Dr. Taylor is the most compassionate, helpful and thorough vet we’ve had the privilege of working with. From the moment we had our surgery consultation, he’s gone above and beyond for our Harvey and family. He shared knowledge in a way that’s easily understandable, he’s available for any questions and shows real care for our big boy. I cannot recommend him enough! The staff are knowledgeable in what they do. However, I will not call out any of the staff members or point fingers but to advise of additional training needed regarding bedside manner. I was made aware that a staff member made an assumption about "breeding" or "breeding too much" which caused the medical condition. That is far from the truth! Apparently, the staff member doesn't seem to be familiar with the breed and actions they do within themselves especially for brachycephalic dogs. Let me reiterate, please improve bedside manner and stop making the assumption like you know what's going on at home.

Dr Taylor is amazing. Our dog required surgery on both knees for Luxating patella. The knowledge, customer care and follow up we received was outstanding. The surgery was successful on both knees. After 7 weeks post op surgery, our dog is now able to walk 45 min a day without having any issues. Very sweet to us during a tough time and didn't try to sell us on tons of extras. Very caring folks. Not too close to my house but for me they're worth the drive.

We needed an orthopedic surgeon for our dog after a car accident. Dr Taylor was so caring and generous in his care for Blake. We will always go to Dr Taylor for all of our vet needs. We live 2 hrs away and it’s worth the travel every time!

The staff is friendly. The vet is knowledgeable and caring. He called days later to check on my puppy and give me additional information.

This was the best vet experience we have ever had. We travel full-time and needed to get our 3 dogs some tests for an international export, so had to do a drop-in appointment. Dr. Wagner and Yumi helped us and they were amazing. Dr. Wagner took a lot of time researching our situation and was extremely helpful. Yumi was very kind, pleasant, patient and just overall wonderful, as our Great Dane had to be put under in order to draw her blood. We couldn't be more grateful for the care and service we received.

Okay to start this off I could not have asked for a better experience especially when this is my first time going to a vet.I had to go because my poor cat ended up with a fractured femur in his back right leg. When I heard this news I was very distraught over my poor cat and very concerned about the surgery needed but I was rest assured that it was a fairly common procedure and it was relatively safe to perform.Needless to say the surgery went perfect along with the absolutely fantastic staff along with Dr Taylor and Dr Wagner.Absolutely great communication and everything from my experience here was beyond my expectations and from the bottom of my heart I want to thank every single person here for helping me with my traumatic time seeing my poor cat with this injury and getting him back to perfect health.I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who has a pet.

Seriously killer customer service. I mean they came out to the car and got my dog and all. Ty so much for y'alls service. Brought my dog in for an update on her rabies vaccination it expired back in November whoops. And these people were so nice to us and helped us get in right away. Yes they do walk in appointments. I mean all I had to do was fill out some paperwork and it was off to the races and was my dog happy afterwards. And yes she got a few shots but was bouncing around in no time. Ty again for the wonderful customer service y'all do both for the humans and the animals. Ty ty ty.

This veterinarian office is the best ever. We have two dogs. They never fail to take excellent care of my new puppy as well as my senior poodle. I would recommend this business.

I take my cat here. The vets are caring and knowledgeable, and the staff is professional. It's better to make an appointment, but they also take walk-ins during certain hours. There are separate waiting areas for dogs and cats. They also take CareCredit, which you can apply for before going to the vet; if I remember right, I actually applied at the vet's office. Call them, though, to be sure.

Dr. Wagner and Dr. Taylor went out of their way for my fur baby, Kennedy. Without these 2 people and the entire staff at MVAH I would of lost her, and a large part of my heart as well. I could never show the appreciation I have for all these people. They all will be forever in my heart and admiration for the dedication they showed for her survival... Thank you so much to you all.

Looked around for a walk in vet clinic and even though it took an hour and a half, staff was super friendly and helpful. Very thorough with explaining care and plan of care. Will be coming back.

I have brought 2 animals to this clinic, a cat and a dog. Every time this animal hospital has been kind, caring, informative, and treated each pet like an emergency (one actually was). I am very glad I take my pets here!

I really like my vet, but every time I call I get put on hold for a while and when I had an appointment scheduled, I had to wait about 45 minutes after my appointment time for my dog to be taken in to the office. I will continue to use them as my vet because they are so close to my house and most everyone is very nice.
