THIS IS A PUPPY MILL!!!!’ They buy their puppies from various places in the Midwest, puppies parents have no health tests and NONE ARE AKC. Most are coming from inhumane living conditions, sick and some are put down or “red ragged” if not sold in a certain time period. When you buy and you will pay thousands for these puppies, you are supporting PUPPYMILLS!!!!

Grooming services on point!! They did an amazing Job with my fussy 6 month old toy poodle. The groomer knows what she’s doing. This is the place to be for puppy grooming. She even took time to give us an advice and sometimes would give us free samples. The best in the city.

I have another new family member. I love this place because Vanessa is so great. She patient, through, informative and she has the best customer service skills. I worked in hotels (hospitality) and believe me, I know great customer service. My Lexi now has a brother Kobe. I found Lexi in December 2020 and I brought Kobe home yesterday 10/08/21. Vanessa was so helpful and had answers and suggestions for all of my questions. She made me feel so comfortable. I recommend you go to Puppy Boutique and ask for Vanessa. We got our dachshund here over two weeks ago and he’s been such a wonderful addition to our family. He’s extremely loving, healthy, playful, fun, and loves being part of our family. We will be back for future family members ❤️

I purchased a Shiba Inu back in 2007 from Puppy Boutique. Our boy is now 14 years old and never had any major health issues. He has been the best companion we could ever ask for!

Vanessa is horrible, Wife and I both gave her our information, after all not one puppy but 3 were purchased. We will call u when a Shih Tzu comes in, no phone call and sold yesterday. Lost a good customer do to this horrible person.

Today I purchase a Shihtzu, cute as can be!! Well I have to say I am very impressed with the service that they provide. They are very knowledgeable of the puppies they have and you can really tell that they take well care of the puppies. All of the cages are very clean which I have not seen that in other pet stores! Not only that but they go all out to try to help you take the puppy you want. Don’t really remember her name, but she speaks Spanish she went all out to help us get the puppy we wanted and had a lot of patience with me! God bless you missy!! I was pleasantly surprised. They had younger and older pups - one was 18 weeks old. They were alert and active and looked well taken care of. They're closed Tuesdays for receiving new animals. They prefer you call for an appointment. Someone canceled so I was able to get in... I loved it!!

Tried to just show up. I didn't realize they only see customers via appointment. No problem.I tried to get the attention of the woman inside to no avail. I decided to call while I was out front. The person inside, behind a gate and open door, ignored both me and the phone ringing and let it go to vm. You'd think that when you're selling 3000-4000.00 dogs in a really shady area of town, you might bother to answer the phone ringing in front of you. She never did respond...

I found out about them via google map search and we found our perfect pup companion for our maltipoo! Calvin and company are very attentive and the online messaging works great. They even replied back when I left a voicemail. Due to the COVID 19 restriction, you must set up an appointment. Don’t just show up because they are booked and limited to the amount of people they can allow per the Governor’s order. So blame the person imposing these restriction not the business as they could get shut down if they don’t abide by the rules. If you happen to just walk by, just stand in front of the door and wait. They have other people inside that they are providing service to, so be patient. The location is not the greatest, but their prices are not as ridiculous as the bigger pet store chain out there... The best of luck and I hope you all will find the perfect bundle of joy you all been looking for...????????

So my son was recently diagnosed with stage 3 cancer, recently his maltese puppy was stolen and I want to purchase him another puppy. Looked online found a maltese puppy here at a reasonable price. Well I'm currently in Florida due to a close family member being on life support due to covid19. I called spoke to a young lady that was very nice. I explained my situation I told her that I would be willing to pay them $1000 extra plus boarding fees because I won't be returning back to pick up puppy until a week and a half or less. I asked if they could make an exception. The owner told me no. I explained to her if she wanted proof of my son being sick. And that all he wanted was a maltese puppy to make him happy. She still told me no. Honestly I am very disappointed that they weren't even willing to help me out. She said no that the most they can hold puppy is 3 days. I offered to pay boarding fees and an extra $1,000 on top of puppy price they said no. ITS VISIBLE THAT ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THE DAM MONEY. THANK YOU FOR MAKING MY SONS LAST WISHES COME TRUE

We just arrived home with our fur baby, Bentley He had a great nite in our hotel in his create no crying or whining. He traveled home to Chino Ca, A 3 hour drive with absolutely no issues. He is eating and playing. Loving his new home Puppy Boutique has wonderful staff, it is clean and all the other puppies appeared healthy and happy
