Lower your Expectations On one occasion, our baby was called ‘he’ multiple times within 2-3 days while dealing with the office. Frustrating. Just now we took her to the office and she received a vaccination; however, the office failed to mention that her another vaccination is due in a week time..??.. Do they read carefully patients charts? You be a judge. Most annoying, however, it is a drop off. You set up an appointment but then please get yourself ready to wait up to 35 minutes with your baby in a vehicle before they come outside for a patient. They have decent prices and doctors are good. Other than that, it’s a fail

I have NEVER been given so much conflicting information regarding a dog that was purchased from Petland and sold to us with a birth defect. I spent almost $1,000 in diagnostics and my dog is limping in pain and was told by the Doctor that Petland is paying for surgery or at least a big portion. When we arrived dog in hand on day of scheduled surgery, we were told it was NOT covered. This vet is contracted with Petland who is irresponsibly selling dogs with genetic issues and leaving new pet parents left to suffer their mistakes emotionally and financially.

We were on our way to Vegas when we noticed our dog required medical attention. Far from home, we called a couple of vets and the staff here immediately understood our need for immediate attention. They were caring professional and very friendly - making all of us condor with the care provided. Good to know these great people.

They let me know when my fur baby needs her protection in regards to her shots. One thing I have less to worry about. They come to the car even suggested they could cut her nails down this visit. I wasn’t aware and thought the groomer was the only one to do that. Very kind and caring staff. They cate about all pets in their care

Great staff, great professionals but very expensive.

Just moved to area, bought my GF a new puppy, she took him to get his shots. They said he was sick, needed parvo testing, etc, it’s all BS! Puppy came from private home, has no sickness, is as happy and high energy as can be. It’s all a up charge scam! Immediately took to another Vet and got his first round of shots, told vet about the experience here, he laughed and said... this is no sick dog, he’s as healthy as can be and asked me where we took him... from his reaction he’s OBVIOUSLY heard this up charge, Unnecessary tests, treatments from other customers about this place! BEWARE DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE, it’s a scam!!

I will never take my pets anywhere else! The staff is AMAZING and comforted me while my ferret was in surgery!!! Thank you all so much for the love and treating Jamo as your own ❤️

My Toby had passed away and I had let them know, Toby was once a feral cat that I worked with and got him tnr. He passed away from a urine blockage it broke my heart. But they had sent me edible arrangements and a card, very sweet, brought tears to my eyes. Thank you animal focus vet ????❤️????

This place is so amazing. The entire staff and Dr. Snead are very caring and wonderful. The office is very clean and well taken care of. It does not smell like a veterinarians office at all. Plus they decorate for Halloween! And there's a black cat with bat wings... could this place get any better?

Finally a vet who listened. Our pup has been struggling and our other vet clinic did not listen to my concerns, just kept recommending more services. Dr. Mascaro listened to all of our pups health issues and gave us two options as to health plans. Our pup now has meds to keep him comfortable until it is time for him to cross the Rainbow Bridge. We are truly appreciative of her time, willingness to listen, and giving us a way to keep him comfortable.

My puppy got stung by a bee yesterday, I called and within an hour he was into see the vet! Always the best and friendliest people, so happy we found them! Can't recommend them enough!!

The doctors at animal Focus vet are excellent attentive and really love the animals they treat what's also very great is the staff mirrors they're great qualities. I bring all my pets to animal Focus vet it is worth every penny

I’ve been bringing my dogs here for the last 8 years and although the place is a tad pricey, the level of care has been good so far. Dr. Snead is knowledgeable and friendly, but the hospital has gotten so busy lately that I don’t get to see him or talk to him in person anymore. I don’t remember the last time I was in an actual patient room either :( I hope this changes soon as I believe the doctor should always meet with patients/animal owners and go over concerns and questions. Vet staff Veronica and Kyle are pretty great too. Thank you all for looking after my babies thus far.

Dr. Snead is amazing. I travel 40 minutes for him to take care of my pets. I trust him explicitly.

We always get excellent care at animal focus vet. Dr Snead takes all the time needed to explain things thoroughly and shows a genuine concern for your fur baby. I appreciate they always follow up to make sure everything is good the next day. Everyone working there is very professional and helpful. I highly recommend this ve t clinic

Do your research!!!!!!Although we've been coming here for 3 years and it's our 1st dog we didn't notice the price scam this place pulls, until today after researching dogs first dental cleaning elsewhere we was shocked by the price difference and the reviews. Prices kept going up for her 1st dental visit. Never going back I can't believe it's cost me 700 dollars. Don't bring your dog here we drop her off at 830 am and we called around 2pm and they still hadn't seen her so around 430pm she was ready for pickup. Low and behold they tacked on a 25 more bucks for after care when were charged already. What a scam I just found another facility that's half the cost for the same details listed on our receipt. We will take our baby there for medical needs. This place is a sham!!!!!

This is a fabulous place to take your special animal friend.

Needed to have a family pet examined, not only are they great with our little family loved ones but they are great with the human parents! Highly recommend N

I've said it before and I'll say it again, Dr Snead is the best vet, he really is your pets best advocate. Most of his team is amazing, honest and truly there for your fur baby!

They were very good and caring of our little chihuahua, nice staff..

They take great care of my little doggies. The workers are very nice and explain what was done to them and any medical conditions my babies may have. Love Dr Snead he is a wonderful Dr and just wants what is best for your babies. Love this animal hospital.

The staff are so friendly. Very knowledgeable and speak confidently when explaining what procedures are to be performed on my canine.

This place will not let you go back in the exam room with your pet and I do not dig that. As a matter of fact they don't even let you wait in the waiting room. They claim to still be practicing social distancing and they make you wait in your car outside!! NO LIE!! 117° outside and I sat there for 1 hour 15 minutes waiting for my baby to get her bandage off and her paws and nails to be trimmed. Insane. They also severely ration the water intake of any animals in the hospital to the point of dehydration. Prices are also up there. I won't be going back there again.

Nice friendly staff. Have to wait outside in car. Need a better potty area for dogs.
