We had a wonderful experience adopting a puppy this past Christmas Eve. The guy was very helpful and polite. We were given all docs for the puppy. And things were explained very well. The place was clean. The puppies themselves were very playful and friendly and seemed quite happy. Would definitely recommend.

I got a Mastiff with them a few months ago. My Mastiff is the best dog. Town Pets is awesome. Shaylia is great with the dogs and us humans lol.

Gotten two puppies from here and adore them completely definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a pup.

Shaylia is absolutely amazing! I love love love my dog and she was so kind in helping me with the process. I just lost my father and it was very important for me to find an emotional support companion. I recommend everyone to check with them first; before going anywhere else.

My fiancé and I came in looking for a Beagle/Beaglier puppy. The staff is very friendly, as soon as you walk in you are greeted. The store is very clean and welcoming. However, I do not recommend financing. We tried to finance a puppy and were rejected/not approved despite us having a damn good credit score. So, we basically ran our credit just for it to be hit. I don’t know who they run their customers credit through nor do I know how their financing works, but it seems a little ridiculous. It was easier for us to be approved for a vehicle and a loan than it was for a puppy.

This place was a unpleasant experience. We walked in and walked around and looked at the puppies and they had a check in tablet if you wanted to see a specific puppy I signed in and as soon as I found a puppy I wanted to look at as we walked by a woman playing with a puppy as soon as she saw my husband walk by she tucked in her necklace into her shirt. I understand that this lady is not affiliated with the store but it was part of the experience so we continued to wait patiently to be acknowledged by a staff member and after 15 minutes of waiting we walked out. Poor customer service. Will never shop there.

Great place awesome puppies BUT when it comes to financing be thorough unlike myself. They failed to inform me of the APR increase to 35% if you don't pay within time frame. You would think that's vital info to pass along to your customers. I praise transparency and there was very little!

This place deserves more than just a 5 star. They have so many well taken care of puppies that really made me and my bf feel comfortable to be there and adopt their puppies. Puppies were pricey, but it make sense with how much they’ve already done with every single one of them like having their first vaccines done, their physical checks, microchipped, and even provided us with a whole certificate of their breed and where they came from. They also have the friendliest and awesome employees. They did really good at explaining the process to us in every detail of the paperwork and what was provided from them. Thank you Town Pets ! We might come back to buy more puppies from you again.

We love this store friendly staff. We bought a puppy here and taught us since we are new owners on what to expect and made sure puppy gets and feel welcome at there new homes. They have a wide variety of dogs.

Bought our wonderful pomsky here got him financed same day no hassle the process was simple even allowed us to keep him here over the weekend til we moved into the apartment 2 days later. Just adopted a purebred beagle puppy. Was super happy with the cute little princess. Paperwork and employees assured me she was healthy. Get home and she was not doing so great, so I took her to the vet: 200+ dollars later I find out she's had hookworm and ear mites for weeks and now I have to get my other dogs checked, and hope I didn't get hookworm myself. Couldn't see an option to reply to your response so I'm adding it in an edit: We were informed that her ears were healthy and had had healthy stool consistently through her time at your petstore. The day we brought her home there was blood and mucus in her stool, which is why we took her to the Vet. While the change in situation could have agitated this, it seems unlikely it would have been so immediate and that there were no previous symptom. Further, we were informed that the dark matter in her ears (and there was a TON of it) was just normal earwax for a beagle. Upon consulting with the vet we were informed that it was bloodied earwax and yeast resulting from an earmite infection. Finally, we visited the vet within 4 days of adoption and were informed that the stage of infections were such that they had been present for weeks.

Huge thanks to Ricardo at Town Pets! The staff truly cares for their puppies well-being, unlike any other store I've seen. Never will their puppies be in filth, go hungry or without water (they're well cared for, believe me). My Cavalier is such a healthy boy, and I couldn't be happier that I chose these guys to purchase my puppy from. Thank you guys a million, I'll be back when I can have another pup! ????

Got a beagle puppy. I love her so much. But she has ear mites and hookworm. I took her to the vet within 3 days of adopting her. The vet said there is no way she contracted the ear mites and hookworm since I brought her home. Both diagnosis are extremely contagious. Any other dog that was housed with her could have been infected. I remember her being held with a dachshund male named Bingo and a Shi Zu. But there were others. I adopted her on August 12th. I want anyone who adopted to get their pup checked out. Puppies are precious. Be safe.

Adopted my labradoodle from this pet store! Best thing I’ve ever got!! I love my dog dodger, staff are very helpful, update you with all the dogs history and vet visits. Great customer service and all dogs are adorable and playful

Got a really cute dog. Staff was friendly. However...read the fine print on the contract you sign. Read it all, especially if you have bills that need to be "reimbursed. I would get a puppy from here again, but if you are getting a puppy from a place like this be prepared, read the contract and do your home work.

We got our awesome Anatolian shepherd Pyrenees mix puppy Luna at Town Pets…she is by far the smartest puppy we’ve had! She is almost 5 months and doing awesome. The staff is always friendly and we go back often to check out the new additions. I would highly recommend getting your puppy here!

I’m currently shopping around for a puppy, and my friends saw that there was a puppy shop next door to sushi. After sushi we decided to check the place out. Upon walking in, the girl at the front wasn’t very welcoming at all. She pretty much glared at us when we walked in and seemed bothered that we even came in. All of the dogs looked healthy, and I would have loved to play with them, but she was very quick to make herself scarce. We didn’t feel welcome at all, and she didn’t offer to let us play with any of the pups even after our group hinted “Oh, I want to play with this one”. You could tell that she really just wanted to get us out of there so she could back to sitting at her desk. I don’t know what her name was, but she was an African American female. One of my friends had been there before, and she received the same cold behavior. I would have loved to do business here, but why would I trust a place with employees who don’t care about customers?

Bought my puppy back in March and he is just a delight. They took very good care of him and the all of the other puppies. Very clean space. And the employees are very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you town pets.

I went in with my mom and I on May 5th 2021, as I had my eye on the cutest little Miniature schnauzer, I was just going in to look at her and my mom surprised me and got me the puppy! :) we had a great experience the guy who sold us the puppy was super friendly and patient as well as the lady in the front. they had a really cute havamalte in the same cage as her and we we're going back and forth deciding but ultimately getting the schnauzer. The puppy financing was a breeze as well and one final thing. They give you a crate, puppy food, pads, brush, food bowl and water and even some toy's for when you take your puppy home. I would recommend them ! :) thanks guy's

Employees where very helpful in providing information to help me with my puppy purchase. They where pleasant throughout the process & take very good care of these dogs. Made the process fun.

Got my first dog here! Staff let us play with multiple puppies without hesitation and of course we fell in love. Excellent customer service and giving us all the information we needed to take care of our new little baby.
