Very nice people, reasonable prices .

All the people we met were very kind to my dog and me. I was happy that Dr.Pepper actually consulted us about ways to help my dog. Other vets just haven’t ever taken the time and care like she did. The cost was way less then I anticipated as well. thank you for your help!

I always share with pet owners how wonderful and affordable Town Center Animal Hospital is. The staff is realy sweet and caring. I will always be thankful for the Dr. Pepper for caring and saving my puppy. Also appreciated Dr. Pool for helping my family save money by informing me that my other dog wouldn't need such and such. I trust them with my animals and would highly recommend Town Center Animal.

I think there is a lack of communication at this practice despite the many employees working at the time. Our appointment was at 8:30 and shots that should have taken 20min and another exam + an ear swab should have taken at most 30min. 2 hours later, when I asked what’s happening with the ear swab, we were told the doctor left for an emergency and that nothing was being done since our dog was uncooperative. When asking if we can assist with the ear swab they said no one was available. So we’ve been waiting for over 2 hours when we could have just left and come back. We were still charged half price for a half swab so there’s that. We talked to about 5 different people throughout our visit and all recommendations were clearly paid for by Hills, a subpar food brand. The minimal level of knowledge from the practitioners is definitely reflected in the consistency of the front desk and assistants. We originally came here from a friends recommendation but we are not coming back and not recommending them to do so either. If you decide to choose Town Center, make sure you clear your whole day and fill your wallet for the unnecessary procedures they will charge you for. I’m very disappointed and hope this review warns others before entrusting them with their fur babies.

I brought my cat here 3 times in the past year for throwing up, eye discharge and bad breath. I’m writing this review because of those 3 times my cat came in for medical issues, the vets did not catch that my cat had feline tooth resorption. On my last visit, the vet even checked my cat’s teeth and said she needs a cleaning but it’s not an emergency and could wait a few months. Fast forward to a few months later, my cat had stopped holding down food altogether and almost died. I went to a different vet who quickly diagnosed her with feline tooth resorption, something that if goes untreated will kill your cat. Thankfully, the new vet has given my cat proper treatment, and she is expected to fully recover soon. My cat apparently had this gum disease since we adopted her, and I am upset that Town Center mislead me into thinking my cat was perfectly healthy on several occasions when she was not. This is a disease that effects a very big percentage of the cat population with no known cause, and I am very confused as to why it was never brought up to me when my cat had every symptom of it. Her eye discharge, throwing up and bad breath were all caused by the disease causing infection in her gums and spreading to her eyes. I know this for a fact because just a week on oral antibiotics and those symptoms she had for an entire year all went away.

I have been taking my American Eskimos dogs here for close to 7 years now. I have had 3 excellent doctors during that time, but that level of turnover has been less than ideal. It's really their ANNUAL DENTAL DEAL that keeps me coming back. ALSO, sorry if this is a little morbid, but their end of life set up is second to none!! They have a room that is prepared so beautifuuly for you and your fur baby, when that awful day comes. Overall, I DO believe they are fair priced and knowledgable - my only reoccuring issue is that they are SUPER BUSY, so you need to be YOUR OWN ADVOCATE when you go there. I often have to know what questions to ask and be a bit of a pest in order to get all the information I need. Example: My dogs had some pre dental test - bloodwork, EKGs, etc. Then the next day, I dropped them off for their cleaning, yet no one had gone over the results with me?? I had been told these tests were important to have prior to my dogs being put under the anestisia. Anyway, it took my pushing the issue on this to find out that the doctor would be calling me prior to each dogs procedure to inform me of their test results...now why didn't the tech just tell me that when they took each dog from me?? Answer: Because they are SO BUSY!! So, as long as you are aware of this challenge and can stand up for yourself there, I think it's a good choice to take your pets. UPDATE: Apparently my honest feedback was not appreciated and I have been dropped as a client after writing this review. So, be warned and do what you will with this additional information.

I’ve been going to this vet for years against my better judgement since the first time my dog went in with bloody stool right away Dr. Pepper wanted to put him down. Paid a bunch of money and luckily we fought for alternate treatment. A year and a half later he’s still here but the bloody stool came back, so again we went in 12/17/21 got charged a bunch again with the main recommendation being to put him down. Now this time we did agree and Dr. Stewart told us call me any time tomorrow 12/18/21 between 9am and 5pm which is we did, four times and the reception stated the vet did not have time. All we wanted was to get something so our dog wouldn’t suffer in pain while waiting for an at home euthanasia. This clinic could care less even telling us he might call later in the week. HELLO my dog may not even last through the night. If you care about your dog at all seek a second opinion these people don’t care.

I have been bringing my little dog here for years. Everyone is wonderful! Excellent customer service.

Brought my dogs in for a teeth cleaning and was told they required a fecal exam at $29 each before surgery to ensure they were healthy and would not infect other animals. When I questioned the relevancy, they said it was required and would not perform the procedure that day without first having a clean fecal exam. When I picked up my dogs and asked for the fecal exam results they said they were not in…which means they did not know my dogs were safe for surgery they had already performed. I questioned again why this test was even required. They had no rational answer. This seemed like a scam to defraud customers to pay for unnecessary tests. When my husband and I requested a refund of the $29 per pet for unnecessary testing they refunded our full vet bill for the entire procedure. They also left my shih tzu with blood on his fur and a scab on his coat with no explanation. We will not be going back.

They were able to see my dog the same day and were very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

The Vet we saw, Dr. McDunnough, was outstanding and we will continue to come back for her. We did not think the front desk staff was anything special but we did like our technician. The front staff could be a little more friendly and engaging. Maybe it's the masks; don't know if that makes a difference. Thank you for the care of our dog, Dr. McDunnough. You are an outstanding VET.

Best vet around. We took our puppy here since her adoption and they are great at explaining everything. They have boarding also and all the staff was amazing. They also never just sell you unnecessary shots, treats etc...it's all about the animal care :)

can't imagine ever spending my money here again when someone like tanya? i think thats her name.... works here.... people like courtney and whitney have helped me any and every time i've had to come in or called but tanya on the other hand has been so rude and vile and i have literally heard her cuss at me & make fun of me when she thought I was on hold/muted. why is someone like that working there? (if dr. stewart and/or tanya are working there.... PLEASE don't go there ever. 2 of the worst women I have ever had the misfortune of coming across.) if you're forced to go there in a pinch or anything, please avoid the 500 lb lady in back or lil miss leslie because they are awful human beings, trust me.

This is absolutely the best place i could have taken my cat. Their intentions are 100% pure and your pet's well being is the only focus. Dr. J was super attentive and took the time to check in with us before closing and it really made us feel much more comfortable about a really difficult situation. I can't imagine finding anywhere that would take better care of my pets than this place.

Thank you for taking such amazing care of Ginger! Not only did Dr. Pepper squeeze ginger into her full schedule once, but again two days later for a follow up! So much genuine love given to my 7 year old puppy, I truly believe that played a part in her healing ❤️‍???? Ginger says Thank You!!

One of the best I've ever experienced with any of my pets! I never have any issues with getting appointments here, my furbaby is always very happy and tuckered out when we get back home. Everyone that has helped us here are always very genuine and caring as well. These folks know how to treat your pet right, hats off to all of you for your commitment to our four-legged counterparts. We appreciate you all!

I Brought my Baby who was feeling very sick.. They took him in for 2 days and at first i was worried and assuming the worst. The Following day the doctor called me for a report on his progress.
