Doggie District - Grand Canyon Las Vegas, California

This is based on lack of customer service (Silverado location). An email was sent requesting availability. No one returned email. At least the Grand Canyon location replied back.

I wouldn’t dream of leaving my CheChe with any other day care or boarding facility. We have been customers since arriving in Vegas in 2012. They really love and care for your animals.

My Maggie loves going to daycare. The staff are wonderful and Maggie seems to like them all. I would highly recommend you bring your dog for daycare. They really do care about each and every dog there.

This is a great place to let your fur baby come to play and stay. My fur baby, Maggie Mae has been coming here since she was 16 weeks old. She's now 11 years. She loves it. Its her home away from home.

We booked a stay months in advance for our trip through Las Vegas. We have email confirmation saying we could do a same day orientation and drop off if we arrived before 1pm. We arrived around 10:30am to be turned down because they could not do a same day orientation, even though the email LITERALLY said we could. They even went as for to say that there is no person by that name that works there. We were really expecting better costumer service from a chain with such high ratings. If you are a tourist/traveler I would recommend you stay far away from this place, they will NOT respect your reservation.

Made an appt this morning to bring my puppy in to have orientation to see if he could come to Daycare a few times a week. I followed instructions had my vet send his shot records and showed up for his 2:00 pm appt. excited for him to get to play with other small dogs. I stood in the lobby while they were “supposedly” moving dogs and they would take him back momentarily 15 minutes later the manager Vanessa Carrillo came out and told me they could not take him today and not until mid-July! Needless to say I was a bit put-off as to why no one called me since 8 this morning to tell me this and what could we do?The lack of professionalism to not even give a courtesy call to let me know so I would not drag him or me out in this heat was appalling. The girls at the front desk were all very nice and helpful but this business definitely needs some management training. Tone of voice and attitude go a long way. I will be taking my puppy elsewhere.

My English Bulldog Precious absolutely loves Doggie District and everyone there loves her too. Areli is amazing, friendly and has great customer service skills. Precious is very active while at the daycare and I'm very appreciative of the quality of service and the pricing. I recommend this to everyone that has a dog, I guarantee you that you will not be disappointed !

I booked an appointment online, and they never called back! When you try to call the location, it's an automated service that only allows you to leave a message.

Buzz and Chey always seem to enjoy the experience and come home played out, groomers do a great job of following our directions, always a job well done and feel the pups are safe and secure @ Doggie District.

I love this location. They always remember my dog and his needs. He's always comes back from doggy day care, boarding or grooming in high spirits and super sleepy from all the fun and excitement. Thank you for always treating Keoni well.

We just relocated and searched for a new boarding place. The staff was super responsive and professional. They met us outside to practice social distancing. Our pooched love it and we will definitely be bringing him back. Rates are competitive!!!

Best and only place I will take my dog! The staff is amazing. They know his quirks and behaviors. He just loves it there!!!

They were great to my puppies, we had to board them when. My grandfather died suddenly, so the availability was very convenient. They were good to our dogs and providing updates. Thing is, my pooches came home with puppy lice ???? never heard of such a thing and it was disgusting. Non transferable to humans but definitely not something I want to encounter ever again. Knowing it not Doggie’s fault or ambition but still something that sticks out from our experience.

Brought our 5 month old puppy Tilly here. When we picked her up she was exhausted. Lol when we brought her back the next day she was so excited to be back. All staff was great. Thank you all

I have been bringing my dog here for boarding for several years and everyone is always professional and courteous! He has a disability that makes boarding a little challenging but our friends on Grand Canyon and Flamingo accommodate and take care of Bodi so well, he loves to come back and visit! Thank you so so so much for everything you do for him!

The staff is so friendly. It was our dog's evaluation day and they called us to tell us how he was doing throughout the morning! And sent pictures! Very happy and so was he!

Our dog loves going to Doggie District! She is always so excited when we walk through the door and she sees the staff (who always seem happy to see her too!). We’d highly recommend sending your dog here for boarding or daycare.

First time there. We wanted a tour of the place. They whisked our dog away so fast we couldn't even say goodbye. Wasn't impressed with the place, but had no other place to go? Las Vegas isn't very dog friendly. And we were traveling through. She was there 19 hrs. Smelled awful when we picked her up.
