Horrible experience. Purchased a puppy and puppy was beyond difficult and my youngest was always getting bit. Tried to return within 1 week as was denied. Now stuck.

Bought a puppy on the 26 of Dec, took him to the vet for his 1st check up and turns out he has Giardia. Only reason I’m giving two stars is because the staff was friendly.

Thank you for helping me find my new puppy! She is happy and full of energy! The puppy store Las Vegas was amazing and quick with our purchase very helpful and full of information. Thank you again!

Christmas is coming early to my house thanks to the team at the puppy store in Las Vegas on Fort Apache and tropicana….Thank you Jamie and Gavin for all of your amazing help and I love all three of my puppies and also shout out to Ali and Andreanna????????????????????????????????????????

Id never buy from this place. How sad, idk how this franchise is allowed to stay open.

Obviously they sell puppies that are not available or hide them and saving them for someone else!I was waiting for a pomeranian!Was ready to pick it up same day,but I have been told I have to waitweek or two to be checked by doctor!I left my number amd I never got back call or text back from them!Then that puppy have disappeared!Same thing happened with another pomeranian that I have request about it!Obviously the request form on their page is just a game and waste of time!

Puppy mill dogs, don't shop here. There are many dogs and puppies in need of adoption. Most of these reviews on Google appear to be fake, likely written by the store owner. Yeah, this place is not okay.

We're so happy about our new family member! Jamie was an awsome employee, she answered all our questions! (Even the stupid ones) She let us take our time with Chili and in no time we took him home! Highly recommend if your looking for a new animal!

Bought an amazing, healthy, and outgoing puppy here. Handed to me by a vet tech, checked and ready to go. My experience was great, very kind reception, and easy process! Loved this store, all puppies were happy clean and healthy!

We had such a great experience walking into the Puppy Store. Kat and Jamie were amazing. They were very knowledgeable about their puppies and answered all of our questions. As soon to be first time dog owners, they helped ease our minds. Ask for Kat or Jaime!

Oh my goodness Where To Begin??!!!! I have had the most incredible experience working with Kat in the process of us getting our fur baby. For one, I am in a different state and Kat has been BEYOND helpful and supportive of us making this happen. And two, We know that the Teddy Bear dog was meant for our family and she was so great and excited with us and would send us pictures and videos until we could actually get her. Kat answered sooo many of my questions with exceptional knowledge and patience. I never once felt that I was “bothering” her. She offered me information on so much more than I had even thought of to ask. She even gave me her cell number so that if I thought of something else I had questions about I could reach her. What an incredible program the Puppy Store offers. I am so grateful I chose the Puppy Store to work with and that I had the opportunity to meet Kat.

I had the one of the BEST experiences here, all thanks to Jamie!! I will definitely be coming back to get my puppy a sibling! Jamie was so patient and very informative! She was very helpful and gave us one hell of a deal, you don’t just get the puppy here, you literally get a bundle of things that come with him/her for their forever home!! She is also very honest and just by far one of the best sales person! My husband and I have wanted to add a little furry animal into our life’s for a very long time & she was able to get through to us and we couldn’t be happier! She was so reassuring and looked out for our puppies need! She also made sure to check in on us, with a follow up call and just went out of her way to make sure this baby had a forever home! I will definitely come back to see Jamie and get another fur baby. If your coming into this store to get a fue baby I HIGHLY recommend Jamie! She will not disappoint!!

We came in because we saw the puppy store sign on the sidewalk passing by on the street. Kat was very helpful and informative not just about the puppies here but further info after the puppies grow. We got a Rottweiler and we absolutely love her and am so grateful for kat and the team here at the Fort Apache location. Not only were they helpful and educated but also very kind and friendly.

Just left the store, the staff is very unprofessional. They did not greet us nor look at us the whole time we were there. We walked right in front of them, and they remained to put their heads down as we walked by, that is why my daughter and I did not purchase a puppy, and would not recommend it.

For sure most of these reviews have to be fake. Just go on the yep page to see the real reviews. Even though I’m happy with my purchase, I know this place is a puppy mill. The employees didn’t seem like they gave 2 shots about any of the pups and not to mention I had to immediately give my pup a bath. He smelled so bad, even though they claimed he was groomed. Do your research and save your money people!

Such a great experience. All questions answered and beyond helpful! We are so beyond blessed to have came across this place on our vacation and so happy to be heading home with our new Pomsky! More than recommend this place for finding your forever new companion! Ask for Kat, she will make your experience amazing!!

Super cute pups but highly priced. The girl Jamie, helping us was very knowledgeable and nice. I could go there just to play with the puppies all day. If they had what I was looking for I would definitely consider buying from the puppy store.

I absolutely loved this experience. They are so amazing and thorough with these puppies they have policies for everything from rehoming to PTSD vet (what?!!! that's legit so amazing) to Vet bills. I have gotten a peak into what this place does and I have to say it is literally amazing how great these people are. They are so passionate about these dogs. Special shout out to Cat the Manager who is amazing and answered legit all of our questions that we had.

Went to the Puppy Store because a friend recommended me to go there. Loved the experience I had there; shopping for our forever pet. Jaime and Aaron were super knowledgeable and let the kids see a couple puppies!! We’ll definitely be back to get our beautiful little puppy. The staff is amazing!!

After coming across a few too many puppy scams online, I am so incredibly grateful to The Puppy Store for their upfront honesty and the eager helpfulness of Kathryn Russell, the Manager at the Fort Apache location. She was quick to answer every question and concern I had, and with her help I finally found the black lab puppy I had been searching for. She came chipped, vet checked with health insurance, and a complete puppy starter kit. I can't thank you guys enough!

This store was amazing. We had a horrible experience with another local pet store and we were very leery of purchasing another puppy from a “pet store”! The Puppy Store (Las Vegas) is wonderful. Their staff was awesome, the store was immaculate and they stand by their word and contracts! They truly care and love their puppies. Special thanks to Brenda the kennel manager for all of her support and guidance.

Really nice puppy's and a really friendly staff.

I had a great experience here. Kat was awesome and she helped me with the whole process. They offer 12 year warranty here which I really liked. She let me play with the puppy first before I took him home and instantly I fell on love. What I really liked is once I take home the puppy, Kat said I can text her any questions I may have once I get home even if the store is closed. I already recommended this place to a few people if they are looking for a puppy.

A month ago, we got a 9 week old shih tzu. The puppy was still overpriced, but they are much cheaper than other puppy stores and we got a large discount. We eventually bought our new dog, Mylo for $3,000. The worker, Aaron was very helpful and patient with us.
