I asked for a Schnauzer puppy cut, the receptionist said I think is better if you talk to the groomer, I was specific, when I picked him up I immediately noticed the cut was not what I asked so I said, this is not what I asked for, the groomer responded; that’s a normal Schnauzer cut, so rude. Why talk to groomer if they don’t listen and do what is requested? I don’t want a free wash, I don’t want a free grooming, I want my dog treated well and for them to honor my request that is all.

Since getting my dog as a puppy last year, we’ve been visiting Tails A Waggin. They worked with her to ease her anxiety. Today was her last visit. We’re moving to a new city but wish we could take Tails A Waggin with us. Thank you for the great service!

I've been taking my dogs here for almost a year now. Now that I moved to Nevada a year and 4 months ago , I can say THEY ARE HAPPY AND IM HAPPY FOR MY DOGS. Tails -R- Wagon treat your dogs very , very good and leaving my dogs here , they are at peace. Go take your dog here and you will see how GREAT this place is. It's the BEST !!!!

I was a new customer and had a 9 am appointment on 9/4 2021. Got there and the receptionist took my two dogs back right away, they are very busy so they had to put them in the crates until a groomer was available. My two dogs are crate trained and sleep in their crates at night, so they are use to being in crates. As I was filling out the paper work one of my dogs was crying and barking because it was a new place for them. The groomer right next to crates was annoyed and starting hitting the crate with a brush to quite my dog down. This went on for a few minutes and my dog continued to cry and bark, then the groomer started spraying him with water thinking this was going to work. I ask for my two dogs back and we left. Some dogs are going to cry, yelp and bark, Groomer need to have some sort of patience. We won't give them a second chance.

The people are really nice, they seem to really enjoy grooming the animals. My dogs seem to like it ok. They have been treated good there.

Staff is super friendly. My dog always comes out looking fab and happy.

Tails a Waggin is a great place to take your dog. All the ladies there are fantastic with all the dogs.

New in the area, this place was recommended to me. I’m in utter amazement..! Everyone was cordial, they listened to me and how I wanted my boy cut. The best part was he was done in just over an hour, and he looks great. Excellent service and their pricing cannot be beat. I found my new groomer!

Great owner and groomers, but just wanted to put it out there, that my dog got dog lice when I had her groomed in February 2020. Be on guard.

My dog Spot is taken care very very well here. I recommend to try once and see for yourself. Another thing they have a fast turn around time. Last groomer I went to could take as much as 3 1/2 hours to groom my dog!

Friendly, welcoming customer service. Had questions about how things went and our dog's groomer came over and gave us tips on how to keep her fur in better shape. Was able to make a same day appointment and was called back in a couple of hours to let us know things were all set. Would highly recommend!

I have been going to this place since I moved to Seven Hill 10 years ago when Cindy and James were operating tails A wagon. But, this last time they missed cutting his nails! How does that happen. I’m taking him somewhere else. Bad mojo in this place now! We just took our little guy to another groomer and they discovered his ears were a mess too. They hadn’t pulled out the hair and it was really matted. I’m so furious right now.
