowed oversight and allowed overbooking. The owners own animals preoccupied reserved spaces that day because the owners decided to take a trip out of town that weekend. They also allow the same prevailed to the staff. My 3 pets were not comfortably settled until the next day. That's unacceptable. All night they were moving around. Due to poor ventilation the smell was difficult to undermine. I also did not see any grass area for the dogs.

I watch the camera feed the whole time I first selected luxury suite for my pup and they confirmed the suite then once arrived told me that they were all booked up. But on camera feed luxury rooms were available . My Sage sat in play area all day didn’t see any interactions with her to play. Also asked she be placed with smaller dogs for her comfort and she was with big dogs . She looked very stressed in video feed . Would love more interaction with her then been closed up .

My pup and I just moved to LV this week after a 2000 mile trek from our previous home. He has been very anxious and he is a quarantine pup, so the anxiety from the move and no longer being attached at the hip with me has been causing him to not feel well and causing me a lot of worry about putting him in daycare while I go back to work in the office. Until I came here!! Wagz professional and friendly staff makes me want to keep coming back everyday, when my original plan was only to bring him 2-3 times a week! He is feeling so much more relaxed and comfortable. We especially love Michelle! After only two days of us being there she already knows my name, Chewbacca’s schedule, and his preferences- she has even been giving him EXTRA attention because I told her of his current anxiety situation. Give that woman a RAISE????????♥️

My Dog love's this place. Left my dog there for 10 days was able to monitor him daily several times throughout the day watching my dog having a lot of fun with other dogs.

Absolutely sweet staff. I felt no issue leaving our pup with them. Overall great service. We opted for the 1/2 day deal.

I love bringing my Twix to Wagz! I'm brand new to Vegas and had to jump right into work while also apartment hunting. I used to work at a pet boarding facility in Florida and it was awful--but Wagz makes me feel so comfortable leaving my fur baby. Every staff member I've interacted with has been so nice and professional and caring and it makes me feel good leaving Twix for the day.

Staff is very professional, friendly and always there when you have any questions. We recently rescued Dominic back in Nov. 2020 and with him being a pitbull it's very hard to find pet boarding and people just treating him different because of his bread. He gets very excited and starts doing zoomies when I tell him you ready to go back to Wagz Resort! Dominic stayed in the Luxury Suite 2, loved his tv, snacks, and staff. As soon as we dropped him off they folded his two blankets on his bed. I wish I would of gotten the name of the girl that was working last Tuesday,5/5 in the evening time she was very sweet, and nice. She petted Dominic on his head as he jumped up to greet her as she was turning off the lights, and she gave him a goodnight kiss on his head. He stayed for a total of two nights. I kept checking throughout the day on camera and all team members did interact with him. They would refill his water and bring a fresh bowl of food twice a day. Since we have not really socialized Dominic with other dogs I requested for my dog to please be kept separated from other dogs as it made me nervous and this was a new environment for him. They kept Dominic in a different playground by himself to give him the opportunity to stretch his legs, get some fresh air etc. Thank you Wagz Resort for not treating my pitbull Dominic different because of his bread and your team for welcoming him with open arms. Of course, I had to repost his instagram picture on Wagz instagram my little fur baby Dom is very cute! LOL!

Love that they have cameras in the luxury suites and the play yards so I can check in on my babies anytime. Best prices in the valley I could find and took my dogs in on short notice. I was able to have my vet email my vaccine records over because I didnt want to forget them. They also went home with a bath that was included in the package i paid for so they werent covered in slobber from all that playing!

This place is so amazing and I am so happy I found it! The staff is always so willing to help whenever i have questions. They also are very accommodating. They truly want what is best for your furry friend. We recently went in and wanted to board our 70lb Labrador in a classic. But, the front desk let me know that our dog will fit in the classic but she wouldnt be comfortable. So, they showed us the other options and we changed to a mini suite. I am so happy that they showed me the other options because otherwise my poor girl wouldnt have had enough room during the night to move around. They truly want your dog to be happy and comfortable. When they took me back there to see the other room options, all of the puppies were so happy playing in the yards together. There wasnt 1 dog left in their room at all. They all were playing with a few staff members in the yards. I also noticed that all of the rooms were super clean, which i was suprised about just because it is a doggy daycare, but it was a good suprise knowing my dog will actually be taken care of in a clean enviorment. I also watched my dog play over the weekend on the cameras. It was our first time boarding her so we watched the cameras frequently. She was constantly playing and making other friends which made me very happy. When I picked her up I asked the lovely staff member to give her a last minute bath, and they did a perfect job! She went home super happy and super clean! Thank you WAGZ!!

Atención!! don't leave your dogs here. When I picked up my two dogs, they both had allergies all over their bodies, my dog ​​was shaking and did not walk well. her whole body was red like an allergy and she was very sad, unrecognizable. My two bby are also dirty and full of poo all over their bodies. the dogs do not sunbathe at any time of the day, the workers do not interact with the dogs. my dogs were very skinny and sad. now I will have to take them to the vet

Was really hoping the “few bad reviews” were just abnormal situations but they were not. My two dogs stayed for the weekend and were absolutely terrified when I picked them up - and they love being boarded at pet resorts! I checked the cameras throughout my vacation and dogs are just placed in a large playpen with no human interaction & there was feces and urine left for hours inside the pens (currently some in playpen #2 that’s been there for 2 hours now). Since being home the last 3 hours my dogs have laid down in a corner, won’t even eat treats, and have had bloody, runny diarrhea. Breaks my heart thinking I put them in a place that didn’t care for them as advertised. Lesson learned & buyer beware.

Best doggy daycare in town!

My doggy stayed 3 days in the classic option. They do rotate dogs in the yard. They have a A camera where you can see your pup sometimes.

Our Maddie loves her time here. Very affordable and we have peace of mind Maddie's safe. A great place to leave your pet to socialize while you take care of business. Maddie's always napping afterwards leading us to believe she's non stop having a ball!

Took our pup to this place and when we went to turn on our camera to check on him he was no where to be found! We kept checking up on him and he wasn’t in the play area, when we went to pick up our pup he was starving, thirsty and seemed desperate for water and food. The strangest thing was they took quite a while to bring him to us when we picked him up. We also paid for nail trimming and he didn’t get a trim, when we picked him up he seemed very distraught and anxious to go home. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you love your dog!

They took great care of my dog over a long weekend, they happily accepted my last min appointment, and the most important thing is that my dog did NOT comeback to me in any kind of distress. We will definitely be back

Best place we've been too, excellent service and handling. Not too mention a very good price for our pet's stay. Will gladly visit again when Im in town.
