We went to Two different clinics who took advantage of us. This clinic told us the truth and gave us solid advice in our time of need. They weren't money hungry and actually cared about our dogs wellbeing. If you are in need of a HONEST, fee friendly, caring vet this is the place to go. I WILL NOT TAKE MY ANIMALS (ALL THREE) TO ANYWHERE ELSE. Sandy Hill brings back the humanity in veteranary services. Thank you for being the shining light in the veterinary industry.

I have been going to George for over 22years. He told me today that my dog needed a biopsy. That it was going to cost $700. Mind you I came from Utah because he’s the best. He just discharge me claiming I said he was inane . No the price was insane. I am disappointed with the unfortunate outcome. Thanks for the amazing service George in the last 22 years but it time to retire.

We've taken 3 cats here, never had any issues nor have they tried to push anything on us. They were also great and supportive when we had to put our eldest down. Highly recommend.

TL;DR: very happy pitbull owner who will always bring my dogs, current and future, to see Dr. Anast and Dr. Henault. I've had my dogs for 12 years. They're "putbulls" and don't like other dogs (they love other people, but are suspicious of people who are afraid of them). Because of stereotypes of "breeds" and vet's fears, it's been hard to find a vet who stays at one location AND doesn't treat my dogs as vicious. My pups have seen both Dr. Anast and Dr. Henault and I hold the highest regard for both doctors. The front office staff always have our room ready so we don't cause any commotion in the waiting area, and they're always friendly and fast. Even when they're busy, they've offered to call us when they're ready and there's no judgment in their voices when I tell them my dogs dont like other dogs. Dr. Anast has seen my boy and accurately diagnosed his lipoma without bloody and invasive biopsies (as other vets had) and clearly and concisely explained what it was and what the plan of action was (leave it alone because it will just grow back and the ony reason to remove it is because he'll look better). He also removed a foxtail from his paw. He is gentle and patient with my 90-lber, even when my boy doesn't want to go with him. After seeing other vets too-aggressively handle my dog, I am absolutely at ease leaving my dogs there. Dr. Henault did surgery on my girl's leg to remove as much of a tumor as he could and had it biopsied after (the tumor was inhibiting her mobility). Our most recent visit was due to the tumor coming back (we knew it would), but as always, Dr. Henault explained all options and made his suggestion on the best course of action for her. He gave her a quick check-up to ensure everything was good and didn't even charge us for the visit and consultation. He has never rushed us and has always answered all of our questions. Prices have always been fair, their expertise is invaluable. I wish I had found this vet office sooner!

The best animal hospital in town

The vet is a really nice guy, I don't own a pet I was working on plumbing there.

This place absolutely lives up to the good reviews. I'm lucky enough to live near this place, but I understand why people drive across town to go here. The staff is very friendly. The doctors are so nice. It's usually not a long wait for anything. I never have a problem getting my dog's prescription refilled when he needs it. I've been going here for several years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. 6 stars! ????

Dr. Anast has been my vet for over a decade. He and his staff have helped with the care of my animals as well as other friends and family pets. Dr. Anast is very honest and caring. I will always be a loyal customer and can't imagine bringing my pets to any other vet. Sandy Hill is family and they'll always be in my heart ❤

Worst place ever quoted me 800 for a cyst removal a couple months ago,,I didn't have the money now the cyst broke okay I'm back now they gave me a quote of $1,100 I asked the doctor why it went up he literally threw the quotes paper at me and told me that's just how it is my parents have been going there for years do not ever going back there and they're not either went to another vet it was $700 cheaper I do not recommend this place at all
