VCA Warm Springs Animal Hospital Las Vegas, California

DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR BABIES!!!! They were more worried about going home than making sure my kitten woke up safely from her surgery so they sent her home still completely sedated. She stopped breathing and I couldnt save her. She died in my arms on the way to the ER and all they had to say was that "it wasnt like we went her home early, we were closing" I went in at 10am, my kitten needed stitches and sedation for "superficial wounds" ..... if you werent going to allow her time to wake up then you should have NEVER done the surgery to begin with. You told me she was fine, that she needed to be kept somewhere quiet not let her jump around. She couldnt even blink or move let alone jump around and I should have known better than to leave. Little lives are in your hands, peoples hearts and family memebers.... surgery has risks but this was negligence. You wanted to go home so you ssnt a 4 month old kitten home without any warning to me and she doed an hour later in my arms not being able to breathe while I tried desperately to help and couldnt. How dare any of you. She was my world and had a family that absolutely loved her

I’m so happy I found a VCA closer to my house. Not only were we able to get my dog in for a same day visit, but the care Dr. Goody gave us was phenomenal. This is where I will be moving my dog to for her vet needs.

Our cats were vaccinated & had their claws trimmed. Both are doing much better with their claws trimmed. I didn't give them 5 stars because the cost for our 2 cats was too high!

I feel very comfortable with the handling of my fur babies health care at Warm Springs Animal Hospital. I never feel rushed and have all my questions and concerns addressed before I leave. The staff is very friendly and Dr. Parantala is my fur babies favorite. Thank you Warm Springs Animal Hospital.

We visited one time so far. The doctor was very nice and we got vaccination for our Chihuahua . Got some gifts and nice bag. Got check up and all info we have been interested. For the visit you have to call like a day before appointment that you really coming. Arrive little earlier and call from parking that you arrived and the stuff going to invite you in. Everything was fine. Only we made appointment like almost a month ahead because all days where booked. But we needed check up and got some questions.I would recommend this place.

Been going here for years. 3 cats. Loni was rude. Hung up on me before I could even finish talking. Taking all my animals somewhere else. This place is garbage. Loni drink more coffee before you insult me and answer the phone

They are very caring, and always do the least stressful route for my dogs. However I do feel like they try to get as much $$ when they discreetly can.

Brought our new kitty for his 1st appt. The assistant was great and knowledgeable. She gave us a goody bag for our first visit my daughter was happy.

I love VCA Warm Springs. I got a puppy during quarantine, and was initially using another VCA clinic that had been recommended by a friend to me. I was less than thrilled with their services, and was looking for a switch.When my baby got a UTI after a spay, her initial vet didn’t have anything available for over two weeks. They recommended Warm Springs, and W.S was able to fit me in that morning. Since then my first baby has turned out to be a troublemaker with frequent vet visits. The staff here is absolutely astounding - incredibly friendly and accommodating. Scheduling is a breeze, and the bill has always been less than I expect to pay. The vets take the time to address all of my concerns, I never feel judged or silly for asking questions, and they take the time to explain the science behind everything, and ensure I understand adequately enough to make an informed decision on my pet’s care. I cannot say enough good things about VCA Warm Springs, especially as an overprotective fur mama. I know we are in the best of hands here.

Great Vet, been going there for years. Dr. "P" is the best, very compassionate and always though and explains all you need to know, spends as much time as needed.

Was my pet hospital for over fifteen years. My doctor left the company and it doesn't feel as warm and inviting. Cat got seriously sick and was told two weeks for an appt. They use to take emergency visits for extra money, which I was ok with paying, but not anymore. Front desk also lacks empathy.

1st time here for the new rescue. So far so good. Make sure you have extra time set aside. They are busy.

They saved my pup. Absolutely so grateful for there help and persistence. The entire staff was personable and and compassionate. I truly don't know what we would have done without them.

We took our newly adopted cat to her first wellness check up and the staff were all extremely organized and helpful. We had to wait in the car during the exam, the dr called us after she completed the exam to go over the results and answer any questions. The staff were all very sweet & communicated with us throughout the entire visit via phone. I’m relieved to have such a great office to take both of my cats.

I love VCA Warm Springs. After working in the Veterinary Field for 15 yrs in California, I knew I was going to have high standards when finding a vet in Vegas after we moved and I found it here. Everyone is so nice, Dr. Parantala and Dr. K have been amazing with my animals.

Dr. Goody is an amazing veterinarian with awesome professionalism. He is definitely an asset to VCA. I would follow him anywhere so that my two fur babies could continue receiving his care. I can't say enough good stuff about Dr. Goody. My chihuahua Loui is on 3+ medications /day. I truly trust Dr. Goody, 100%.

VCA Animal Hospital is a life saver! We adopted our son’s dog recently, and as we haven’t owned a pet in so many years, it was stressful to understand what our new friend needs. VCA at Warm Springs, made everything so easy! The staff made sure to help us in catching up with all our dog’s needs. The office staff was accommodating in arranging appointments, and in one case, boarding. Their communication is outstanding! The most amazing of all, was that Dr. Katrina followed up in a phone call to see how our dog was doing. Really, really great communication! I highly recommend VCA Animal hospital.
